Abstract

The management of a good information system produces ease in accessing information data foran organization. For ease of accessing the information required integration between informationsystems, with the existence of various computer information system it will facilitate andaccelerate the process of management in the field of business one form of business that requiresthe management of computer based information system is a cooperative effort. Data is still donemanually.The objectives in the study are to analyze and study the problems of savings and loan basedcooperative information system on MTs Negeri Talang Bakung. System design in this researchusing UML tool (United Modelling Language) that is Use Case diagram, activity diagram andclass diagram. While in making prototype system using adobe dreamweaver and to designdatabase using MySQL. In this research produce prototype information system of web basedsavings and loan cooperative at MTs Negeri Talang Bakung which can manage.

Abstract

In processing the school academic data of Junior High School 5 Jambi City, it was found that the school still usesconventional method. As a result, there are some problems appeared during the processing of students data, teachersdata, students’ scoring data, and the most common problems are loosing the data in the main school data report. Thepurpose of this research is to analyze the needs of based web information system at Junior High School 5 Jambi byusing UML (Unified Modeling Language). The result of this research is an academic information system that canhelp teachers and staffs process students data, teachers data, and make the scoring system easier and integrated eachother. The information system performed through this research is in the form of teaching materials, teachers andstudents data, score data, and information for new school candidate, and information for the alumni of Junior HighSchool 5. It’s expected that the result of this research can be implemented in schools to revise the weaknesses of theprevious system. The recommendation for this research is that the design of this system needs to be improved so thatit can be used effectively at Junior High School 5 Jambi and the further research can be completed with data safetysystem. Hopefully, this research can give a great contribution toward the improvement of information and technologysystem.

Abstract

The Jambi Provincial Revenue Service Cooperative is a cooperative managed by Civil Servants at the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service. For now, cooperatives have not used information systems effectively, because cooperatives have not digitally processed data yet. The Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System for the Civil Servant Cooperative of the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service uses the PHP programming language and uses object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The output of this research is in the form of a prototype design system for Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System at the Civil Servant Cooperative, Jambi Province Regional Revenue Service. For further research, it can be complemented with other data management.
