Abstract

The Use of the Inquiry Method in Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes in Grade V Elementary School. This study aims to explain the steps of the inquiry method in improving student achievement in mathematics in grade V elementary school. The research was conducted at SDN 2 Jagong in two cycles which in the end the increase in learning achievement reached 88.5% as expected by the teacher in this lesson. These results indicate that the application of the inquiry method is very appropriate in increasing learning achievement on the theme of building space. In learning mathematics that uses the inquiry method, the teacher uses stages, including forming groups so that students can and are able to work together to formulate problems in groups, solve problems in groups given by the teacher with responsibility. Furthermore, the teacher monitors or observes student activities in the implementation of learning. The application of this inquiry method emphasizes the activeness, attention, and ability of students in answering questions given. by the teacher. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze language errors in the field of morphology found on the Instagram platform. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach to Instagram user uploads and comments. Data is collected from popular accounts and various posts. The research results show that the most frequently occurring morphological errors include the formation of repeated words, the use of inappropriate affixes, and the formation of compound words incorrectly. The main factor causing this error is the user's lack of understanding of standard Indonesian language rules and the influence of slang and foreign languages. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for efforts to increase language literacy on social media and provide insight for educators and language researchers regarding the phenomenon of language errors in the digital era.

Abstract

Syntactic errors in students’ scientific writing (KTI) remain a common issue that affects the clarity and effectiveness of academic communication. This study aims to analyze the types of syntactic errors in students’ scientific writing and to describe the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in Indonesian language learning. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis of eleventh-grade students’ scientific papers. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model, while error analysis techniques included identification, classification, and description of syntactic errors. The results show that various types of syntactic errors were found, including diction errors, unclear sentences, ambiguous sentences, redundant sentences, inappropriate loanwords, coherence errors, non-standard sentences, and pleonasm. The most dominant errors were diction errors and unclear sentence structures, indicating that students still experience difficulties in constructing effective and grammatically correct sentences. In conclusion, the implementation of PBL provides a supportive learning context that encourages systematic thinking, collaborative discussion, and revision processes, which contribute to improving students’ writing quality.
