Abstract

Dalam era bisnis modern, perencanaan dan evaluasi menjadi penting dalam memulai proses bisnis, sementara keuangan menjadi aspek krusial yang menentukan perkembangan bisnis. Tren bisnis saat ini adalah platform marketplace yang memberikan kemudahan akses bagi penjual dan pembeli. Namun, pasar digital juga menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai perspektif Islam terkait sah atau tidaknya transaksi tanpa tatap muka. Meskipun demikian, pelaku UMKM dapat mengubah model bisnis mereka menjadi lebih modern dengan aman. Persaingan di pasar digital dipengaruhi oleh visual yang menarik dan harga yang transparan di layar, serta faktor lain seperti tagline, kejelasan kondisi produk, layanan, dan ulasan dari konsumen sebelumnya. Pandemi pada tahun 2020 mengakibatkan banyak toko fisik tutup, menurunkan daya tahan ekonomi pelaku usaha, dan menghambat perputaran normal dalam perekonomian. Strategi pemasaran online dapat membantu mempertahankan perekonomian dan mendukung penjualan produk dan jasa, meskipun tantangan utamanya adalah jangkauan pasar yang terbatas. Dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman dan dampak pandemi, inovasi diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja ekonomi pelaku usaha. Model bisnis modern tidak hanya mengandalkan promosi melalui internet, tetapi juga memanfaatkan teknologi terbaru untuk transaksi, database produk dan supplier, pemesanan online, dan distribusi online. UMKM, seperti Tonight Sablon, dapat mengembangkan industri konveksi dengan menggabungkan teknologi dan memanfaatkan situs web serta media sosial. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi tentang teknologi dapat membantu membuka peluang pengembangan bisnis.

Abstract

MSMEs are starting to move to the digitization system, which was originally a conventional system, but what is still not focused on is the convection sector. There have been many digitalization systems, but they are only focused on digital marketing, not on internal systems that can have an external impact, such as on customers. UMKM Tonight Sablon has many root causes where digital marketing rarely runs, it is still strong in word of mouth with a semi-online system, using only the communication part using Whatsapp. The purpose of this study is to look at the readiness of convection SMEs, especially Tonight Screen Printing, to change the system to digitalization based on the root causes and consumer responses which are through quantitative and qualitative methods. Interview techniques and distributing questionnaires in data collection and there is a statistical classic test to see the validity of the data obtained. The results obtained are consumers asking for changes to the digitization system to make it easier to order and transact and MSMEs can store data using internet of things technology. Websites, mobile applications, Point of Sales (POS), as well as technology on websites such as live chat, cost estimates, and uploading designs can be applied easily, this is the system needed by consumers and business owners of Tonight Sablon.

Abstract

Litter is a very disturbing object in the environment. Public awareness of waste management is still minimal. The government, together with several communities, has tried to utilise it, but waste accumulation remains a significant problem. Entertaining educational efforts are needed to help the public understand proper waste management. In line with the government's programme to promote the use of new and renewable energy, waste can be used as renewable energy, depending on its classification. This research aims to create an entertaining and accessible educational model application in the digital age that utilises waste as renewable energy based on educational games. Tests were carried out using classical statistical tests, including validity tests, reliability tests and Spearman correlation tests. The results obtained from the questionnaires given to the users who completed the trial showed that 4 items were not valid: Q4, Q18, Q29 and Q31. The results of the reliability test showed that out of 28 data tested, the value was very high at 0.946. The correlation test concluded that learnability is correlated with memorability and satisfaction, while satisfaction is correlated with errors

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengoptimalkan cacat warpage yang terjadi pada produk tutup box antena mobil dengan penerapan multi gate. Setelah dilakukan proses uji coba pertama (T0) dan uji coba kedua (T1), ditemukan beberapa cacat pada produk. Salah satu cacat yang dominan yaitu cacat warpage. Sehingga, diperlukan analisa pada produk agar cacat ini bisa diminimalisir. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisa uji coba menggunakan perangkat lunak Moldflow Insight 2016. Pemilihan jumlah gate yang optimal yaitu menggunakan 2 gate dengan nilai warpage minimum dan maksimum sebesar 0.3492 mm dan 0.9613 mm. Hasil tersebut belum sepenuhnya optimal, sehingga perlu kajian lebih lanjut pada sistem pendingin dari konstuksi cetakan produk tersebut.

Abstract

Drinking water waste in plastic cups is increasing every year, which has an impact on environmental sustainability, so there is a need for equipment solutions for processing this waste. The aim of this research is a formulation to determine important aspects in the design of ring-cutting tools for plastic cup bottled drinking water. The method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) by considering user aspects through Voice of Customers (VoC) with 10 needs. This data is converted into 9 technical data which is analyzed with the House of Quality (HoQ). The results show priority improvements for the development of these tools, namely: manual cutting tool design (46,318), intuitive cutting tool design (45,227), adjustable tool holders and cutters (43,636), portable cutting tool design (33,591), components using standard parts (25,136 ), steel material (25,091), affordable tool manufacturing costs (20,455), non-corrosive material (17,955) and cylindrical and non-slip handle shape (12,273). Abstract

Sambal is one of the favorite foods as an accompaniment to meals for Indonesian people, not only parents but the millennial generation and Generation Z also like chili food. The aim of this research is to design ergonomic chili packaging for the millennial generation and Generation Z. The method used in this research uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method by considering consumer aspects. The research results show that the first priority for improvement is redesigning the label on the product. The second priority is providing a seal (aluminum foil) on the packaging to ensure the hygiene and durability of the chili sauce. The third priority is that the chili bottle uses a thicker plastic material to make it sturdy. The fourth priority is changing the chili brand design by adding a chili logo to make it more attractive and bold in describing the product. The fifth priority is to make the chili packaging bottles more oval so that the shape is more ergonomic and easier to hold. The sixth priority is to add a small spoon to every product purchased because usually this packaged chili sauce is used for food outside the home. The seventh priority is increasing the capacity of chili sauce, which previously weighed 100 grams to 150 grams. Keywords: Generation Z, Millennial Generation, QFD, Sambal Packaging

Abstract

The increase in consumption of bottled drinking water (AMDK) reached 54.11% from 2018 to 2020, which has a negative impact on the environment. SiHatin Waste Bank is a community formed to manage the waste. Waste Bank officers face the risk of injury and infection, especially to the hands, due to the lack of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the processing of plastic glass AMDK waste. This condition creates new problems for Waste Bank officers, the purpose of this activity is to implement education on the use of finger protection in sorting and cutting plastic glass AMDK. The method of implementation of the activity involves observation, preparation of educational materials, direct training at the Waste Bank location, and evaluation of the impact through monitoring changes in officer behavior. The implementation of education on the use of PPE succeeded in increasing staff understanding by 41%, which is expected to reduce the incidence of injury and infection in the process of cutting plastic bottled water. It also contributed positively to the overall operations of the Waste Bank. In the next stage, there is a need for comprehensive monitoring by involving stakeholders to support the implementation of education holistically in an effort to manage sustainable waste.

Abstract

Public service is a real contribution to strengthening the local economic foundation, the conventional industry sector. "Besides, it's still unclear how consumer behaviour varies. CRM can minimize abstract behaviour based on the data obtained. CRMs can provide consumer behaviour information based on data obtained such as purchasing behaviour. Such data can be enabled in UMKM bank data and build decisions such as discounts, product innovations and product sales. Increasing CRM in the context of society is crucial to strengthening the bond between the convenience industry and its consumers. The proposed community enhancement involves a series of holistic activities that are not aimed at improving employee understanding and integrating such methods into everyday practice

Abstract

The community service program at Muhammadiyah Gombong University involves industrial engineering students and lecturers who assist the women of 'Aisyiyah Puring Branch in making liquid organic fertilizer from household waste. The goal is to improve family nutrition by providing training on using household waste to create liquid organic fertilizer using the stacked bucket method. The resulting fertilizer is used to nourish garden plants as a sustainable source of family nutrition. The mentoring process consists of four stages: preparation, education, practice, and maturation. As a result of the program, 60% of the participants have successfully produced fertilizer using the stacked bucket method. The best practices for making fertilizer are then shared with the surrounding community to encourage the habit of managing household waste effectively.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKruk bantu jalan adalah alat bantu mobilitas yang dirancang untuk membantu individu yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berjalan atau bergerak secara mandiri. Abstrak ini akan menggambarkan proses pembuatan kruk bantu jalan, mulai dari perencanaan desain hingga tahap produksi. Pada tahap perencanaan desain, akan dilakukan penelitian terhadap kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna kruk bantu jalan. Faktor seperti kenyamanan, kestabilan, dan keamanan akan menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam merancang kruk bantu jalan yang efektif. Selain itu, penelitian juga akan dilakukan terhadap bahan-bahan yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam pembuatan kruk bantu jalan, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti kekuatan, ringan, dan tahan lama.Tahap pertama dalam perancangan kruk adalah pengumpulan data beberapa variabel antropometri kemudian dilakukan pengujian statistik seperti, uji keseragaman data dan uji kecukupan data. Setelah dilakukan pengujian statistik, tahap selanjutnya adalah menentukan nilai persentil sebagai dasar penentuan dimensi produk sesuai dengan prinsip perancangan yang digunakan. Perancangan selanjutnya memasuki tahap konseptual dan pemodelan produk. Pemodelan produk dilakukan dengan bantuan software Solidwork. Setelah itu ditetapkan material yang digunakan untuk merealisasikan produk hasil rancangan ke dalam prototipe. Pengujian terhadap pengguna juga dilakukan sebagai pembanding antara kruk hasil rancangan dengan kruk yang pernah digunakan sebelumnya. Hasil akhir dari pembuatan kruk bantu jalan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan bantuan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup individu yang membutuhka
