Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge and ability of MSME actors to carry out product branding, especially in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district. One of these problems is that the majority of MSMEs have not found a brand to attract customers and packaging that still does not attract buyers and there is limited information regarding product branding. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research and assistance. The aim of this research is to provide assistance and introduction to creating NIB accounts and checking business names and logos as well as assistance and creating the latest logos for selected MSMEs. The method in this research uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to make it easier for researchers to define problems and provide action as a solution to the problems that have been defined. The results of this research explain that so far MSMEs in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district have only prioritized taste without paying attention to branding and packaging, so the hopes of this assistance for MSMEs can be higher than before. Apart from that, creating an NIB account is expected to make MSMEs more concerned about the legality of their business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui layanan bisnis kereta api yang efektif dalam pengangkutan barang antara proses business to business dan business to customer sehingga muatan atau volume yang diangkut mencapai target atau program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang layanan bisnis pada angkutan barang perkeretaapian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen (studi pustaka). Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji anova yaitu dengan membandingkan banyaknya muatan yang diangkut dengan dua layanan bisnis yang berbeda dalam pengiriman barang kereta api.

Abstract

Perkembangan Logistik ASEAN dalam beberapa tahun kebelakang berkembang pesat. Volume aktivitas terjadi peningkatan di beberapa negara secara konsisten. berkembang. Kebijakan ASEAN yang telah disepakati oleh negara ASEAN yaitu ASEAN Customs Transit System (ACTS). Dampak kebijakan akan mempengaruhi persaingan bisnis yang ada di Indonesia. Perusahaan Indonesia harus beradaptasi dengan kebijakan internasional dalam lingkup ASEAN. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan alat analisa menggunakan studi literasi. Dalam studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia baik pemerintah sebagai regulator dan perusahaan logistik harus bersinergi agar arah kebijakan ACTS memiliki dampak yang positif. Namun kebijakan ACTS akan membuat tantangan baru untuk para stakeholder logistic di Indonesia.

Abstract

The background of this research was the discovery during a field study that there were problems in the delivery process at Sentana Rattan Furniture, namely delays in delivery which could affect service quality. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of delivery delay problems that often occur, the factors that cause delivery delays, and improvement strategies to reduce delivery delays. The data analysis method used in this study is the six sigma method with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) stages. The results of this study note that the problem of late delivery that occurs is raw materials, factors causing delays in delivery are unavailability of raw materials in warehouses, employees who are less focused, employees do not enter simultaneously, lack of ship space, lack of maintenance of the trucking fleet, changes in weather uncertain. The improvement strategy to reduce delivery delays is to manage raw material inventory properly and increase coorperation with other raw material suppliers, the workforce must focus, make strict regulations, maintain communication with shipping companies, carry out periodic maintenance of the trucking fleet, and maintain communication with buyers. Control of delivery delays is caried out using the standard operational procedure (SOP).
