Abstract

The development of information technology, especially the internet, has experienced a very large increase. The increase in internet users in Indonesia has greatly influenced the development of the marketplace in Indonesia. One of the marketplaces that is currently developing in Indonesia is Shopee. The Shopee marketplace is widely used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to carry out promotions and sales. Pelawad Village is a village that has Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), but does not yet know and manage the marketplace as a medium for promotions and sales, and cannot even create a marketplace account itself. By carrying out this service activity, it is hoped that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pelawad village will be able to utilize the marketplace as a business opportunity in the current era of internet technology. This activity uses education and training methods to introduce and create a Shopee marketplace account and training on product branding. Participants gain the ability to create an online shop and sell Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products on the Shopee marketplace. Keywords: Marketplace, Shopee, Pelawad Village MSMEs.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk ketidakadilan gender terhadap tokoh perempuan yang terdapat dalam naskah drama Dangdut Gerobak Dorong Karya Raihan Robby. Penelitian berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan feminisme yang dikemukakan oleh Fakih. Data data berupa kata, kalimat, dan dialog dianalisis yang berdasarkan lima ketidakadilan yaitu marginalisasi, subordinasi, stereotipe, kekerasan (violence) dan beban kerja. Bahan penelitian berasal dari naskah drama Dangdut Gerobak Dorong Karya Raihan Robby, yaitu satu diantara naskah drama pada buku Bayang(k)an terbitan Komite Teater Dewan Kesenian Jakarta, Taman Ismail Marzuki dengan cetakan pertama Desember 2022. Naskah ini terdapat di halaman 435-473. Hasil penelitian terhadap naskah drama Dangdut Gerobak Dorong Karya Raihan Robby menunjukkan adanya bentuk ketidakadilan yang dialami tokoh perempuan yaitu Tia. Data berupa ketidakadilan gender yang ditemukan adalah berupa kutipan dan dialog yang terdapat dalam naskah drama Dangdut Gerobak Dorong.

Abstract

Students who work are at risk of experiencing higher academic stress due to the dual burden of work and study. This study aims to analyze the level of academic stress among students in the Information Systems Program for working adults (Regular C Saturday) at UNPAM Serang using a fuzzy logic approach. The method used is the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System through five main stages: fuzzification, rule base formation, inference process, defuzzification, and result interpretation. The testing was conducted through MATLAB application calculations and manual calculations, with accuracy evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The test results showed that the difference in results between the manual method and MATLAB was very small, with a MAPE value of 0.843%, indicating that MATLAB has a very high accuracy rate in classifying academic stress into the categories of no stress, low stress, moderate stress, and high stress. These findings prove that fuzzy logic is effective for measuring psychological variables that are difficult to capture conventionally. Additionally, this approach has the potential to be developed as a tool for early detection of psychological conditions among students in higher education settings.
