Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to improve the learning effectiveness of students at Samawa University. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach to obtain an objective picture of the level of understanding, use, benefits, and challenges of AI in the learning process. The study subjects consisted of 67 students who had utilized AI in academic activities. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages and frequency distributions. The results showed that the majority of students had a high level of understanding and use of AI. AI was perceived as significantly assisting students in understanding course material and increasing learning effectiveness through easy access to information, efficient study time, and support for independent learning. Furthermore, the benefits of AI use were deemed to outweigh the challenges faced, although challenges related to ethical use and potential dependency persist. Lecturer and institutional support for AI utilization was also positive and played a significant role in encouraging the productive and responsible use of AI. Overall, this study demonstrates that Artificial Intelligence technology has significant potential as an effective learning support medium, with the caveat that mentoring and digital literacy are needed to ensure its use remains aligned with academic principles.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze students’ learning interest and to identify the factors influencing it at SMP Negeri 3 Raraatean, Tompasobaru District, South Minahasa Regency. Students’ learning interest is an essential aspect of the learning process, as it directly affects students’ levels of engagement and the achievement of learning outcomes at the junior high school level. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, focusing on an in-depth understanding of students’ learning experiences, perceptions, and learning conditions.Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving students, teachers, parents, and the school principal as the main data sources. The collected data were analyzed using the interactive analysis model proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, data display, and iterative conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that students’ learning interest is at a moderate level and tends to be situational in nature. Learning interest increases when teachers apply varied, contextual, and interactive teaching methods, but tends to decrease in monotonous learning situations that provide limited opportunities for active student involvement.Internal factors influencing learning interest include intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and students’ learning readiness, while external factors encompass teacher roles, parental support, the availability of learning facilities, and students’ social environment. These findings emphasize that enhancing students’ learning interest requires synergy among innovative instructional strategies, family involvement, and the creation of a supportive learning environment to foster sustainable development of students’ learning interest. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat belajar siswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya di SMP Negeri 3 Raraatean, Kecamatan Tompasobaru, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Minat belajar siswa merupakan aspek penting dalam pembelajaran karena berperan langsung terhadap tingkat keterlibatan siswa dan pencapaian hasil belajar pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman, persepsi, dan kondisi belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan siswa, guru, orang tua, serta kepala sekolah sebagai sumber data utama. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi proses reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan secara berulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan cenderung bersifat situasional. Minat belajar meningkat ketika guru menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang variatif, kontekstual, dan interaktif, namun cenderung menurun pada pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Faktor internal yang memengaruhi minat belajar meliputi motivasi intrinsik, kepercayaan diri, dan kesiapan belajar siswa, sedangkan faktor eksternal mencakup peran guru, dukungan orang tua, ketersediaan fasilitas belajar, serta lingkungan sosial siswa. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan minat belajar siswa memerlukan sinergi antara strategi pembelajaran inovatif, keterlibatan keluarga, dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif agar minat belajar dapat dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perubahan kebijakan kurikulum dari Kurikulum 2013 ke Kurikulum Merdeka dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai permasalahan mendasar, antara lain kompetensi yang terlalu luas, struktur kurikulum yang kaku, beban belajar peserta didik yang tinggi, keterbatasan ruang inovasi guru, serta rendahnya capaian hasil belajar nasional sebagaimana tercermin dalam hasil PISA. Kondisi tersebut diperparah oleh krisis pembelajaran akibat pandemi COVID-19, sehingga diperlukan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka, khususnya melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan asesmen yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi guru SMA Negeri 1 Pineleng dalam menyusun modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka yang berorientasi pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan asesmen diagnostik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan berbasis workshop, yang diawali dengan sosialisasi konsep pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan asesmen, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik penyusunan modul ajar selama empat bulan, baik secara luring maupun daring. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 25 guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menyusun modul ajar yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran, karakteristik peserta didik, serta prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka. Guru juga menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam merancang pembelajaran yang fleksibel, kontekstual, dan berpusat pada siswa. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru serta mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di satuan pendidikan..

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of digitalization in driving the development of digital entrepreneurship amidst increasingly competitive global economic dynamics. Digitalization is seen as a strategic necessity for businesses to improve operational efficiency, expand market opportunities, and create added value through the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and digital platforms. The method used in this research is a literature review, reviewing various scientific sources related to digitalization and digital entrepreneurship. The results of the study indicate that digitalization not only transforms traditional business models into more flexible and adaptive ones, but also enables the creation of new innovations, personalized services, and enhanced customer experiences. Furthermore, digitalization plays a crucial role in increasing business resilience, particularly in the face of crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous studies have revealed that the success of digital transformation is influenced by technological factors, socio-economic conditions, and institutional support, although challenges such as limited resources, technological readiness, and implementation complexity remain. The discussion also highlights the importance of digital ecosystems, technological infrastructure, and digital skills development as key factors in supporting the growth of digital entrepreneurship. Digital platforms and technological infrastructure provide opportunities for businesses to develop products, expand distribution, and improve business efficiency. In conclusion, digitalization is a key foundation for the development of modern entrepreneurship, encompassing various economic, social, and organizational aspects. Therefore, business actors are required to continuously adapt, improve digital competency, and optimally utilize technology to achieve business sustainability and competitiveness in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di era digital. Kajian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis jurnal serta artikel terkait yang relevan dengan topik supervisi pendidikan dan teknologi digital. Fokus kajian meliputi peran supervisi dalam transformasi pembelajaran, tantangan implementasi supervisi digital, dan strategi untuk mengoptimalkan penerapannya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan inovasi pembelajaran. Teknologi seperti aplikasi monitoring, dashboard evaluasi, dan platform kolaborasi digital memungkinkan pemantauan kinerja guru secara real-time dan memberikan umpan balik berbasis data. Namun, pelaksanaan supervisi digital menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan guru dan pengawas, serta isu keamanan data. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, diperlukan penguatan infrastruktur, pelatihan intensif bagi pengawas dan guru, serta regulasi yang menjamin perlindungan data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa supervisi berbasis digital dapat menjadi katalisator utama dalam menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang responsif, inovatif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Kajian ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan yang mengintegrasikan data empiris dari berbagai wilayah dan kebijakan pemerintah untuk memperkuat penerapan supervisi digital secara optimal. Dengan langkah tersebut, supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Many environmental factors can affect teacher performance, three of which are as follows: 1). Principal leadership is the effort of an individual who is trusted as an organizational leader in the school that influences its members including teachers, staff/employees, students, and school committees to realize an educational goal. This research is a survey research that uses a quantitative approach. This quantitative method is a scientific or scientific method because it has fulfilled scientific principles, namely concrete or empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic. In simple terms, there is a positive and significant effect between interpersonal skills and the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Manado City, where Y = 36.91 + 0.534X1 and the hypothesis value is 0.00 <0.05. Simply put, there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Manado City, where Y = 39,079 + 0.541X2 and the hypothesis value is 0.00 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between interpersonal skills and compensation on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Manado City, where the formulaY= 27,583 + 0.361X1+0.412X2 and the hypothesis value is 20.38 > 4,009 or F-count > F-table.
