Abstract

This study investigates the implementation and effectiveness of developing students' critical and innovative attitudes and integrating Pancasila values in the curriculum of SDN 244 Guruminda Bandung City. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interview, and document analysis. The results showed that this school has successfully integrated Pancasila values in its curriculum by using a holistic and comprehensive approach. Teachers are specially trained in developing lessons that prioritize Pancasila values in every subject and extracurricular activity. In addition, the development of students' critical and innovative attitudes at SDN 244 Guruminda is encouraged through collaborative projects and active learning methods, which help students to not only understand but also apply Pancasila values in daily life and social situations. Despite facing several challenges such as limited resources, the school continues to strive to improve the quality of education by involving various stakeholders and optimizing existing facilities. The implication of this study is the importance of character education based on Pancasila values in shaping young generations who have moral integrity, social skills, and readiness to face global challenges in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how important the management of facilities and infrastructure is to improve student learning standards. With a library-based approach, this research uses a qualitative methodology. The findings show how important infrastructure management is for improving the teaching and learning standards of students at SD Bintang Madani. 1) Planning for facilities and infrastructure at SD Bintang Madani is carried out through meeting activities. 2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure at SD Bintang Madani is carried out according to the results of supervision of existing facilities and infrastructure. 3) An inventory of facilities and infrastructure at SD Bintang Madani is carried out according to the established standard operating procedures. 4) The distribution of facilities and infrastructure at Bintang Madani Elementary School is carried out according to the provisions in the previous plan. 5) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SD Bintang Madani, the school has appointed 9 education staff. 6) The removal of facilities and infrastructure at SD Bintang Madani is carried out for facilities and infrastructure that cannot be repaired. 7) Supervision of facilities and infrastructure at SD Bintang Madani is carried out by internal parties and in collaboration with external parties.

Abstract

Leadership Roles in the Multieduhealthainment 5.0 era. Advances in information and communication technology have affected how we learn, stay healthy, and enjoy happiness for the gifts of Allah SWT, which are given with gratitude. Practical and flexible leadership is critical in dealing with difficulties and taking advantage of the possibilities provided by the 5.0 Digitalization era. Consequently, the authors were motivated to study leadership function in the Multieduhealthtainment 5.0 age. This period is different with multi-integration, education, health, and entertainment in one platform. Literature studies are utilized as a research tool to understand leadership in the Multieduhealthtainment 5.0 era. According to the study's results, leaders of this century must possess the skills and expertise needed to manage multifaceted educational, health, and entertainment systems effectively

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kedisiplinan guru di SD Juara Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memahami secara mendalam strategi-strategi kepemimpinan yang telah diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Selain itu, observasi dan analisis dokumen juga digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah mengadopsi berbagai strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif, termasuk pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan administrasi sekolah, pengembangan sarana prasarana yang memadai, dan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis untuk mendukung tugas guru sehari-hari. Selain itu, kepala sekolah telah mengedepankan pengembangan kompetensi guru dan menetapkan target kedisiplinan yang jelas sebagai bagian dari strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Prinsip partisipasi, komunikasi, dan pengakuan atas kontribusi para guru menjadi pilar utama dalam membangun motivasi mereka. Pengambilan kebijakan yang adil juga menjadi perhatian utama kepala sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif bagi seluruh warga sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SD Juara Kota Bandung telah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kedisiplinan guru. Temuan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan praktik kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif di sekolah-sekolah lain, khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi dan atmosfer kerja di lingkungan pendidikan.
