Abstract

The central role of parents in the lives of children cannot be replaced or delegated to other individuals or parties. Parents in the GKJ Jeruklegi Margi Rahayu congregation have not fully fulfilled this role. This study aims to determine the role of parents as spiritual educators in shaping the morals and faith of children in the Javanese Christian Church throughout the South Banyumas Classis and to understand the influence of parents' role as spiritual educators on the formation of morals and faith of children in the Javanese Christian Church throughout the South Banyumas Classis. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Based on analysis using Nvivo 12 Software, it is concluded that the role of parents in spiritually educating and accompanying children significantly influences children's relationship with God; The support and advice given by parents to children play a crucial role in shaping the spiritual formation of children and helping family members find a better way of life; Parental guidance and advice demonstrate the family's function in maintaining a harmonious relationship between parents and children; Guidance and advice as important approaches in educating and shaping the faith and morals of children are based on harmonious relationships; In teaching and parenting, parents must understand the importance of using technology wisely in educating children, especially in facing online challenges, and cooperation between husband and wife in instilling religious values in children through everyday experiences.

Abstract

The background for writing this article is the widespread use of smartphones among children and the many applications available on Android with religious affiliations, including Christianity, that not many parents know about. The purpose of this research is to convey to parents that the responsibility to realize Christian Religion Education (CRE) for children in the family can be helped by the availability of the Bible for Kids application. The scope of the research is an exploration of the Android application, namely Bible for Kids, which is linked to CRE Children in the family. The findings and conclusions of this research are that the Bible for Kids application is very suitable for parents to use as a companion application in realizing PAK for children in the family, especially in increasing children's Bible knowledge through stories, coloring activities, games and other activities available on the application the.Abstrak:Latar belakang penulisan artikel ini adalah maraknya penggunaan smartphone pada anak dan banyaknya aplikasi yang tersedia di android berafiliasi keagamaan termasuk keagamaan Kristen yang belum banyak orang tua ketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyampaikan kepada orang tua bahwa tanggung jawab mewujudkan PAK Anak di keluarga dapat terbantu dengan tersedianya aplikasi Bible for Kids. Ruang lingkup penelitian adalah eksplorasi terhadap aplikasi android yaitu Bible for Kids, yang dikaitkan dengan PAK Anak di keluarga. Hasil temuan dan kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi Bible for Kids sangat cocok untuk dimanfaatkan oleh orang tua sebagai aplikasi pendamping dalam mewujudkan PAK Anak di keluarga khususnya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan Alkitab anak melalui cerita, aktivitas mewarnai, game, dan aktivitas lainnya yang tersedia pada aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of male ministers in the local church in GPdI Sungai Bahar Region I. The research aims to look at the reasons for men's non-involvement in ministry and pinpoint areas of need for men's involvement, then encourage men to get involved in local church ministry which will have a positive impact on church ministry. The research method used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The scope of the research was men in local congregations in the working area of the Regional Assembly I of the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) Sungai Bahar, Jambi Province with a total of 88 adult men (married) from 21 local congregations. The results obtained are that many men have not been involved in the ministry because they do not fully understand the reasons and forms of involvement that they can do. The conclusion of this study is that the more men's involvement in local church ministry is maximized, the greater the achievements that can be done in the local congregation, so that serious efforts are needed from pastors to seek men's involvement in local congregations through inspirational stories from men who are involved in ministry.

Abstract

Pemimpin adalah posisi sentral dalam organisasi. Pemimpin yang mampu memanejemen kepemimpinannya akan mampu menggerakkan organisai yang dipimpin mencapai tujuan dan program kerja organisasinya. Misi dalam perintisan dan pendirian rumah ibadah GPdI Efata Desa Muara Bahar Kecamatan Bayung Lencir menarik untuk diteliti karena memiliki proses pendirian yang begitu dinamis dan mulai dari perintisan sampai pelantikan gembala sidang walaupun sebagian besar dari kegiatan perintisan dan pendirian gereja tersebut terdampak pandemi covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan tentang bagaimana manajemen kepemimpinan kristen yang berhubungan dengan misi gereja lokal dalam perintisan dan pendirian rumah ibadah dengan proses yang tidak mudah karena adanya pergumulan yang bersifat internal dan eksternal. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara riil berdasarkan fakta di lapangan (field research) yang kemudian menemukan tiga temuan penting terkait manajemen kepemimpinan dalam menggerakkan misi jemaat lokal. Pertama, kemampuan pemimpin untuk mengambil keputusan dan arahan sangat diperlukan. Kedua, pemimpin melibatkan diri persoalan sebagai bentuk aksi dan kontrol. Ketiga, kemampuan pemimpin dalam menggerakkan kerelaan dan kerjasama yang baik menghasilkan percepatan misi ditinjau dari segi waktu dan materi.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to describe the implementation of the Christian religious education teacher working group (KKG) in improving the professional competence of PAK teachers in Muaro Jambi Regency in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. From the results of the study, it was found that very few PAK SD teachers in Muaro Jambi Regency were touched in the process of increasing their professional competence in implementing the curriculum, especially the newly launched Independent Curriculum. The results of the study stated that the empowerment of the PAK KKG in Muaro Jambi Regency and the implementation in accordance with the provisions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the KKG could improve the professional competence of PAK teachers in Muaro Jambi Regency in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.Keywords: merdeka curriculum; KKG PAK, teacher's professional competence Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesioanl Guru PAK Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa guru PAK SD Kabupaten Muaro Jambi masih sangat sedikit yang tersentuh dalam proses peningkatan kompetensi profesionalnya dalam mengimpletasikan kurikulum apalagi Kurikulum Merdeka yang baru diluncurkan. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pemberdayaan KKG PAK Kabupaten Muaro Jambi serta pelaksanaan yang sesuai ketentuan yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi KKG dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PAK Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka.Katakunci: kurikulum merdeka, KKG PAK, kompetensi profesional guru

Abstract

Perundungan pada remaja merupakan fenomena sosial yang kian meningkat dan berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan mental, sosial, serta akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran pendidikan agama Kristen (PAK) dalam keluarga dalam membangun ketahanan remaja terhadap perundungan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka digunakan dengan menelaah literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi konsep-konsep kunci, peran keluarga, strategi implementasi, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAK keluarga berkontribusi pada pembentukan ketahanan remaja melalui empat aspek utama, yakni spiritual, emosional, sosial, dan moral. Implementasi yang konsisten melalui penanaman nilai iman, pembinaan karakter, keterampilan merespon perundungan, serta keteladanan orang tua menjadi kunci penguatan daya lenting remaja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi PAK keluarga sebagai upaya preventif dalam mengurangi dampak perundungan sekaligus sebagai dasar pembentukan generasi remaja Kristen yang tangguh.

Abstract

Optimalisasi Praktik Mangalehon Poda Sebagai Implementasi Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Keluarga. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik mangalehon poda dalam keluarga Kristen; mendorong para orang tua untuk mengoptimalkan praktik mangalehon poda menjadi kesempatan untuk mendidik anak sesuai dengan iman kristen; menunjukkan dampak positif dari praktik mangalehon poda sebagai implementasi Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) Keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah keluarga Kristen yang menjalankan praktik mangalehon poda di keluarga mereka. Informan terdiri dari tiga orang yang dipilih berdasarkan puposive sampling yaitu mereka yang punya pengalaman dan praktik mangalehon poda. Usia informan 55, 67, 68 tahun, menikah dan punya anak yang sudah dewasa merupakan kriteria pemilihan informan yang memungkinkan jawaban yang beragam dalam topik yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian adalah: PAK Keluarga merupakan kebutuhan bagi setiap keluarga Kristen; praktik mangalehon poda perlu dioptimalkan sebagai wadah untuk implementasi nilai-nilai PAK dalam keluarga; praktik mangalehon poda pada generasi sekarang dioptimalkan dengan berfokus pada kebutuhan anak terhadap tuntunan dalam mempersiapkan mereka untuk masa depan yang baik bukan pada ambisi orang tua terhadap masa depan anak mereka.Optimization of Mangalehon Poda Practice as an Implementation of Christian Religious Education in the Family. This article aims to analyze the practice of mangalehon poda in Christian families; encouraging parents to optimize the practice of mangalehon poda as an opportunity to educate children in accordance with the Christian faith; showing the positive impact of the practice of mangalehon poda as an implementation of Family Christian Religious Education (CRE). This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through observation and interviews. The subjects of the study were Christian families who practiced the mangalehon poda practice in their families. The informants consisted of three people who were selected based on puposive sampling, namely those who have experience and practice of mangalehon poda. The age of the informant is 55, 67, 68 years old, married and has adult children is a criterion for selecting an informant that allows for a variety of answers in the topic being researched. The results of the study are: Family CRE is a necessity for every Christian family; the practice of mangalehon poda needs to be optimized as a forum for the implementation of values CRE in the family; The practice of mangalehon poda in the current generation is optimized by focusing on children's needs for guidance in preparing them for a good future rather than on parents' ambitions for their children's future.
