Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Mengenai Hipertensi Dengan Metode Penyuluhan Menggunakan Media Audio Visual Nurhidayat, M. Arif

Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic disease that is often found in all levels of society with the main factor being cardiovascular disease. The main causes of this disease are genetics, lifestyle changes and stress. If hypertension is not treated immediately, it will certainly cause complications such as kidney problems, stroke and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Classification of hypertension according to WHO: normal blood pressure: 90-120 mmHg, pre-hypertension: 120-139 mmHg, grade 1 hypertension: 140-159 mmHg and grade 2 hypertension: more than 160 mmHg. The phenomenon that is often encountered is the level of knowledge about hypertension. Many people still do not know about the causes, signs and symptoms or how to treat hypertension. Hypertension cases are increasing every year, so there is a need for health efforts as a preventive measure. This community service was carried out in Tunjungnjagir Village, which is one of the villages located in Mantup District, Lamongan Regency. The aim of this community service in the form of socialization is to increase public knowledge about hypertension. The method used is a lecture method followed by a question and answer session using audiovisual media and leaflets. The results of this community service show an increase in the average value of hypertension knowledge from 79.6 to 86.9 after being given health education. Service activities in the form of health education can improve the quality of life by introducing the principles of prevention and are expected to reduce the prevalence of the disease itself.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a learning model in the Project of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening (PPSPS). This model is a Treffinger model based on hybrid learning for elementary school students. The development of a Treffinger model based on hybrid learning in this research used a development model adapted from Plomp (1997). The development model by Plomp has five main stages, including (1) preliminary investigation, (2) design, (3) realization/construction, (4) test, evaluation, and revision, and (5) implementation. The subjects of this research were the students in class 4A and 4B of Muhammadiyah Elementary School (MES) 1 Babat. The instruments used were student learning outcomes and student responses to the learning process. The validation instruments in this research were the validation tests of the lesson plans/teaching modules, students worksheets, student books, model books, and assessment instruments. Based on the results of preliminary study, a hybrid-learning-based Treffinger model was designed. The model design in this study included (1) model book design, (2) design of learning components (student books, teaching modules, worksheets), and (3) instrument design to obtain data in the model development process. The development of the Treffinger model based on hybrid learning was tested for the validity, resulting in a percentage of 92%, whereas the effectiveness was tested based on teacher observations resulting in a percentage of 93%. The learning outcomes had a percentage of 83%, and the practicality test based on student responses resulted in a percentage of 97%. Based on these research results, the development of the Treffinger Model based on hybrid learning is considered suitable for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kurangnya sikap toleransi yang dimiliki oleh siswa terhadap keberagaman yang dimiliki oleh teman sebayanya baik itu keberagaman agama, suku, budaya maupun sosial. Oleh karena diperlukan sikap toleransi untuk mengatasi munculnya sikap intoleransi pada siswa sekolah dasar. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis perlu meneliti tentang analisis sikap toleransi dalam implementasi kurikulum ditinjau dari dimensi berkebhinekaan global di SD Negeri 1 Balun, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sikap toleransi siswa dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka terutama pada penerapan dimensi berkebhinekaan global serta menemukan solusi berupa upaya menguatkan sikap toleransi pada diri siswa yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru kelas 4 SD Negeri 1 Balun. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap toleransi siswa SD Negeri 1 Balun sudah baik dilihat dari aspek karakter sikap toleransi yaitu aspek kedamaian, aspek menghargai perbedaan dan individu serta aspek kesadaran. Upaya yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam penguatan sikap toleransi ialah  mengadakan kegiatan kunjungan rumah ibadah masing-masing agama, kegiatan buka puasa bersama dan paskah pelajar dengan semua siswa serta mengadakan kegiatan pentas seni untuk menanamkan sikap toleransi siswa terhadap keberagaman.
