Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memudahkan generasi muda untuk memahami dan berpartisipasi dalam investasi, termasuk pasar modal. Namun, keterbatasan literasi keuangan sering menjadi penghambat bagi siswa untuk memulai investasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMK Negeri 2 Rantau Utara mengenai transaksi saham dan literasi pasar modal. Program ini melibatkan seminar, diskusi interaktif, dan pelatihan praktik transaksi saham. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada semua aspek yang diukur, termasuk pemahaman pasar modal (51%), sekuritas (46%), pembukaan rekening saham (43%), transaksi saham (40%), dan penentuan saham yang baik (34%). Program ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa dan mendorong mereka untuk berinvestasi secara bijak. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan lebih luas guna memperluas wawasan generasi muda tentang pasar modal dan investasi saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada UMKM Ompu Gende Coffee. Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor krusial dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode non-probability sampling, di mana sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan kafe Ompu Gende Coffee. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan dapat mendorong pelanggan untuk tetap setia dan melakukan pembelian ulang. Temuan ini memperkuat penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa hubungan baik dengan pelanggan serta pemenuhan harapan pelanggan berkontribusi pada loyalitas yang lebih tinggi. Dengan demikian, manajemen kafe disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan guna memperkuat daya saing dan mencapai target bisnis yang lebih optimal

Abstract

Abstract: Village Fund management is a crucial aspect in realizing equitable and sustainable village development. However, the effectiveness of such management is largely determined by the level of village community participation in all stages of program planning, implementation, and evaluation. This article discusses how community participation can be a key foundation in Village Fund management, as well as the obstacles and strategies that can be implemented to strengthen the active role of the community. The study results indicate that a participatory approach not only increases transparency and accountability but also strengthens community ownership of village development outcomes.           Keywords: village funds, community participation, village development,  Abstrak: Pengelolaan Dana Desa merupakan aspek krusial dalam upaya mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang adil dan berkelanjutan. Namun, efektivitas pengelolaan tersebut sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat partisipasi masyarakat desa dalam seluruh tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi program. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dapat menjadi fondasi utama dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa, serta kendala dan strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperkuat peran masyarakat secara aktif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif tidak hanya meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kepemilikan masyarakat terhadap hasil pembangunan desa. Kata kunci: dana desa, partisipasi masyarakat, pembangunan desa

Abstract

This community service and research project aims to enhance the digital capabilities of the Pematang Johar Rice Field Tourism Village community through strengthened branding and digital marketing. The activity was motivated by the significant decline in tourist visits during the COVID-19 pandemic, which highlighted the need for more adaptive promotional strategies. The study employed a descriptive-participatory approach consisting of observation, socialization, training, and mentoring activities. A total of 60 participants were involved in training sessions covering visual content production, social media management, Google Maps optimization, and village website development. Pre-test results indicated low levels of digital literacy (40/100), while post-test scores increased sharply to 90/100 after the mentoring sessions. Beyond technical improvements, the program also led to social transformation, including the formation of a village digital team, increased collaboration among MSMEs, and the establishment of a new branding identity: “Pematang Johar – Rice Field Tourism on the Outskirts of Medan City.” The outcomes demonstrate that digital marketing is an effective strategy for promoting tourist villages and supporting sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of relationship marketing and promotion on consumer satisfaction in culinary MSMEs in Medan City. The research background highlights the rapid growth of culinary businesses and intense competition, requiring entrepreneurs to rely not only on product quality but also on marketing strategies that foster consumer loyalty. Relationship marketing emphasizes communication, service, and trust, while promotion introduces products, increases sales, and builds brand image through discounts, bundling packages, social media, and influencer collaborations. A descriptive approach was applied, using observation, interviews, and literature review. Findings reveal that relationship marketing enhances consumer satisfaction through personal interaction and friendly service, while promotion provides added value via affordable pricing and emotional engagement. The synergy of both strategies creates stronger effects: promotion attracts new consumers, while relationship marketing ensures existing ones remain loyal. In conclusion, combining effective promotional strategies with consistent relationship marketing is essential for culinary MSMEs in Medan to achieve consumer satisfaction and strengthen competitiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the role of innovation and product quality in enhancing consumer purchase decisions in Medan using a descriptive qualitative approach. Case studies were conducted across representative product categories in the local market. Data were collected through in depth interviews, participant observation at points of sale and after sales services, and documentation of product materials and customer testimonials. Thematic analysis involving data reduction, categorization, and source triangulation revealed that functionally relevant innovation and consistent product quality are primary drivers of perceived value, accelerate decision making, and foster customer loyalty. The study also identifies several problems related to the variables of innovation, product quality, and the purchase decision process that manufacturers and retailers must address.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of local raw materials in improving food quality and shaping local economic linkages, using the Yoku Yatta restaurant in Medan as a case study. Based on a survey of 140 consumers and analyzed using a quantitative SEM-PLS approach, the research examines the relationships between local raw material quality, food quality, consumer satisfaction, and the local economic linkages impact. The results indicate that the use of local raw materials significantly enhances food quality and contributes to strengthening local economic linkages through supply-side interactions. Food quality is a key driver of consumer satisfaction; however, its effect on economic linkages is fully mediated by consumer satisfaction. Instead, its influence is transmitted indirectly through consumer satisfaction, which serves as a crucial mediating mechanism. This finding highlights the study’s primary theoretical contribution by demonstrating the importance of consumer satisfaction as a mechanism connecting product quality and local economic benefits. These results reflect recent trends in the Indonesian culinary sector, where consumer awareness of sustainability and local sourcing is increasing. Preliminary evidence from the Yoku Yatta consumer survey shows that local ingredient use not only enhances perceived quality but also helps build a positive restaurant image. The managerial implications emphasize the need to strengthen local supply chains, improving value-added communication strategies regarding local sourcing, and promote menu innovation based on local raw materials.
