Abstract

Deli Serdang Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning Waste Management is a regional regulation which aims to create a Deli Serdang Regency that is clean, neat, cool and shady. Current human activities cannot be separated from producing organic and non-organic waste, which if not managed properly can cause visual disturbances, threats to public health, and environmental pollution. This research aims to analyze the extent of implementation of Deli Serdang Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning Waste Management. This research uses quantitative and qualitative research methods. Quantitative methods were used to analyze data from questionnaires distributed to the public and cleaning staff. Qualitative methods were used to analyze data from observations made at several waste management locations in Deli Serdang Regency. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Deli Serdang Regency Regional Regulation, especially No. 4 of 2021 regarding waste management, can be said to have not been implemented optimally. This is because from observations made and also surveys through distributing questionnaires to the community, it was found that there are still many people in VIII Medan Estate hamlet, most of whom are still unaware of the existence of regulations governing waste management. As a result, local community participation decreases and the community may not be involved in activities such as socialization related to waste management.

Abstract

ofessional teachers are educators who have a thorough understanding of their role and have an awareness of their duties. A deep understanding of the role of professional teachers will help create a learning environment that facilitates students’ creativity in exploring new ideas. The purpose of this study is to find out the professionalism of teachers in orienting the quality of education through a student’s future approach. In this research, a qualitative approach is used with the type of library research. This method involves collecting data by understanding and studying the theories contained in various literatures relevant to the research. Self-Development. As a professional teacher, teachers have an important role in shaping the school as an environment that encourages students’ self-development beyond the routine. Some things that teachers can implement include: 1. Building empathetic relationships, 2. Encouraging independence, 3. Providing constructive or constructive feedback, 4. Inspiring interest in learning, 5. Providing positive behaviors, 6. Integrating holistic learning, 7. Building parental and community involvement.

Abstract

Guru profesional adalah pendidik yang memiliki pemahaman menyeluruh tentang peran mereka dan memiliki kesadaran akan tugas mereka.  Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran guru profesional akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang memfasilitasi kreativitas siswa dalam mengeksplorasi ide-ide baru.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profesionalisme guru dalam mengorientasikan kualitas pendidikan melalui pendekatan masa depan siswa. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan memahami dan mempelajari teori-teori yang terdapat dalam berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian. Pengembangan Diri. Sebagai guru profesional, guru memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sekolah sebagai lingkungan yang mendorong pengembangan diri siswa di luar rutinitas. Beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan guru antara lain: 1. Membangun hubungan empati, 2. Mendorong kemandirian, 3. Memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif atau membangun, 4. Menginspirasi minat belajar, 5. Memberikan perilaku positif, 6. Mengintegrasikan pembelajaran yang holistik, 7. Membangun keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat.
