Abstract

This research aims to describe cultural and superior product-based Lochatara Batik business management strategies in Kediri City. In business management, there are steps taken by Lochatara Batik entrepreneurs to increase the competitiveness and quality of their products. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach, which aims to obtain in-depth data regarding views or perceptions and implementation of Lochatara Batik business management strategies. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the business management carried out include planning or preparation, organizing a reliable team or human resources, producing quality batik cloth with various patterned images, and evaluation involving the community to be able to produce the batik that the community wants. Marketing methods are carried out by utilizing E-Commerce Platforms and digital Social Media Platforms, building collaborations and partnerships, strengthening branding and promotions, and actively participating in various exhibition events. The results of the business management strategy show consistent growth from year to year. As a batik that focuses on Kediri cultural patterns, in 2018 Lochatara batik also received the Radar Kediri Award as Cultural Batik and Shopping Festival Award in 2020. By prioritizing product quality and innovative design, Lochatara Batik has succeeded in attracting interest and satisfying customers from around the world. the general public and tourists

Abstract

Abstrak Rehabilitasi sarana pendidikan berupa gedung aula umumnya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik, fungsionalitas, keamanan, atau efisiensi dari bangunan tersebut. Kerusakan Gedung karena dimakan usia memang tidak bisa dihindari dan berlangsung secara perlahan dalam waktu yang panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan proyek rehabilitasi prasarana pendidikan berupa gedung aula di SMPN 2 Ngadiluwih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data diambil melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pada perhitungan volume pekerjaan pembangunan Gedung Aula SMPN 2 Ngadiluwih dapat dirinci dengan perhitungan secara global dengan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) kurang lebih sebesar Rp. 9.082.300,- dan perhitungan bobot pekerjaan yang dihasilkan dalam waktu rencana kerja 2 (dua) minggu. Proyek rehabilitasi gedung aula berdampak signifikan terhadap komunitas sekolah, termasuk peserta didik, guru, staf, dan orang tua. Gedung aula yang diperbaharui memberikan lingkungan pembelajaran bersama (seminar dan workshop) di aula yang lebih baik, aman, dan nyaman.   Abstract Rehabilitation of educational facilities in the form of halls is generally carried out to improve the physical condition, functionality, safety or efficiency of the building. Building damage due to age is unavoidable and occurs slowly over a long period of time. This research aims to determine the planning of the educational infrastructure rehabilitation project in the form of a hall building at SMPN 2 Ngadiluwih. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study type. Data sources were taken through interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of this research show that the planning for calculating the volume of construction work for the SMPN 2 Ngadiluwih hall building can be detailed using global calculations with a planned budget (RAB) of approximately Rp. 9,082,300,- and calculation of the weight of work produced within the work plan time of 2 (two) weeks. The hall rehabilitation project had a significant impact on the school community, including students, teachers, staff and parents. The refurbished halls provide a shared learning environment (seminars and workshop) in a better, safer and more comfortable hall.
