Abstract

This research aims to describe children's creativity at the IT Nurul Ilmi Kindergarten, to determine the process of implementing the arts center learning model in developing children's creativity at the IT Nurul Ilmi Kindergarten, and to identify obstacles to the implementation of the arts center learning model in developing children's creativity at the IT Nurul Ilmi Kindergarten. . This research methodology uses a qualitative approach. This approach is carried out holistically, by explaining phenomena through words and language. The subjects in this research were the principal, center teacher, class teacher and students at the arts center at TK IT Nurul Ilmi. The researcher's data collection process used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research reveal that 1) children's creativity in the arts center has developed quite well in terms of the creativity process and forms of creativity, 2) the process of implementing the arts center learning model in developing children's creativity at the IT Nurul Ilmi Kindergarten is in accordance with the procedures in the learning center, namely by implementing center learning steps, 3) obstacles to implementing the arts center learning model in developing children's creativity at the IT Nurul Ilmi Kindergarten, namely obstacles in planning and implementation, obstacles in eval_uation and assessment, obstacles in making crafts and time constraints.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the researcher's interest in the use of ICT-based media by Islamic Religious Education teachers in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning in grade 4. Although the Islamic Religious Education teachers are part of the digital immigrant generation, which is generally considered less proficient in the use of technology, it turns out that they are able to overcome this challenge well. This study uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach, where the data collected by researchers is in the form of words or images obtained directly, does not emphasize numbers and really occurs naturally (natural setting), the data and facts found are then analyzed and presented so that they are easily understood by others. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of ICT media in learning at SDN 017126 Sei Tualang Pandau includes: learning through computer media, learning through multimedia and learning through communication technology. As for the pedagogical competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SDN 017126 Sei Tualang Pandau, it has been implemented well by Islamic Religious Education teachers by mastering every situation in the classroom during learning, such as mastering the characteristics of students, mastering learning theories and principles of educational learning, developing curriculum, organizing educational learning, utilizing information and communication technology, communicating with students effectively, empathetically and politely, and conducting assessments and evaluations of the learning process and results.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi dimana seorang anak mengalami kegagalan tumbuh dan kembang akibat kurangnya asupan gizi. Tujuan dari penelitian  adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana kebijakan Pemerintah dalam pencegahan stunting di Desa Sumbul Bantun Kerbo Kecamatan Lae Parira Kabupaten Dairi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi langsung ke tempat kejadian serta melakukan wawancara dengan warga sekitar, Kepala Desa Sumbul dan Kepala Puskesmas Kentara. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa pemerintah mengalami kesulitan dalam mengimplementasi kebijakan pencegahan stunting dan Dusun Bantun Kerbo mencapai angka tertinggi anak yang mengalami stunting di Desa Sumbul. Oleh karena itu peranan pemerintah dan kebijakan kebijakan yang dilakukan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan stunting.
