Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which E-wom, usefulness, and ease of use on Attitude Towards Using the PLN Mobile application through the rust variable as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all users of the PLN Mobile application. The sample in this study was 385 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that e-wom, usefulness, and ease of use provide a significant direct influence on the trust variable and the attitude towards using a variable. The results of this study also found that trust has a direct and significant influence on attitude towards using. The results of this study explain that the trust variable is able to provide a mediating role on the effect of e-wom and its usefulness on attitude toward using. However, trust cannot be a mediating variable on the effect of ease of use on attitude toward using.

Abstract

Coffee is a highly valuable commodity that can be exported. The issue that arises is related to the supply chain, namely the suboptimal flow of goods within the supply chain. Hence, comprehending the notion of supply chain excellence is the initial step towards attaining a competitive edge in the supply chain. This paper is a literature review that analyzes prior research on the utilization of technology to enhance business operations through the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) principles. This study employs the PRISMA approach. To resolve this issue, the recommended approach is to utilize OpenSource ERP software, specifically Odoo. Odoo is a software application that employs the concept of ERP to seamlessly integrate various business operations within a company. One of its key advantages is that it is available for free download and can be customized to suit the specific requirements of the firm. Odoo offers a comprehensive module that assists firms in several aspects of their operations, including CRM, Purchase Management, Accounting, Sales Management, and more. Through the utilization of the Odoo ERP system, firms may streamline and consolidate their operational procedures, resulting in a more organized and efficient performance while reducing potential risks. , , , ,

Abstract

The cosmetics industry has several business processes from procurement to sales and distribution of products; thus, it requires a system that can integrate and monitor business processes under halal standardization. This paper discusses the use of ERP systems in the application of Odoo 10.0 Halal sales and distribution modules using the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) method. Halal system integration allows users to find out the sales results in real-time and can do documentation in the form of customer data, quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders. In addition, the main element is the halal report on sales management that can store and show reports for the marketing department. This halal ERP system can be adapted to the needs of companies to face global challenges.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin kompleks, kemampuan manajerial dan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan menjadi sangat penting bagi pemimpin muda untuk mengelola organisasi secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman teoritis serta keterampilan praktis dalam manajemen dan kepemimpinan yang berbasis kewirausahaan, dengan harapan dapat mengembangkan kompetensi pengurus OSIS dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola program-program yang inovatif serta berorientasi pada hasil. Kegiatan ini dalam tiga tahapan utama: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan melibatkan identifikasi kebutuhan organisasi dan perancangan program pelatihan yang komprehensif. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui workshop intensif yang mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar hingga penerapan praktis manajemen dan kepemimpinan entrepreneurial dalam konteks organisasi siswa. Siswa juga didorong untuk mengembangkan proyek nyata yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan daya saing OSIS. Tahap evaluasi mencakup analisis dampak pelatihan melalui observasi langsung, penilaian proyek, serta feedback dari peserta dan guru pendamping.

Abstract

Digitalization and performance efficiency are currently enforced in all fields, including in higher education. Universitas Negeri Padang as one of the universities in Indonesia also does not stop doing digital transformation and efficiency. In addition to the implementation of e-learning and hybrid lectures, UNP has just released the MyUNP application and the SIMTA application. This requires users to quickly adapt to this new application. On the other hand, lecturers and education personnel are also still trying to adapt to previously released applications such as sister, e-performance, rumah gadang, and so on. This study aims to see how the level of stress caused by technology or known as technostress on lecturers and education personnel then will also see how it affects job satisfaction. This study had 37 respondents and was analyzed using SPSS and SEM-PLS analysis tools. Conducted at the end of the year which is a deadline for various tasks and workloads, this time was chosen to be able to more accurately record the level of technostress felt by respondents. The results of this study show that three dimensions of technostress have a negative effect on job satisfaction but there are two dimensions of technostress that can have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Further discussion of the results and suggestions for future research are discussed.
