Abstract

Era Society 5.0. which is characterized by the integration of high technology and artificial intelligence. Creating new challenges and opportunities in the world of education. Rapid social changes, global demands, and technological developments are factors that influence the transformation of character education and Indonesian language learning. Character education is the process of forming students’ values, attitudes and morals as well as the formation of quality character. Qualitative methods are used to describe and explain phenomena or events in detail and carefully. The use of smart applications, data analysis, and digital platforms enriches students’ learning experiences, fosters creativity, and increases their understanding of Indonesian as an important medium of communication. In implementing character education and Indonesian language learning in the Society 5.0 era. Qualitative approaches are effective tools for understanding complex and dynamic contexts. Through content analysis, research can identify the weaknesses and strengths of the existing curriculum and provide recommendations for improvement. The results of this research can make a significant contribution to the design of more effective educational strategies and relevant to the needs of modern society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran penting teknologi dan literasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manfaat integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, kontribusi teknologi dalam mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) di bidang pendidikan, serta pentingnya pengembangan literasi digital bagi siswa. Melalui analisis literatur, studi ini menemukan bahwa teknologi, khususnya Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), telah membawa berbagai manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Teknologi juga berperan penting dalam memperluas akses pendidikan berkualitas, meningkatkan standar pengajaran, dan memfasilitasi administrasi pendidikan, sehingga berkontribusi dalam pencapaian SDGs di bidang pendidikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya literasi digital bagi siswa dalam menganalisis, berpikir kritis, dan menyaring informasi secara efektif. Peran guru dan orang tua sangat krusial dalam meningkatkan literasi digital siswa melalui pendekatan inovatif berbasis teknologi. Temuan penelitian ini menyiratkan perlunya kolaborasi anatar pemerintah, pendidik, dan masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan intefrasi teknologi dan pengembangan literasi digital guna menciptakan generasi yang kompeten, kreatif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

Ujian Nasional merupakan sebuah sarana untuk mengevaluasi hasil proses pendidikan. Setelah ujian nasional digantikan dengan sistem asesmen kompetensi dan survey karakter yang mana ujian nasional sudah bukan lagi menjadi tolak ukur kelulusan peserta didik maka timbulah perdebatan, pro kontra terhadap pelaksanaan ujian nasional masih berlangsung. Banyak yang meragukan keefektifannya namun tidak sedikit pula yang percaya bahwa ujian nasional ini merupakan solusi yang baik dalam menjawab berbagai permasalahan seperti kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa ditinjau dari pengevaluasian hasil belajar yaitu ujian nasional untuk memperbaiki kelayakan sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan sumber dari penelitian serta jurnal pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ujian nasional telah efektif dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa, membangun karakter bangsa yang kritis, tangguh dan bertanggungjawab walaupun seperti itu masih terdapat siswa yang mengalami tekanan mental dan psikisnya karena harus menguasai materi pembelajaran yang akan diujikan.

Abstract

The active role of youth organizations such as Karang Taruna in community empowerment is proven to have a positive impact on improving the quality of education, especially in developing the interest and ability of reflective reading of junior high school students. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Project P5 which integrates the role of Youth Organization as an agent of community empowerment in supporting the development of reflective literacy of junior high school students. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) with a literature review approach that is carried out in a structured and systematic manner. Data were collected through literature searches in various trusted academic databases using relevant keywords, then selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the selected sources were of high quality and in accordance with the research focus. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through narrative synthesis to incorporate study results related to community empowerment, the role of Karang Taruna, and student literacy development. The study findings show that Karang Taruna's involvement in literacy activities can create an atmosphere that supports the growth of a sustainable reading culture and increase students' reflective awareness of the importance of reading as a medium for self-development. Project P5 makes a meaningful contribution in shaping students' character and positive attitude towards education through community empowerment that involves active participation and collaboration of various parties. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for other schools and communities in designing effective community empowerment programs to improve literacy and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of educational games and language-based game methods in enhancing writing skills, literacy, numeracy, and character development among elementary school students through a literature review approach. The findings indicate that game-based learning media such as games, puzzles, Wordwall, and Android-based applications significantly improve students' motivation, active engagement, collaboration, and learning outcomes. Interactive activities such as sentence construction, story completion, and creating digital comics have been proven to help students develop ideas, enrich vocabulary, enhance language accuracy, and build self�confidence in written communication. Despite challenges such as limited access to technology and lack of teacher understanding, with proper design and implementation, educational games have great potential to improve the quality of writing instruction and support holistic character development. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for teachers and policymakers in more widely and effectively integrating educational games into the elementary education curriculum in Indonesia

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the meaning of variations in slang among students. The research method used is the descriptive analysis method which includes surveys and interviews to collect data from a sample of students. Findings show that slang is widely used in everyday interactions, creating group identity and influencing communication norms. This analysis provides insight into how slang plays a role in shaping students' communication culture regarding formal and informal communication. The results of the slang variation data obtained are the words Anjay, Kepo, Gas, Mengcapek, Keren, Melow, Garing, Alay, Kece, Baper, Mager, Mantul, Santuy, Jastip, and Bucin.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the finding of a change in the situation in the use of the language of the Tasikmalaya Regency community that occurs in the Rural Transport (AP). This study aims to determine the differences in language use based on the diglossia of Sociolinguistic studies as a result of analysis with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection techniques are reading, listening, processing and data techniques. The research subjects are the people of Tasikmalaya Regency who use Rural Transportation (AP) with the object of research on diglossia of Sociolinguistic studies. The results of the research based on the analysis of the data obtained, namely the phenomenon of variation in the use of high language (T) and low language (R) in the interaction of Tasikmalaya Regency people using Rural Transport (AP) which is classified into several groups from drivers, teachers, students, students, factory employees, and buskers.

Abstract

Sociolinguistics is the study or discussion of language in relation to its speakers as members of society. Diglossia is a linguistic phenomenon where a society uses two different languages ​​in its daily life: a high variety and a low variety. High variance is usually used in formal situations such as government, media, and education, while low variance is used in informal situations such as everyday conversation. In terms of daily conversation, the diglossia system can have a very prominent impact on change due to environmental factors. We researched this by interviewing several students from the Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School. Then, from an educational perspective, the Diglosia system can have a significant impact on language teaching in schools and student academic achievement at SMAN 1 Cigalontang. This research uses a qualitative method with a narrative research approach that focuses on individual research, using the interview method. This diglossia affects education and has an impact on students' academic achievement.
