Abstract

The permit process that runs at the PTSP Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion still requires applicants to come directly to the One Stop Integrated Service Office of the Ministry of Religion to be able to process the permit, starting from taking queue numbers, filling in forms and manually inputting files to available counters. This process is deemed not fulfilling the service objectives of the One Stop Integrated Service at the Jambi Provincial Office of the Ministry of Religion which aims to simplify service procedures at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi Province and is less effective for applicants who have the complexity of attending in person because there is no online registration option, therefore A system is needed that can assist applicants / the community in licensing arrangements and online file monitoring functions. The purpose of this research is to be used by the Ministry of Religion Regional Office and licensing applicants in facilitating the process of managing permit letters. This system is designed using Unified object-based modeling techniques. Modeling Language (UML) in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The output of this research is a prototype design of the Licensing Service Information System at the PTSP Kanwil Kemenag Jambi Province.

Abstract

Abstract At the location of General Practitioner services we often see many patients queuing for treatment. It is not efficient due to the time that they could use to break or other activities discharged to wait. From these problems, we need a technology to facilitate patient in doing the queue. In this paper designed an online queue of applications that the user is divided into two sides of the patients who did queue using Android-based applications and SMS Gateway and on the Web-based officers. The output of this application is to make the system queue queue process can be done online via android smartphone and also provided a notification feature so that when a queue number that is closest called the patients received a reminder in the form of a notification on android or SMS to the SMS Gateway to soon be able to return to the location of the doctor.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City is one of the high schools in Jambi province with several majors. Asset management at SMA N 4 Jambi City is done manually and using Microsoft Office Excel so that the performance of the asset management system is still not optimal. One way that management can be optimized is by the use of information systems. The asset management research was carried out at the asset planning, asset procurement, asset receipt and asset placement stages. This research produces a prototype system that describes the functional planning, procurement, receipt and placement of assets in SMA N 4 Jambi City. The method used is an object-oriented approach using UML (unified modeling language), namely use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This research produces a prototype that can be studied further to produce an asset management information system that can be implemented at SMA N 4 Jambi City.

Abstract

Counseling services at SMPN 17 Tebo District have a short time. Therefore, a Web-based counseling service information system is required to assist the SMPN 17 Tebo district. A website is a form of technology development that can help in providing information without limited time. Counseling services designed to be presented in the form of a website can facilitate the management of student counseling data existing in the SMPN 17 Tebo district. The research uses the Unified Modelling Language (UML) modeling tool and generates a prototype that can be implemented into a system that can help manage the counseling service data at SMPN 17 Tebo district.

Abstract

In the data processing process of subsidized LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gasses) gas distribution at PT. Andalan Putra Jambi, faced with several obstacles, including the frequent recording of payment errors, the slow provision of information if needed, difficult to be controlled by the leader quickly and in real time because there is no information base owned and efforts are needed to ensure that the distribution is right on target to the community has the right to use subsidized LPG gas. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the business needs of the system requirements and design an information system for subsidized LPG gas distribution at PT. Andalan Putra Jambi uses the method of analysis and design of the mode; l waterfall and utilizes an analytical aid namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) as well as the design of a prototype system using PHP programming language and MySQL database management system. The results of this study are expected to be implemented and can help interested parties at PT. Andalan Putra Jambi in seeing and assessing the extent to which the results of the analysis and design in this study have represented the needs of users. The design of the system produced in this study can be applied to other similar companies with adjustments as needed and for other researchers who will conduct research in the same case it is expected to review the government policies in the distribution of subsidized LPG Gas.

Abstract

Puts more values on its building and the facilities to increase the non-tax state revenue (PNBP). Previously, At the Institution of Quality Assurance on Education (LPMP) of Jambi Province used the building and facilities as the venue for conducting their own internal programs. As the external demand increases, LPMP has made policies and decided to open its building and facilities for public by setting low and reasonable price. data processing leases for Buildings and Lodging is done manually, the manual process is felt to give less convenience in its implementation, booking lodging or building facilities manually slow the running procedures, online-based information systems are felt will be more helpful in processing data processing leases for Buildings and Lodging in Jambi LPMP Office, with the online database based method of a reservation information system design can make it easier for the manager and customer to access the Building and Lodging needed.

Abstract

In the research conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Jambi City, namely analyzing the current system, researchers found problems related to the birth certificate submission process there are several problems with the current system, the process of filing a birth certificate that runs on the Department of Population and Civil Registration Jambi City is still manual, meaning that people who want to submit a birth certificate application must be known by the Rukun Tetangga (RT) and the Kelurahan, after which the applicant submits the file to the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Officer. Then it needs a system that can solve weaknesses or problems that occur. The researcher tried to make alternative problem solving in overcoming the weaknesses of the Birth Certificate Administration Information System that made it easier for the community in the process of submitting a birth certificate. This research uses UML (Modeling Language) Language modeling.

Abstract

Research and Community service is an activity that includes efforts to improve the quality of human resources,among others, in terms of expanding knowledge, knowledge and skill enhancement carried out by the academicsas a manifestation of dharma bakti and a form of caring to play an active role in enhancing prosperity andempowering the wider community for the economic community weak. The purpose of this study is to improvethe function of information technology that is developing at this time, and also make it easier for agencies andother parties who need data in processing and accessing data. Where in the process of data processing researchand Community Service at the Institute of Research and Community Service of the University of Jambi, stillusing conventional methods and not maximal as in the processing of research data and community servicewhich still often occurs delays in collecting proposals and processing research data and dedication to society.The system development method used to design applications, the author uses the Prototype Method, this methodis one method that is widely used in software development. This study produced a Management InformationSystem prototype design at the Institute of Research and Community Service of the University of Jambi whichcould help the Jambi University Research and Community Service Institution in accelerating the management ofresearch data and community service in the form of research and service reports, assignments , research andservice contract letters, and a certificate of completion of research and service and others.

Abstract

Evaluation of the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University is carried out every semester bydistributing questionnaires in the form of sheets of paper given to students and permanent lecturers at theend of the semester exams. Problems that are constrained in the current system, namely the lack of staffdistribution of questionnaires, submission of questionnaire files that have been filled out by students andlecturers is slow, recapitulation of data using the Microsoft Excel program, submission of recapitulationof lecturer data is often late from the specified time limit, report preparation takes a long time, besidesthat there is also a pile up of questionnaire files. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design amanagement information system for evaluating the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University.Analysis of system requirements using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools, namely usecasediagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. This research resulted in a prototype design ofmanagement information system evaluating lecturer performance in the form of IKAD report andLecturer Satisfaction. The author hopes that the next stage of implementation can be used for the futureand can be a reference for other researchers discussing the same or similar topics.

Abstract

Sucksme Store Distro is a sales shop that is engaged in fashion styles such as various kinds of T-shirts, shirts,pants, shoes, backpacks, etc., on the Sucksme Store Store has supporters in marketing their merchandise,because currently distro customers can only be visited visited by the shop to make product purchases, as wellas product promotion by word of mouth, as well as long distance from the store location. Then designed anE-Commerce Information System at Sucksme Store Jambi Distro with the aim to facilitate product marketing,increase sales and reduce expenditure costs. In this study using prototyping modeling, it is expected that theresults of this study provide customers to make purchases, bookings and payment confirmation. As well asadministrators can manage item data, memeber data, ordering data and product purchases. For the futureanalysis and design of e-Commerce systems can be developed such as being able to exchange messagesbetween potential buyers and managers of Sucksme Store Jambi Distro.
