Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh audit oeprasional dan pengendalian internal terhadap good corporate governance pada BLUD RSUD Sawerigading Kota Palopo.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi sebanyak 382 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode slovin dengan jumlah sampel 195 responden. Analisis data denganmenggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Audit operasional berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Governance. 2) Audit Pengendalian Internal terhadap Good Corporate Governance. 3) Audit operasional dan Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Governance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama dengan menggunakan variabel penelitian audit operasional, pengendalian internal dan good coorporate governance. ABSTRACT This study aims to see whether there is an effect of operational auditing and internal control on good corporate governance at the BLUD Sawerigading Hospital, Palopo City. This research is a quantitative descriptive and verification research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population is 382 people, the sampling technique uses the Slovin method with a sample size of 195. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Operational audits have an effect on Good Corporate Governance. 2) Internal Audit Control on Good Corporate Governance. 3) Operational Audit and Internal Control have an effect on Good Corporate Governance. This study is the first study using audit operational variables, internal and good corporate governance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palopo City. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires online to respondents with a total of 32 people. By using the saturated sampling method. the data used in this study, primary data was taken directly from respondents using a questionnaire. This method uses the SPSS version 22 program. The results of the study based on the results of the t analysis showthatbalance between work lifeand satisfactionin work has an impactpositive and significant towardsperformanceemployeeat PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palopo City. Judging from the determination of R square of 0.954 which means 95.4% can be explained by other variables included in this study. The results obtained are F count 320.270 > F table 3.32. With this, the hypothesis that states there is an influence between the independent variables Work Life Balance (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) can be accepted

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch. By using a quantitative approach and multiple linear analysis techniques, the population used was 50 employees, where the entire population was sampled through census techniques with data collection methods using questionnaires. The research results show that (1) Work Discipline has a significant and influential effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch. (2) Organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch. (3) The work environment has an influence, but not significantly, on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh pegawai berjumlah 72. Dikarenakan populasi kurang dari 100, maka metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 72 pegawai. Regresi linear berganda adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu secara positif dan signifikan; (2) motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu secara positif dan signifikan; dan (3) budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu secara positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and interpersonal conflict on work-related stress among employees in the Nutrition Installation at RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba. The method used is a quantitative approach with statistical analysis utilizing multiple linear regression. Data collection techniques involved distributing questionnaires to all employees in the Nutrition Installation, totaling thirty-one individuals. The results indicate that workload has a significant effect on work-related stress, as does interpersonal conflict, which exacerbates the situation. Statistical tests reveal that the combined influence of these two variables on employees' stress levels is also significant. Overall, the findings demonstrate that both workload and interpersonal conflict substantially contribute to the level of stress experienced by employees. This research highlights the importance of hospital management in effectively managing workload and creating a harmonious work environment. By implementing appropriate measures, such as fair task distribution and strengthening communication among employees, it is hoped that work-related stress can be minimized, ultimately improving the quality of care provided to patients.

Abstract

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of education and traning of the profesionalism of teachers at Madrasa Aliyah Srikandi Al-Ibrahim Bassiang Timur. The researce design uset was quantitative. The subjects of this study were all teachers at Madrasa Aliya Srikandi Al-Ibrahim Bassiang Timur, totaling 30 people. The data collection technique usetin this study was a survey with anin strument in the from of aquestionnaire. The data analysis methode uset was simple linear regression analaysis. The results of this study indicate that education and traning heve an effect on the professionalism of teachers at Madarsa Aliya Srikandi Al-Ibrahim Bassiang Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Stress and Workload on Employee Performance at CV. Karya Tani Kamanre. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied is a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population is used as a sample, consisting of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study reveal that 1. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2. Workload does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. Simultaneous testing shows that job stress and workload simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work skills and work environment on the performance of employees at the Palopo Pratama Tax Service Office. The research method used was a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied was a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was used as a sample consisting of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that 1. Work skills have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 2. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 3. Simultaneous testing shows that work skills and the work environment simultaneously have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja, memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi 72 pegawai dan mengevaluasi data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, melakukantes Uji T, dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi harus memberikan lebih banyak sosialisasi tentang visi, misi, nilai-nilai, dan peraturan perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa karyawan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang peran dan tanggung jawab mereka sehingga mereka dapat bekerja sesuai dengan rencana dan tujuan organisasi. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan komitmen karyawan dan mendorong mereka untuk bekerja dengan baik.
