Abstract

One of Indonesia's unsolved problems is corruption. Corruption is still a problem and still cannot be resolved until now. In North Sumatra until 2022 the number of regional heads involved in corruption cases was 17 people. For this reason, in eradicating corruption in the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Regulation Number 33 of 2019 concerning the obligation of universities to carry out anti-corruption education programs and the KPK in its strategic plan for 2020 to 2024 also makes prevention efforts through educational approaches, anti-corruption campaigns and socialization. For this reason, KPK encourages universities to conduct anti-corruption education for students to prevent early on. The writing method uses descriptive analysis. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained 11 questions where 4 questions related to identity and 7 core questions. from the results obtained that 81.7% of students answered that there was a change in understanding of the anti-corruption movement after attending the lesson. To maintain continuity and increase understanding of anti-corruption, students hope that there are three activities facilitated by universities, the first is holding an anti-corruption school, creating special discussion groups on anti-corruption and creating special courses on anti-corruption education in universities.

Abstract

The constitution of teachers and lecturer (no14 of 2005) provides that teachers are professional educators and scientists with major assignments to transform, develop, and promote science, technology, and the arts through education, research, and community research. Public service (PKM) is a subjective duty, so it is compulsory. PKM is itself a direct process of implementation of science, technology and cultural arts using scientific methodologies as propagation of tri darma. In simple terms, PKM can be defined as implementation process or application of technologies and science to the public. This service to the public was performed at wiyata dharma high school in a workshop. PKM is planning to use monsoonsim using using monsoonsim to supply chain management. Where a supply chain management is an approach used to promote integration of suppliers, manufacturing, distirsions, retailer and custommer so that the products produced in the right amount, the right time and the right locations to minimize costs and give satisfaction to consumers can be very useful in helping students understand difficult concepts. This helps students to think systematically and logically as they progress through scenarios full of uncertainty and complexity.

Abstract

Abstract: Village Fund management is a crucial aspect in realizing equitable and sustainable village development. However, the effectiveness of such management is largely determined by the level of village community participation in all stages of program planning, implementation, and evaluation. This article discusses how community participation can be a key foundation in Village Fund management, as well as the obstacles and strategies that can be implemented to strengthen the active role of the community. The study results indicate that a participatory approach not only increases transparency and accountability but also strengthens community ownership of village development outcomes.           Keywords: village funds, community participation, village development,  Abstrak: Pengelolaan Dana Desa merupakan aspek krusial dalam upaya mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang adil dan berkelanjutan. Namun, efektivitas pengelolaan tersebut sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat partisipasi masyarakat desa dalam seluruh tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi program. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dapat menjadi fondasi utama dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa, serta kendala dan strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperkuat peran masyarakat secara aktif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif tidak hanya meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kepemilikan masyarakat terhadap hasil pembangunan desa. Kata kunci: dana desa, partisipasi masyarakat, pembangunan desa
