Abstract

In order to support equitable development in the country, the government passed decisions on the regions based on Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning regional government and Law Number 33 of 2004 concerning financial balance between the Regional Government and the Central Government. The research was conducted in Kupang City, with reference to seeing the growth of Kupang City Regional income from 2010 to 2014, which continued to increase. This study aims to determine the contribution of regional levies (taxes) to regional income in the city of Kupang. Secondary data-based research with time series data. data collection in this research is based on Documentation Study. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, the use of this method aims to identify how much regional revenue is received, how big are the various regional levies and how much is the regional levy given to the Regional Revenue of Kupang City from 2011 to 2014. Regional Revenue of Kupang City has experienced improvements and realization always exceed the targets set by the government of the city of Kupang. This is evident from the data on the increase in financial reporting from 2010 to 2014.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Amanuban Tengah students in economics subjects was the impetus for conducting this research. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of teacher creativity on student learning outcomes, the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, and the influence of teacher creativity and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Amanuban Tengah. This research uses quantitative methodology. The research sample consisted of 98 social studies students from class X IPS. Applying multiple linear regression analysis methods. SPSS 25 was used for research testing. Results from research: (1) teacher creativity has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < probability (0.05) and tvalue (182.273) > ttable (1.661). (2) The results of tvalue (4.029) > ttable (1.661) and significance value (0.000) < probability (0.05) indicate that learning motivation has a good and significant effect on learning outcomes. (3) Learning motivation and teacher creativity together have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the significance value (0.000) < probability (0.05) and the Fvalue (40.097) > Ftable (3.092). Abstract

Motivasi untuk belajar dari siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kupang Timur yang secara kategori rendah menjadi pendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini. Tujuan dari cakupan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari lingkungan di lingkup keluarga yang dihadapkan dengan motivasi belajar dari siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri I Kupang Timur. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal merupakan metodologi yang digunakan. Terdapat 180 siswa kelas XI IPS yang menjadi populasi penelitian. Ada 103 siswa dalam sampel penelitian. Purposive sampling ialah suatu metode yang dipergunakan untuk melakukan pengambilan sampel. Kuesioner berfungsi sebagai alat. Regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS versi 29 digunakan sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data. Temuan uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai thitung> ttabel (angka dalam tabel dengan besaran 60,875 > 1,98373) dan nilai signifikan (angka dalam tabel dengan besaran 0,000 < 0,05) Oleh karena itu, hipotesis alternatif yaitu lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh dihadapkan dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kupang Timur diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup mahasiswa dan penghasilan orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 123 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2021. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 55 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert lima poin, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa, sedangkan penghasilan orang tua tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pihak kampus untuk menyelenggarakan program edukasi finansial yang menekankan pengelolaan gaya hidup mahasiswa secara bijak, sehingga perilaku konsumtif dapat diminimalkan dan kemandirian finansial mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan.
