Abstract

Cosmetology is facial art that aims to beautify the appearance of the face, with the right make-up technique it can cover some of the flaws on the face, make the face look fresh and bright. The rise of bridal models with make-up in modern clothes encourages housewives and young women in education. By doing this cosmetology training, unemployed housewives and young women can spend time attending cosmetology training courses. After they master make-up they can open their own make-up salon business. Makeup skills are also used as future capital to help restart the family economy. The method used in cosmetology training is to impart theoretical and practical principles. Planning begins with an explanation of material regarding make-up with make-up techniques and then continues with a make-up demo with the mothers. The goal is to tell the participants how to start from start to finish; what materials and tools to use, and so on.

Abstract

In this KPM activity we are required to be able to practice science, technology and art. We are expected to be motivators and facilitators of development efforts, especially in rural areas that have natural wealth. One form of service that can be done is by developing the natural wealth in the village. Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) is one approach to community development. The greatest strength in supporting the welfare of society is potential within oneself, society has been born, lived and developed so that it has assets. The expected goal is that KPM students will be able to train residents in the village in order to develop the natural wealth and local wisdom in the village. The method for implementing KPM activities is carried out in the form of outreach and training involving the community directly. One of the results that has been achieved from this KPM activity is natural wealth in the form of durian which has been developed into a traditional cake originating from Japan, namely mochi durian.

Abstract

Maladministrasi dalam pelayanan publik merupakan permasalahan struktural yang mencerminkan disfungsi hukum administrasi negara sekaligus kegagalan penerapan prinsip good governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep maladministrasi dalam pelayanan publik, peran Ombudsman Republik Indonesia sebagai lembaga pengawas eksternal, hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pengawasan maladministrasi, serta upaya penguatan peran Ombudsman dalam menjamin hak warga negara atas pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan berkeadilan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, melalui penelaahan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, buku, jurnal ilmiah, laporan resmi, dan dokumen relevan lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa maladministrasi tidak hanya disebabkan oleh kesalahan individual aparatur, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh lemahnya akuntabilitas, transparansi, serta budaya birokrasi yang belum sepenuhnya berorientasi pada pelayanan publik. Ombudsman Republik Indonesia memiliki peran strategis dalam pencegahan dan penyelesaian maladministrasi melalui mekanisme pengaduan, investigasi, dan pemberian rekomendasi, namun efektivitasnya masih dibatasi oleh lemahnya daya ikat rekomendasi, resistensi birokrasi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan rendahnya kesadaran hukum masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kewenangan hukum Ombudsman, sinergi antar lembaga pengawas, transformasi digital sistem pengaduan, peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan, serta peningkatan partisipasi publik sebagai langkah sistemik untuk mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang berlandaskan prinsip good governance.
