Abstract

The aim of this research is to debrief the research and analysis references (1) To find out what are the roles of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in improving the welfare of the community. (2) To find out what are the roles of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in improving the welfare of society according to the perspective of Islamic Economics. According to the research focus raised, the type of research that researchers use is qualitative research which will produce descriptive data in the form of written data and not numbers. Qualitative research methodology is a research method used to examine in natural object conditions (natural setting) is also known as an ethnographic method, because initially this method was mostly used for research in the field of cultural anthropology, referred to as qualitative research because the data collected and analysis are more qualitative in nature. Based on the results of the analysis after conducting research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pontianak City are already good, it can be seen from the results of the study that 28 respondents have seen an increase in welfare by 70%. With this the tempe business has a very important role for the welfare of the community and increases the income of the surrounding community so that it can meet their daily needs such as food, as well as other needs such as housing, family health and the need for the education of their children. (2) Overview of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in improving the welfare of society according to the perspective of Islamic economics can be seen in terms of production, namely providing and creating something of value and useful to society in the form of goods and services. The goods in question are the results of their production, namely tempe, while services are production activities that have provided positive opportunities for the surrounding community in terms of employment. This tempe business has fulfilled the production process and fulfillment of income as stipulated in Islam so that it can improve the economic welfare of the people of Pontianak City, but only up to the fulfillment of Dharuriyat (primary) and Hajiyat (secondary) needs, while Tahsiniyat (tertiary) needs have not been fulfilled.

Abstract

Thrifting/Used Goods Business Strategy in a Pandemic Period. Department of Da'wah Management. Faculty of Usuludin Adab and Da'wah. Thrifting or used goods business alias auction is a fairly popular business in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The problem that will be studied here is about how auctioneers sell their wares during this pandemic so that there are no significant losses. The method that the author uses to make this paper by using the method of observation and literature. This research was conducted in order to find out the trading strategies of auctioneers in a time that could be said to be very difficult to interact directly with humans. Abstract

Desa Pulau Lemukutan merupakan satu di antara destinasi wisata bahari yang ada di Kalimantan Barat.Beberapa potensi utama Desa Pulau Lemukutan tersebut menjadi peluang usaha bagi masyarakat. Manfaat ekonomis dari peluang usaha ini dapat lebih optimal dan merata jika dikelola dengan manajemen yang baik oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) yang berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah desa. Namun demikian, peran dan fungsi Pokdarwis Nusa Impian belum dirasakan oleh pengurus, anggota dan masyarakat Desa Pulau Lemukutan. Kondisi ini disebabkan lemahnya kompetensi pengurus pada aspek manajerial yang mencakaup manajemen organisasi, SDM, pemasaran dan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terkait manajemen organisasi yakni melakukan workshop kepada seluruh pengurus dan anggota serta komunikasi personal secara intensif dengan ketua Pokdarwis Nusa Impian. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa rumusan alternative solusi terkait manajemen organisasi, manajemen SDM, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen keuangan dan sarana penunjang.

Abstract

Latar belakang pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yakni berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara awal terhadap beberapa warga Desa Entikong Kecamatan Entikong Kabupaten Sanggau, terindikasi bahwa perilaku konsumtif sudah mulai terjadi di tengah masyarakat yang sebagaian besar bekerja di sektor pertanian dan perkebunan   serta wiraswasta tersebut. Indikasi tersebut berupa: a) pembelian barang tanpa mempertimbangkan manfaat; b) membeli barang dan jasa karena pengaruh orang lain; c) membeli barang dan jasa demi menjaga gengsi dan d) pendapatan dari hasil panen yang selalu berkurang akibat banyaknya potongan atas pembelian barang secara kredit. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka tim bersepakat untuk melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan tentang literasi keuangan pada masyarakat Desa Entikong Kecamatan Entikong Kabupaten Sanggau, khususnya pada Ibu rumah tangga. Alasan pemilihan target kegiatan ini yakni ibu rumah tangga yang bertanggung jawab mengelola keuangan keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini berupa penyuluhan tentang literasi keuangan rumah tangga dan praktik pencatatan keuangan rumah tangga. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan terkait aspek literasi keuangan yang mencakup: a) pengetahuan terhadap nilai barang dan skala prioritas dalam hidupnya; b) penganggaran, tabungan dan mengelola uang; c) pengelolaan kredit. Peserta juga memiliki keterampilan dalam mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran harian rumah tangga

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, endorser credibility on purchase intention of e-commerce shopee where e-wom is an intervening variable. Based on previous research and associated with supporting theories put forward by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. In this study, the researcher used a nonprobability sampling technique because the researcher did not know the total number of members of the population studied. The sample in this study was 100 samples.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Green Product terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Aming melalui Green Advertising yang ada di akun Instagram @amingcoffee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis jalur melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 80 responden yang merupakan followers Instagram @starbucksindonesia yang menggunakan Reusable Color Changing Cups di Sahid Sudirman Center. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Green Product berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang. Aming coffee harus terus mempertahankan Green Product yang diusung dan ditunjang untuk terus berinovasi dalam menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan ramah lingkungan, didukung juga dengan iklan yang menarik konsumen melalui media yang potensial, seperti Instagram
