Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze : (1) the effect of E-WOM on Destination Image of Bukittinggi City (2) the effect of E-WOM on Satisfaction of Bukittinggi City (3) the effect of Service Quality on Destination Image of Bukittinggi City (4) the effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction of Bukittinggi City (5) the effect of Destination Image on Revisit Intention of Bukittinggi City (6) the effect of Satisfaction on Revisit Intention of Bukittinggi city. The type of this research is causative research. The population of this research is the padang society who has visited Bukittinggi City. Total sample of this research was 208 people by using questionnaire. The results of this research show that (1) E-WOM has a significant & positive effect on Destination Image (2) E-WOM has a significant & positive effect on Satisfaction (3) Service Quality has a significant & positive effect on Destination Image (4) Service Quality has a significant & positive effect on Satisfaction (5) Destination Image has a significant & positive effect on Revisit Intention (6) Satisfaction has a significant & positive effect on Revisit Intention. Keyword: Electronic Word-Of-Mouth (e-WOM), Service Quality, Destination Image, Satisfaction,Revisit Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which E-wom, usefulness, and ease of use on Attitude Towards Using the PLN Mobile application through the rust variable as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all users of the PLN Mobile application. The sample in this study was 385 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that e-wom, usefulness, and ease of use provide a significant direct influence on the trust variable and the attitude towards using a variable. The results of this study also found that trust has a direct and significant influence on attitude towards using. The results of this study explain that the trust variable is able to provide a mediating role on the effect of e-wom and its usefulness on attitude toward using. However, trust cannot be a mediating variable on the effect of ease of use on attitude toward using.

Abstract

Business environment becoming increasingly competitive, MSMEs are required to enhance their creativity in both production and marketing processes. The MSME Forum Lembah Gumanti has made commendable progress in processing and promoting its products. However, it continues to face obstacles in financial record-keeping, food product innovation, and marketing strategies. This research aims to equip MSME participants with better knowledge in digital financial literacy, innovation of local specialty products, and effective digital marketing practices. The approach involves collaborative brainstorming through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) that engage academics, industry practitioners, government representatives, and MSME participants, along with practical fieldwork. The outcomes of this initiative are: Improved digital financial literacy among MSME Forum Lembah Gumanti; Development of diversified, longer-lasting processed food products using the region’s top agricultural commodities; and Adoption of user-friendly digital marketing tools and promotional techniques tailored to MSME products.

Abstract

Coffee is a highly valuable commodity that can be exported. The issue that arises is related to the supply chain, namely the suboptimal flow of goods within the supply chain. Hence, comprehending the notion of supply chain excellence is the initial step towards attaining a competitive edge in the supply chain. This paper is a literature review that analyzes prior research on the utilization of technology to enhance business operations through the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) principles. This study employs the PRISMA approach. To resolve this issue, the recommended approach is to utilize OpenSource ERP software, specifically Odoo. Odoo is a software application that employs the concept of ERP to seamlessly integrate various business operations within a company. One of its key advantages is that it is available for free download and can be customized to suit the specific requirements of the firm. Odoo offers a comprehensive module that assists firms in several aspects of their operations, including CRM, Purchase Management, Accounting, Sales Management, and more. Through the utilization of the Odoo ERP system, firms may streamline and consolidate their operational procedures, resulting in a more organized and efficient performance while reducing potential risks. , , , ,

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian daerah, namun keterbatasan literasi keuangan dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan X Koto, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, sebagai respon terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha lokal. Tujuan program adalah memperkuat pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pencatatan keuangan yang lebih sistematis sekaligus membekali mereka dengan keterampilan pemasaran digital. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan terpadu, diskusi partisipatif, serta praktik langsung menggunakan aplikasi SIApik untuk pembukuan dan aplikasi Lynk.co untuk pemasaran produk. Sebanyak 25 pelaku UMKM terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil awal menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya pemisahan keuangan rumah tangga dengan keuangan usaha, serta mulai tumbuhnya keterampilan menggunakan media digital dalam memasarkan produk. Kegiatan ini memberikan rekomendasi agar pendampingan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, mengingat sebagian peserta masih menghadapi keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan adaptasi teknologi.
