Abstract

This research aims to evaluate PAMSIMAS program activities in Purwosari II Village. The method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data sources come from several sources, namely, primary data sources, namely the results of interviews with 10 informants and observations; second, secondary data taken from collecting documents, news, books, research reports, and articles. The results of PAMSIMAS research in Purwosari II Village seen from the criteria of equity, responsiveness and accuracy are quite good. Meanwhile, the criteria for effectiveness, efficiency and adequacy are still not good. The inhibiting factors in evaluating PAMSIMAS in Purwosari II Village are the socio-economic conditions of the community, lack of socialization about PAMSIMAS to the community, and PAMSIMAS raw materials using river water. The suggestions in this research are (1) For people who have economic problems, it is hoped that the village government can use village funds to help by eliminating payment of half the installation costs so that poor people can also enjoy the PAMSIMAS flow; (2) Socialization or dissemination of information about PAMSIMAS is being intensified again, both through electronic media and other means. Home visits must also be carried out evenly so that people who have not been touched or do not know and understand PAMSIMAS will know and understand better; (3) In the future, we hope that the village and PAMSIMAS managers will provide a water source for PAMSIMAS other than river water, for example from wells. The condition of the river water is uncertain and has acid levels and a taste that is too bland, making PAMSIMAS water unfit for drinking.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease characterized by high blood sugar levels caused by disturbances in insulin secretion in the body. Insulin is a hormone that helps control sugar levels in the body. Purpose of service: Providing health education about diabetes mellitus to the community. Method: The method used in this service activity is lecture and question and answer. Results: Shows that counseling can increase each individual's knowledge. Pretest 48% and Posttest 78%. Conclusion: By providing health education to the public, knowledge can be increased and have an impact on improving the level of public health

Abstract

The purpose of writing this analysis is to investigate the financial performance achievements of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and Bank Muamalat in the Maqashid Syariah Index, with a focus on profitability, liquidity, asset growth, operational efficiency and sustainable service. The research method used is a literature study, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various relevant and reliable literature sources, including public financial reports, academic books, scientific journals, and other official documents. The research results show that both banks have demonstrated a strong commitment to sharia principles in their operations, with adequate performance in key aspects such as profitability, liquidity, asset growth, operational efficiency and sustainable service. Thus, this analysis provides an in-depth understanding of the contribution of BSI and Bank Muamalat to a sharia-based economy and achieving sharia goals in a broader context.

Abstract

This research is a mapping of various scientific articles that discuss the influence of variables that affect employee performance in the context of human resource management (HRM). The analysis was conducted on 14 journals that have various index classifications, such as Sinta 4, Sinta 5, and Scopus Q1. The results of the mapping show that organizational culture is the most dominant variable and consistently affects employee performance both directly and indirectly through mediating variables such as job attachment, organizational commitment, and compensation. However, there are findings that show that the effect is not always significant or depends on the internal and external conditions of the organization. Some studies suggest that future research should include more variables and use more diverse approaches, including qualitative approaches to capture the dynamics of work behavior in more depth. Thus, this document makes a significant contribution in mapping the direction of HRM research in Indonesia, especially in the context of the influence of internal organizational variables on employee performance. This mapping can be used as an initial reference for the development of further research and evidence-based policy making in the field of human resource management. Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan pemetaan terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah yang membahas pengaruh variable yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM). Analisis dilakukan terhadap 14 jurnal yang memiliki klasifikasi indeks beragam, seperti Sinta 4, Sinta 5, dan Scopus Q1. Hasil dari pemetaan menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dan konsisten berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui variabel mediasi seperti keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kompensasi. Namun demikian, terdapat temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tersebut tidak selalu signifikan atau tergantung pada kondisi internal dan eksternal organisasi. Beberapa studi menyarankan agar penelitian di masa depan mencakup lebih banyak variabel dan menggunakan pendekatan yang lebih beragam, termasuk pendekatan kualitatif untuk menangkap dinamika perilaku kerja secara lebih mendalam. Dengan demikian, dokumen ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memetakan arah penelitian MSDM di Indonesia khususnya dalam konteks pengaruh variabel internal organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pemetaan ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi awal untuk pengembangan penelitian lanjutan maupun pengambilan kebijakan berbasis bukti di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia.
