<![CDATA[Rumah Batik is a sales shop that is engaged in making batik such as various types of batik typical of Tanjung Jabung Timur, batik basic fabrics and community handicrafts, at Rumah Batik has obstacles in marketing their wares, because currently Rumah Batik customers only come directly to visit. stores to purchase products, as well as product promotions only by word of mouth and brochures, at a distance from the house far from the store location. So an E-commerce information system was designed at the Batik House of Lambur 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur Village with the aim of making it easier to order products, increase sales, and reduce promotional costs. In this study using prototyping modeling, it is hoped that the results of this study make it easier for customers to make purchases, order and confirm payments. Make it easy for administrators to manage goods data, order data and product purchases. For the future, the analysis and design of the designed E-commerce system can be used at the Batik House of Lambur 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur Village.]]>

<![CDATA[Performance appraisal of employees or State Civil Apparatus at the Jambi Regional Police, is a periodic assessment of the implementation of the work of a State Civil Apparatus. The data processing of the recapitulation of the results of the performance assessment carried out by the Head of the Personnel Division has used a computerized system, namely the Microsoft Office Excel program, which still has weaknesses because it has not been stored in the database, sometimes the results of the performance assessment do not match the reality. The placement of documents is not well organized, so when there is an inspection from the authorities it is difficult to find it. Based on the existing problems, the authors propose the design of a Web-based Employee Performance Assessment Information System that can help the leadership or head of the data processing department, carry out the performance appraisal process properly so as to speed up time and minimize error rates when inputting data. The author performs objectoriented design using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, display designs, database structure tables. The results of this study are a prototype of the Web-based Employee Performance Assessment Information System at the Jambi Regional Police.]]>

<![CDATA[BAPELTAN Jambi is a provider of education and skills training for extension workers, officers and farmers/farming communities engaged in agricultural business, especially in the Jambi Province region, in its existence. So far, the Jambi Agricultural Training Center is still holding on training by using conventional methods, irregular document archiving, old data searches and data redundancy because it is processed with a simple application, namely Microsoft Excel and the training is done directty. It can be a serious problem, because the training is heldby using virtual meeting especially in this pandemic situation. So we need a new system to solve these problems. The BAPELTAN need a system which is ready to use directty in cyber network. The service information system for the participants of the Jambi agricultural training center is already desaign like LMS system because the participant are in the outside of Jambi City and training is held by using virtual meeting. The design of this online training system in this research uses UML tools and it is planned to apply by using the Moodle program. The description of system function is designed to be a prototype of the service information system for participants of the Jambi agricultural training center. The advantage of this design that is it can create a complete database to serve training participants in seeking insights at the Jambi agricultural training center. Training participants can upload evaluation documents, download training equipment needs, fill out training activity attendances and others so that the training participant's service information system is ready with the data and documentation which is needed by the training participants, teachers, admins, and the head of the center. This system can be accessed anywhere and anytime without any limitation for those who have registered to become participants.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI is one of the companies operating in the plantation sector that is transforming the development of information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI has an HR Department which is implementing changes to business processes that were originally monitoring employees including for attendance, leave permits and leave are recorded manually. In Monitoring employees manually, there are many obstacles to reporting caused by the monitoring process not being carried out in real time. Based on these conditions, a system is needed that can assist in monitoring employee activities both from attendance, exit permits and integrated leave. With an android-based application and web dashboard, the process of monitoring employees in each Business Unit at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI can be done in real time and also assists in the reporting system. So the final result of this research is the proposed employee monitoring application with themethod location based service which can greatly assist the HR Department in monitoring employees and reporting that is integrated in real time.]]>

<![CDATA[The Danau Sipin Sub-District Office is a part of the Jambi City Government which is engaged in community service. Inside the Danau Sipin sub-district office consists of many fields including the field of Government, the field of Public Services, the field of Social Welfare, the field of Community Empowerment, the field of Security and Order, and the field of Finance. From all fields, there is no good archive management for each existing file. So that it often causes several problems including, frequent file loss, it is difficult to find old files if needed again, superiors find it difficult to make decisions if the decision must be based on files from the past period, files accumulate in the room causing the room to be cramped and messy, there is no management for borrowing archives from one field to another causes files to often be lost and separate. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a Website-based Archive Management Information System at the Head Office of Danau Sipin for the problems that are being faced. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the district head and archive managers. In addition, the system development method used is a waterfall with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Balsamiq Mockups to design a user interface. The output of this research is a design or prototype of a website-based archive management information system at the Head Office of Danau Sipin, Jambi City.]]>

<![CDATA[The government system in the village of Sungai Benuh currently still conventional in terms of internal administration and public services. In the internal part, the frequently problems experienced are some cases like delay in publishing the letters because its validation process, archiving the data and documents likely to get misplaced or lost, the activity is not documented and frequently delays in the delivery of the report. While in public services the problem is the data of some people not updated even there is some don’t have it, the informations is difficult to access and there is no transparency regarding the government system. The purpose of this research is to design a information system to help the Sungai Benuh village government and the community according to their needs. The Data collection was done by interviewing and observation. The information system design method using prototype with system modeling tools, called UML. The output or result obtained from this research is a web-based information system design for Sungai Benuh Village for internal administration which consists of managing village profiles, population data, letters, inventory, activities, giving approval, managing personnel data and managing financial reports. Meanwhile, public services consist of an information menu, submissions for population data creation, correspondence and progress status.]]>

<![CDATA[In the process of implementing KUKERTA at LP2M UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, which has been carried out still uses manual methods ranging from registration, verification of required documents, location determination and reporting of activities, so it takes quite a long time to process the data collection and document validation and often causes error. The purpose of this research was to analyze the KUKERTA information system and design a web-based Kukerta information system at LP2M UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. In designing the Kukerta information system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, namely usecase diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams, and the making KuKerta information system interfaces using Balsamiq Mocups. This research produced a website-based KuKerta information system prototype at LP2M UIN STS Jambi which is expected to solve the problems both in terms of data processing, documenting reports and facilitating the implementation process of all interested parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Jambi does its sport facilities reservation business process conventionally. To know the availability of a certain sport facilities to be reserved, people have to submit a letter to this institution and wait for the response letter. Sport facilities reserved are recorded manually in a ledger, which is at the risk of being damaged or being lost, and mistake at recording the reservation can results in overlapping reservation schedule. Sport Facilities Reservation Information System at Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Jambi is designed to make reservation process easy for both public and the institution. This system is designed by using object oriented modeling in the form of use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. The output of this research is a prototype of Sport Facilities Reservation Information System at Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Jambi.]]>

<![CDATA[Kantor Lurah Sulur in population administration service still get trouble, such as: process requires services need time and money because must go to the office, information about population administration service only scattered with an ad and conversation society so that information not can spread quickly and precisely, and there is no website can give us claims to urban village office directly. The purpose of research is analyzing and design system information of population service web-based using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use waterfall model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can featuring population data, letter data, complaint data, information data that is structured and display report necessary. Research advice are prototyped this system should be devised well and properly so that it will could be applied to Kantor Lurah Sulur and next development can be added features to make report in graphic form]]>
