Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of digital forensics education and training on the quality of handling cyber crime cases. With the increasing complexity of cybercrime, it is important for law enforcement to have adequate skills in digital forensics. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach in several law enforcement agencies. The research results show that effective education and training can improve investigators' abilities in identifying, collecting and analyzing digital evidence, thereby improving the quality of handling cyber crime cases. In addition, collaboration between investigators and digital forensic experts has been proven to increase the effectiveness of investigations. However, challenges such as limited resources and legal understanding remain obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, recommendations to improve education and training programs in the field of digital forensics are very necessary to face the growing threat of cybercrime.

Abstract

The objective of this community service activity was to improve the understanding of fifth-grade students at SD 92 Kendari regarding the medicinal plant Melaleuca cajuputi through an ecotourism education programme at the Halu Oleo University Botanical Garden. The methods used included presenting material on the benefits of medicinal plants, particularly cajuput, as well as direct observation of cajuput trees in the botanical garden. The activity also involved explanations from the botanical garden managers regarding biodiversity and the importance of preserving medicinal plants. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in students' knowledge of the medical and ecological benefits of cajuput. Before the activity, most students only knew white wood as a mild medicinal product, but after participating in the activity, 85% of students demonstrated a deeper understanding of the medical benefits of white wood, including its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties. Additionally, students developed an awareness of the importance of preserving medicinal plants and biodiversity. This eco-tourism-based educational activity proved effective in increasing students' interest in environmental conservation and introducing them to sustainability concepts. These findings underscore the importance of developing botanical gardens as educational centres that can support environmental conservation and the preservation of medicinal plants for a better future.

Abstract

This Community Service is carried out at STIE Makassar Maju with the target activity being students. These students were introduced to digital literacy and how to use digital literacy in the future. Before this community service was implemented, only around 20% understood digital literacy, and after this community service was implemented, an increase of up to 70% of students were able to recognize and use digital literacy in a simple way. The reason for choosing this topic is because digital literacy is currently very popular among young people, especially students. Digital literacy skills are very important in the 5.0 era. The method used is a persuasive method which focuses on a direct approach to participants.

Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of new methods in improving computer system performance through a rigorous scientific approach. The research method applied includes the steps of data collection, implementation of new methods, data analysis, and evaluation of results. The research results show that the proposed innovative approach successfully improves the performance of the computer system in various test scenarios. Key findings include significant improvements in data processing speed, with increased system responsiveness and more optimal resource use efficiency. Statistical analysis shows a 25% increase in data processing speed and up to 20% improved resource usage. These results provide a strong empirical basis for the recognition of a scientific approach in improving computer system performance, as well as demonstrating the potential for further application in the context of computer system performance optimization. Thus, this research provides a valuable contribution to the understanding and practice of computer system performance optimization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adaptasi guru terhadap integrasi sistem komputer dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Fokus utama penelitian adalah memahami sejauh mana guru mampu memanfaatkan teknologi komputer untuk mendukung pembelajaran aktif dan partisipatif, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun guru menyadari pentingnya teknologi dalam pembelajaran, mereka menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan akses perangkat, kurangnya pelatihan teknis, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan teknologi bagi guru dan penguatan infrastruktur digital di sekolah sebagai langkah strategis untuk mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai ikon dalam sebuah puisi. Pendekatan semiotika digunakan sebagai pendekatan karya sastra untuk mengupas hal tersebut. Puisi yang akan dianalisis adalah puisi chairil anwar. Judul tersebut adalah (1) Aku, (2) Dimesjid (3) Derai-derai cemara. tiga puisi karya Chairil Anwar, yaitu "Di Mesjid", "Aku", dan "Derai-derai Cemara". Pada masing-masing puisi, terdapat ikon-ikon yang memiliki makna tersendiri. Dalam "Di Mesjid", ikon yang muncul adalah "Dia" yang merupakan simbol Tuhan, sedangkan dalam "Aku", ikon yang muncul adalah "binatang jalang" yang melambangkan kesendirian dan perlawanan. Pada puisi "Derai-derai Cemara", ikon yang muncul adalah "angin" yang menunjukkan ketidakpastian dan kerapuhan. Pesan tersirat yang terkandung dalam ketiga puisi ini adalah tentang kesulitan hidup, perjuangan untuk bertahan hidup, serta kebingungan dan ketidakpastian di masa depan. Puisi-puisi ini juga mengeksplorasi tema-tema seperti kesendirian, ketidakpastian, dan perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan. Dalam konteks pembelajaran media digital, ketiga puisi ini dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi pembelajar untuk mengembangkan kemampuan analisis semiotik dalam memahami makna dalam sebuah karya sastra. Pembelajar juga dapat mengasah kemampuan membaca dan memahami puisi dengan baik, sehingga dapat mengapresiasi karya sastra dengan lebih baik pula. Selain itu, ketiga puisi ini juga dapat memberikan pembelajaran tentang nilai-nilai kehidupan yang universal, seperti keberanian, keteguhan hati, dan semangat juang yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan keamanan data dan perlindungan privasi pengguna dalam sistem informasi digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian pengelola sistem dan pengguna sistem informasi digital. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi digital telah menerapkan mekanisme keamanan data pada tingkat dasar, seperti autentikasi pengguna dan pembatasan hak akses, namun belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh teknologi keamanan lanjutan dan kebijakan perlindungan data yang komprehensif. Selain itu, tingkat pemahaman pengguna terhadap privasi data masih bervariasi dan cenderung sedang hingga rendah. Kondisi ini berpotensi meningkatkan risiko kebocoran dan penyalahgunaan data. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan sistem keamanan data yang terintegrasi dengan kebijakan perlindungan privasi serta peningkatan literasi pengguna guna menciptakan sistem informasi digital yang aman, terpercaya, dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing Kahoot as an interactive evaluation medium in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level. The research involved classroom observations, student perception questionnaires, and learning outcome tests conducted before and after the implementation of Kahoot. Quantitative data were analyzed by calculating the percentage increase in learning outcomes, while qualitative data were obtained through observations of students’ learning behaviors and interpretations of questionnaire responses. The results indicate that the use of Kahoot increased student engagement by up to 92%, learning motivation by 88%, enjoyable evaluation experiences by 90%, and understanding of Indonesian language material by 84%. These findings confirm that Kahoot functions not only as a digital evaluation tool but also as an effective pedagogical strategy that strengthens Indonesian language literacy and creates a more active, collaborative, and engaging learning experience aligned with the demands of contemporary education.
