Abstract

The quality of education that students receive at school is important in shaping their future. One of the main factors that influences the quality of learning is motivation. This article discusses in depth the critical role of motivation in improving the quality of student learning in schools. We explain various aspects of motivation, including intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and how motivation influences students' learning behavior. We also present theories of motivation in learning. Understanding the role of motivation in improving the quality of student learning is an important step in the quest for a more meaningful and productive education. In this research, researchers used qualitative literature study methods.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an important factor in student success. This research aims to examine in depth the role of classical and group guidance services in improving high school students’ learning motivation through literature studies. Through the analysis of various journals, it is expected to specifically identify the influence of the two types of guidance services on various aspects of student learning motivation, such as intrinsic, extrinsic, and learning goal motivation. In addition, this research will also identify the role of classical and group guidance services that can modulate the effectiveness of these guidance services. The results of this literature review are expected to make theoretical and practical contributions to the development of guidance programs in schools, as well as provide recommendations for educators and counselors in an effort to increase students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

Masyarakat Bromo, dengan warisan leluhur yang kaya dan praktik budaya unik, menghadapi dinamika globalisasi yang menghadirkan tantangan sekaligus peluang. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam jejak-jejak tradisi dan nilai budaya masyarakat Bromo, serta mengidentifikasi bagaimana proses transformasi budaya terjadi seiring dengan derasnya arus globalisasi. Melalui penelusuran berbagai sumber pustaka relevan, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi adaptasi, resistensi, dan inovasi budaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Bromo dalam mempertahankan identitas mereka di tengah perubahan zaman. Temuan studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan komprehensif mengenai kompleksitas interaksi antara warisan budaya lokal dan pengaruh global, serta implikasinya terhadap keberlanjutan budaya masyarakat Bromo di masa depan.

Abstract

Masalah disiplin siswa di sekolah menengah menjadi tantangan serius yang dapat menghambat proses pembelajaran dan pencapaian prestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan konseling perilaku sebagai salah satu solusi efektif dalam mengatasi masalah disiplin tersebut. Melalui studi literatur dengan menganalisis mendalam terhadap berbagai jurnal, penelitian ini menyajikan pengertian, ruang lingkup, prosedur penerapan, serta keberhasilan penerapan konseling kontrak perilaku dan self management pada siswa di lingkungan sekolah menengah atas. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi para pendidik, konselor, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program intervensi yang lebih terarah dan komprehensif untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.
