Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the application of the debt transfer contract is in accordance with Fatwa DSN MUI and to find out the supporting and obstacles in implementing the debt transfer contract. This type of research is field research using data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations and literature related with the problem under study, both as primary and secondary sources. While the method used is the qualitative description method. The results of this study explain that the application of debt transfer begins with the provision of qardh to customers the buyback process between customers with the bank until the end of the installment installment payment period. While the supporting factors are helping and facilitate customers who want to migrate from conventional banks to Islamic banks. For inhibiting factors is the lack of ability customers in paying installments, the customer's ability to provide the necessary funds related to financing in the debt transfer contract transfer of debt, the house that used as collateral is not feasible based on the appraisal assessment, did not get approval from the bank that will be transferred.

Abstract

Internet memiliki peranan penting untuk minat belajar bagi peserta didik dan membawa pengaruh yang besar terhadap dunia pendidikan. Pemanfaatan Internet of Things merupakan salah satu inovasi yang berperan penting untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan Internet of Things (IoT) terhadap minat belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang telah dilakukan pada bulan Januari - November 2023 di Departemen Biologi FMIPA UNP dan SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Sampel berjumlah 100 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan nilai r = 0,7562 (korelasi kuat) dan nilai thitung (11,441) > ttabel (1,984). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara Internet of Things dan minat belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang.

Abstract

PT Prima Konstruksi Utama is an experienced company in the construction services sector. The equipment used by the company faces various maintenance challenges. Equipment breakdowns during construction projects can cause delays and missed deadlines. Without an effective monitoring system, there is a risk of overlapping or neglect in equipment maintenance, negatively impacting productivity and costs. Therefore, a maintenance scheduling monitoring system with priority algorithms is needed to ensure all equipment is in good condition and ready for use when required, prioritizing the most important maintenance tasks. This maintenance scheduling monitoring system is designed using the Laravel framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). The development of this web system employs the waterfall method and Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system facilitates and accelerates the maintenance process by providing information on repair and maintenance schedules, simplifying the repair request process from the person in charge to the maintenance manager, and assisting in the creation of repair and maintenance reports.
