Abstract

The inventory replenishment process in the warehouse becomes difficult if there is uncertainty. It can cause warehouse performance not to be as expected. The warehouse is an important part of the supply chain subsystem, which smooths the flow of goods from upstream to downstream throughout the system. This paper uses system dynamics modeling to analyze the replenishment of raw materials where there is randomness in availability and reliability and their effects on the delivery lead time of the fleet. The model obtained is much simpler but more robust when compared to the analytical-mathematical model or the discrete-events simulation. Tests on the model show that the model can behave as it should logically. Several experiments were conducted to see how fleet availability's reliability can affect the delay in receiving or delivery lead time. One interesting thing revealed is that reliability does not have to be 100%, but there is a certain minimum threshold for the system to perform well. This is different from availability, which must be 100%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk dan layanan Mebel Top Sofa Madiun serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan berdasarkan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, melibatkan 27 responden sebagai pelanggan tetap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai CSI sebesar 88,10% yang masuk dalam kategori kepuasan sangat tinggi. Namun demikian, terdapat gap negatif antara tingkat harapan dan kepuasan pada seluruh variabel yang diukur, dengan features menjadi variabel dengan gap terbesar. Berdasarkan pemetaan IPA, atribut kinerja, keandalan, kesesuaian, dan ketahanan produk berada dalam kuadran “Keep up the Good Work”, sementara fitur produk, serviceability, estetika, dan kualitas dipetakan dalam kuadran “Low Priority”. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk mempertahankan atribut unggulan yang telah memuaskan pelanggan dan mengevaluasi ulang aspek yang kontribusinya rendah terhadap kepuasan. Hasil ini menjadi dasar strategis bagi Mebel Top Sofa Madiun dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

Business continuity as an important concept in determining the decision to continue business operations. The key to business sustainability includes economic and non-economic benefits for individuals, the economy and society. To survive, the pecel chili industry in Madiun City must have motivation, commitment, and business networks in running a business. The purpose of this article is to examine the important role of motivation, entrepreneurial commitment, and business networks and their influence on business sustainability, a study on Sambal Pecel MSMEs in Madiun City. This study uses a quantitative method to prove the influence of the variables studied. The unit of analysis for this study was the Sambal Pecel in the Madiun City area with a total of 57 Sambal Pecel respondents. Entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial commitment, and business networks have an important role in the sustainability of Sambal Pecel in Madiun City. This is as evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression analysis which has proven the results of the significant influence of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial commitment, and business networks on the sustainability of the Sambal Pecel in Madiun City.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis menuntut Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) untuk melakukan inovasi. Inovasi dapat diciptakan oleh pegawai yang mempunyai perilaku inovatif. Perilaku inovatif mengacu pada tindakan atau sikap individu yang melibatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif, berani mengambil risiko, mencoba pendekatan baru, dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar, mampu bersaing, dan menciptakan produk atau jasa yang unggul. Perilaku inovatif pegawai tidak lepas dari jaringan sosial yang dimiliki pegawai. Jejaring sosial merupakan hubungan sosial yang dimiliki oleh individu karyawan dimana pola hubungan tersebut mempunyai keteraturan dalam bagaimana karyawan berperilaku dalam lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan jejaring sosial yang dimiliki, karyawan akan memiliki rasa berbagi ilmu dengan rekan kerja. Berbagi pengetahuan adalah suatu keadaan dimana setiap individu yang berbagi saling bertukar pengetahuan dengan maksud untuk menciptakan pemahaman baru bersama-sama berdasarkan kemauan untuk berbagi dengan orang lain. Dalam makalah ini, kami membuat kerangka usulan mengenai pengaruh jejaring sosial dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan di UKM. Berdasarkan studi dan literatur yang ada, makalah ini menjelaskan dampak jaringan sosial dan transmisi informasi melalui berbagi pengetahuan antar karyawan dan memungkinkan perubahan perilaku inovatif karyawan.
