Abstract

In the learning process, of course it will be carried out well depending on how the teacher plans learning activities. The presence of learning media will have an important influence on the implementation of learning and this learning media will become an effective tool or dependent media and will be able to become teaching material that can be used by students, process learning will not be able to take place well without the development of learning media, usually often facing several obstacles, one of which is that facilities and infrastructure are still lacking, for example there is no learning media that supports the continuity of the learning process, learning media includes a sense that is physically used in providing material content. , which comes from frame images, graphs, cassettes, books, video recorders, tape recorders, pictures, video cameras, films, photos, television and computers. Media is a component of learning resources whose contents are instructional material in the student.

Abstract

Digitalisasi Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pencatatan keuangan pada UMKM Warung Makan Coto Makassar Daeng Gassing di Tarakan melalui digitalisasi pencatatan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK dan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya pemahaman pemilik UMKM terkait pencatatan keuangan dan belum adanya praktik pembuatan laporan keuangan yang memadai, yang menghambat pengembangan usaha. Metode pengabdian meliputi observasi awal, kajian literatur, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan mencakup pengenalan manfaat digitalisasi keuangan, unsur dasar laporan keuangan, pengenalan dan penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK untuk pencatatan transaksi, serta penyusunan dan interpretasi laporan keuangan sederhana (laba rugi dan neraca). Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman mitra terkait suebjek. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pemahaman mitra setelah mengikuti pelatihan, baik dalam penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK (dari 16% menjadi 50%) maupun pemahaman laporan keuangan sederhana (dari 23% menjadi 50%). Kegiatan ini disimpulkan memberikan manfaat positif bagi mitra UMKM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pencatatan keuangan mereka.

Abstract

The company merger between Gojek and Tokopedia, which has been carried out since 2021, aims to unite two different company ecosystems into a single entity with a wider reach. Therefore, the existence of Public Relations is needed in maintaining the image of the two companies that have become one. This study aims to determine the role of Public Relations in maintaining GoTo's corporate image after the merger. The theory used in this research is the theory of Dozier and Broom regarding the role of Public Relations in maintaining the company's image, including (1) expert preciber communication, (2) problem solving process facilitator, (3) communication facilitator and (4) technician. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature search, company documents, media monitoring, and observation. The results showed that with the role of Public Relations as a problem solving process facilitator and communication facilitator, the GoTo Company can handle issues regarding the policy of reducing incentives and employee layoffs quite well, so that GoTo's image can still be maintained

Abstract

Sexual harassment and violence in recent times is increasing. Crime of decency or moral offenses and sexual harassment or sexual harassment are two forms of violation of decency which are not only a national legal problem of a country but are already a legal problem for all countries in the world or a global problem (Romli Atmasasmita, 1995: 103). However, it is very unfortunate because only a handful of victims dare to report this incident to the authorities. Sexual harassment is not only experienced by women (adults), but also experienced by children, both male and female, teenagers, even toddlers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing amount of waste caused by high levels of public consumption, limited waste management facilities, and low environmental awareness. Lyfe With Less, an eco-friendly community, utilizes the function of Public Relations to deliver information and raise public awareness. This study aims to (1) identify the #SalingSilang campaign message conducted by Lyfe With Less, (2) examine the attitudes of Instagram followers of @lyfewithless toward the campaign, and (3) measure the influence of the #SalingSilang Public Relations campaign message on followers’ attitudes. The research applies the Campaign Message Design Theory, which includes message content, structure, and framing, as well as the Attitude Component Theory, which covers cognitive, affective, and conative aspects. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents selected randomly through probability sampling. The results show that the #SalingSilang campaign message received positive responses and had a significant and strong influence on followers’ attitudes. Within the Public Relations campaign message, the key message was found to be the most influential factor in the message content dimension, while in followers’ attitudes, the conative component showed the greatest change, particularly in reducing overconsumption and encouraging the optimal use of products.
