Abstract

This study aims to formulate a model for preventing counterproductive work behavior within the UPT Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Southeast Sulawesi (Study on LPKA Class II Kendari). The research design used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach aims to make an accurate and factual picture of the facts found during research. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. Overall, this study found six models of prevention of counterproductive work behavior in LPKA Class II Kendari. The six models are: 1) define clear targets; (2) be firm in the implementation of the rules; (3) the leader becomes a role model; (4) reward and punishment; (5) improvement of control and supervisory functions; and (6) the construction of Integrity Zones.

Abstract

Banks are trusted financial institutions that function as intermediary institutions, helping the payment system run smoothly and, no less important, as institutions that are a means of implementing government policies, namely monetary policy. This research aims to determine and analyze the level of bank health using the Non-Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio methods at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 2019-2022. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The variables and measurements used in this research consist of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The results of this research show that for 4 periods, starting from 2019 to 2022, the findings were that the results of the bank's health level in terms of the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) were overall healthy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of empowerment on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, and empowerment on performance through job satisfaction. The study uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with a sample size of 57 employees from the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Madya Pabean C Kendari. The results show that empowerment has a positive effect on employee performance, although its impact is smaller compared to the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. Empowerment provides employees with the opportunity to work more independently and responsibly, which in turn can improve their performance. Additionally, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, indicating that job autonomy, recognition of contributions, and opportunities for growth can enhance job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with higher job satisfaction levels leading to better performance. Empowerment also positively influences employee performance through increased job satisfaction, meaning that successful empowerment that improves job satisfaction will contribute to enhanced employee performance

Abstract

This research activity will be carried out as an effort to assist the Konawe Islands Regency government in solving economic problems based on efforts to improve the quality of regional economic growth that can be achieved through strategies to improve the quality of economic growth. Especially in terms of increasing GDP growth which has implications for reducing income distribution inequality, reducing poverty rates, decreasing the unemployment rate and increasing the human development index. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to find out and analyze the quality of economic growth that occurs in Konawe Islands Regency, formulate a strategy to improve the quality of economic growth in Konawe Islands Regency. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. This research is expected to be able to show that improving the quality of economic growth is a form of government program preparation in order to improve the welfare of the community in Konawe Islands Regency. The results of the study show that: (1). The quality of economic growth that occurs in Konawe Islands Regency is quite quality economic growth, where the increase in the rate of economic growth has a negative direction towards reducing income distribution inequality, decreasing the percentage of population poverty and decreasing the unemployment rate, while the rate of economic growth has a positive direction towards increasing the value of the Human Development Index. (2). The strategy to improve the quality of economic growth in Konawe Islands Regency is to implement the SO (Aggressive Growth) Strategy by increasing the rate of economic growth and improving the regional economic structure by continuing to pursue regional development across sectors by utilizing regional potential with the aim of improving overall community welfare.
