Abstract

Two greenhouse experiments had been conducted to study the effect of inoculation of some Azospirillum isolates on maize growth in sand culture and sterilized soil. In the first experiment some growth parameters were used, i.e., root length and root surface area, dry weight of root, shoot, and shoot length. Inoculation enhanced plant growth, as shown by increased of all plant growth parameters. Root length and root surface area were sensitive parameter and could be used for evaluating the effect of inoculation. The best plant perfomance achieved by inoculation with Azospirillum isolates Btl No. 8 and No. 11 and with the increase of plant biomass 24 and 53% over control, respectively. In the second experiment, six selected Azospirillum isolates were evaluated on growth, N uptake, and N contribution15 in maize plants. N isotope dilution method was used to measure the N contribution from fertilizer. Uninoculated control plants showed low dry weight and contribution from N fertilizer, 3.09 gram and 10.84%. Inoculation increased mineral nutrition expressed in higher N plant yield and N contribution from fertilizer. N plant yield ranging from 147 to 189 mg N as compared to 134 mg N in control plants. Abstract

One field experiment had been conducted at Institute for Research and Agricultural Technology Evaluation at Taman Bogo FieldSta,to screen some Bradyhyzobium inoculants on soybean mutant lines developed for acid soil.Inoculants evaluated were single strain B-22,and its mixed inoculants (B-22+B37), (B-22 + G49), and (B-22+TAL 102) on two soybean mutant lines No.07 and 58,and cv.Wilis as check variety. Plant growth and N yield were determined at pod development (R4) and grain maturity (R8) stages.The effect of inoculation significantly influenced nodul-ation and N yield and tended to increase plant dry weight 25%.Mixed inoculant (B-22+B-37) showed good symbiotic compatibility with the three soybean genotypes tested,whereas inoculant(B- 22+G49) only showed good compatibility with mutant line No.58.Cultivar Wilis had broader symbiotic spectrum as compared to mutant line No. 07 and 58.The effect of plant genotypes,and its interaction with inoculants were significant on grain and N yield.It was observed that at pod development stage,the plant growth of mutant line No. 07 were slower than the other genotypes but it had better nutrient translocation rate to grain which resulted grain yield of cv. Wilis. The results showed that this mutant line could be developed for this area.

Abstract

Dampak perubahan iklim menjadi salah satu penyebab hama penyakit pada tanaman kakao semakin meningkat dan sulit terkendalikan, menjadi penyebab degradasi lahan dan akhirnya menurunkan produksi perkakaoan nasional. Tujuan penulisan adalah: (1) Menganalisis kapasitas adaptasi petani kakao terhadap perubahan iklim (2) Menganalisis adopsi inovasi penyuluhan terhadap perubahan iklim dan (3) Menganalisis usahatani kakao berkelanjutan terhadap perubahan iklim. Metode penulisan adalah kajian ilmiah studi literatur dengan teknik review dan sintesis berbagai hasil penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh  adalah (1) Beradaptasi dengan kondisi alam yang berubah membutuhkan suatu kapasitas adaptasi (adaptive capacity) petani kakao terhadap perubahan iklim dalam bentuk kemampuan adopsi inovasi transfer teknologi, kemampuan kelembagaan, kemitraan, modal sosial dan akses terhadap modal usaha; (2) Upaya adaptasi dibutuhkan proses penyuluhan sebagai proses adopsi ide, praktik atau objek dalam suatu proses pembelajaran perubahan perilaku yang dimulai dari pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dan menerapkan inovasi (proses adaptasi); dan (3) Keberlanjutan usahatani kakao dalam  meningkatkan produktivitas dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan dan daya adaptasi petani terhadap perubahan iklim, penggunaan pupuk organik dan pestisida ramah lingkungan serta penguatan kelembagaan kelompok tani untuk membangun kesamaan persepsi, komitmen, dan keterpaduan antar-subsektor, pusat dan daerah pada lingkup pertanian dan stakeholder terkait.

Abstract

Data Pasien Puskesmas Kibang Budi Jaya pada tahun 2015 menunjukkan terdapat sebanyak 4 (3,17%) kasus kasus IMS. Kejadian IMS di salah satu Puskesmas Tulang Bawang Barat memiliki prevalensi kejadian IMS yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap tentangpenyakitIMS pada Ibu Rumah Tangga di Puskesmas Tulang Bawang Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan desaincrossectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kibang Budijaya. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling sehingga jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 69 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proporsi responden didominasi responden yang berusia>16 tahun, berpendidikan rendah, berstatus menikah, berpengetahuan kurang tentang IMS dan sebagian besar memiliki sikap yang negatif tentang IMS. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar meningkatkan akses pelayanan dalam bentuk konseling kesehatan seksual di tempat-tempat atau kegiatan yang sudah umum ada, baik di Posyandu, maupun pemeriksaan VCT, dan pada saat pemeriksaan IVA, bidanjuga dapat mengambil peran aktif dalam rangka memberikan informasi IMS kepada ibu rumah tangga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Terdiri beberapa aspek perlakuan dan pengamatan utama yaitu  peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis surat pribadi dengan menggunakan teknik pemodelan. Penelitian dilaksanakan  di SDN Kabinuang, melibatkan 20 orang siswa terdiri atas 10 orang laki-laki dan 10 orang perempuan yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Di mana pada setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh daya serap klasikal mencapai 76% dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai 60%, sedangkan pada observasi aktivitas guru mencapai 58,33% dan siswa 61,66%. Pencapaian ini belum memenuhi indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan. Pada tindakan siklus II daya serap klasikal mencapai 88,25% dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai 90%. Sedangkan pada observasi aktivitas guru siklus II mencapai 83,33% dan siswa mencapai 86,66%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknik pemodelan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa membuat surat peribadi di kelas V SDN Kabinuang. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language by using experiential learning models atsixth grade students of SD Negeri 008 Pulau Lancang, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research was conducted based on student learning activities in the Indonesian learning process is still low so as to produce learning does not meet the KKM which has been set by the school which is 70. Furthermore, this research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four sides, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. To collect research data used a collection sheet that was filled by observers and learning outcomes tests given at the end of the cycle. Student learning activity data was analyzed by the number and percentage of students involved in each meeting. The improvement of learning outcomes can be seen from the number of students who completed at the end of the cycle. The results showed that learning activities and student learning outcomes improved after being implemented in the first cycle of students who achieved excellent grades from 12 students only 2 (17%), both 3 people (25%), sufficient categories of 2 people (17%) and at there are less categories of 5 students (42%) while in the second cycle increased to 8 students (67%) has found a very good category and 4 students (33%) in the good category that meant 100% of students have finished. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the application of the educative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language of sixth grade students at SD Negeri 008 Pulau Lancang.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial impact of certification funds and specific allocation funds and student’s learning outcomes.Sample consists of 31 schools in Palu City that selected through purposive sampling method based on the researcher’s judgment. Method of analysis is quantitative and multiple linear regressions. The results find that one unit increase of certification funds and specific allocation funds will also increase student’s learning outcomes. The test shows that certification funds and specific allocation funds have simultaneously have impact on student’s learning outcomes in 31 schools in Palu. Partial test also shows that certification funds and specific allocation funds have significant impactson student’s learning outcomes in 31 junior middle schools in Palu City.Determinant coefficient of adjusted R-square of 0,293 indicates that 29,30 % of student’s learning outcomes is impacted by certification funds and specific allocation funds, while 70,70 % belongs to variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This article discussed the limited problems namely: lack of the ability to identify intrinsic elements of drama texts in class XI of even semester students at Gajah Mada High School in Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine the ability identifying intrinsic elements of drama texts in class XI students of SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. The research used a qualitative descriptive method, namely by identifying students' abilities in determining intrinsic elements of drama texts in accordance with indicators such as themes, mandate, plot/plot, character/ characterization, setting/setting, perspective, language style. In this study, 30 samples from 150 existing populations were determined and random sampling was taken. Based on the results of research was conducted by the author through data collection techniques using test techniques, namely students were given the task of drama text and determine intrinsic elements, that the level of students ability to identify intrinsic elements of drama text of XI grade students of Gajah Mada High School in Bandar Lampung as a whole can be said to be very good with indicators as follows: (1) determining the theme in the criteria is very well, (2) determining the mandate in the criteria is very well, (3) determining the flow in the criteria is very well, (4) determining the character / characterization in the criteria is very well, (5) determining the setting is in good criteria, (6) determining the point of view is in sufficient criteria, (7) determining the style of language is in sufficient criteria.

Abstract

This a type of comparative technique survey. The population was entire teacher of SD Negeri in Somba Opu Sub Regency of Gowa Regency as much 641 teachers. The sample was taken by using proportional random sampling from the population as much 75 teachers lead by head minister and 77 teachers lead by headmistress, and the differentiation was by using questionnaire in likers scala and then it was analyzed descriptively and statistically by using the analysis of t-test. The result identity that; (i) leadership style of head minister show that he is more authoritative, democratize, laissez faire, and have more charisma than the headmistress; (ii) the headmistress was tend to implement the transformative style in leading; (iii) teachers’ performance lead by head minister and head mistress was show a good category in designing the lesson program, designing the lesson, implementing the lesson process, assessing and evaluating the learning achievement; (iv) there were differentiation between head minister and headmistress in their leadership style. The head minister is more authoritative, democratizes, laissez faire, and has more charisma than the headmistress who is tend to implement the transformative style; (v) there is no differentiation between teachers’ performance lead by head minister and lead by headmistress. Both of then show a good category.

Abstract

Pengajian majelis taklim merupakan wadah menimba ilmu pengetahuan agama, serta mengajak kepada kebaikan dan mencegah kemungkaran. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengajian majelis taklim mampu menjadi komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengajian majelis taklim Al-Muawwanah bertempat Di Kelurahan Bambu Kuning, Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekan Baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik, observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan demikian peneliti akan lebih bisa melihat sejauh mana pengajian tersebut bisa menjadi komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah terhadap muslimah yang lain dan mampu merubah kepribadian seorang muslim akhlakul karimah menjalankan semua perintah Allah SWT, dan meninggalkan laranganNya. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa, pegajian majelis taklim mampu menjadi komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah, hal ini dapat dibuktikan bahwapengajian majelis taklim mampu meningkatkan jumlah jamaah secara spesifik dari waktu kewaktu, jamaah dapat mengaplikasikan pesan-pesan dakwah dalam praktek hidup sehari-hari, pesan-pesan dakwah mampu menyeru kepada amma rma’ruh dan nahi munkar sesuai petunjuk Alquran dan Hadits
