Abstract

BACKGROUND: According to afifah (2013), The postpartum period is still a vulnerable period for the survival of new mothers giving birth. Most maternal deaths occur during the postpartum period, so postpartum health services play an important role in efforts to reduce maternal mortality. Postpartum services are health services provided to mothers during the period from 6 hours to 42 days after giving birth. The proportion of health service coverage during the postpartum period decreases over the period of time after giving birth. Births that received complete postpartum health services included KF1 at 81.9%, KF2 at 51.8%, and KF3 at only 32.1%. Considering the importance of bounding attachment between mother and baby and the lack of knowledge regarding this matter, it is important to realize this love. The attraction of affection can be manifested from the fetus that is still in the womb and to strengthen the newborn baby can be done using IMD, the aim of which is very beneficial for changes in the psychology of the mother and baby because affection begins with a mother's touch and hug to her baby when carrying out IMD ( early initiation of breastfeeding). OBJECTIVE: Analyzing the Relationship between Knowledge of Postpartum Mothers and the Implementation of Bounding Attchment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 202. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers and the implementation of Bounding Attachment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 2022. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding Bounding Attachment.

Abstract

Background: Many factors influence the completeness of basic immunization, such as parents, geographical location, vaccines, and health workers who provide immunization services. Even though the immunization program has been implemented well, there are still some immunization coverage that have not been achieved. Parents are the most important factor in scoring a child's complete immunization. Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Abstract

BACKGROUND Postpartum infections still play a role as the main cause of maternal death, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This problem occurs as a result of midwifery services which are still far from perfect. Other factors causing postpartum infections include poor immune system, poor postpartum care, malnutrition/ malnutrition, anemia, poor hygiene, and fatigue. As a result of improper care of the perineum, it can result in the condition of the perineum being affected by locchea and moisture which will really support the growth of bacteria which can cause infections in the perineum. Infection not only hinders the wound healing process but can also cause damage to the supporting cell tissue, thereby increasing the size of the wound itself, both in length and depth. The causes of maternal death in Indonesia are still dominated by bleeding (32%) and hypertension in pregnancy (20%), followed by infection (5%), prolonged labor (10%), and abortion (5%) apart from obstetric causes, maternal death is also caused by other causes (non-obstetric) amounting to 35% (Indonesian Health Profile, 2019).OBJECTIVE: Knowing the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of postpartum mothers in caring for perenium wounds in the independent practice of Leli midwives, Datuk Tanah Datar sub-district, Batu Bara Regency in 2022. Abstract

BACKGROUND: Childbirth is the process of expelling the viable products of conception in the uterus to the outside world. Normal labor and birth is the process of expulsion of the fetus that occurs at term pregnancy (37-42 weeks) spontaneous birth with a presentation of the back of the head which takes place within 18 hours, without complications for either the mother or fetus. In the first stage of labor, uterine contractions cause cervical dilation and push the fetus through the birth canal. Uterine contractions during labor cause pain, pain is caused by ischemia of the uterine muscles, pelvic floor muscles and perenium. The peak of pain occurs in the active phase where complete opening reaches 10 cm and lasts around 4-6 hours for primi para and 2-4 hours for multi para. Maternal health efforts are carried out in order to encourage every birth to be attended by trained health personnel, namely specialist obstetricians and gynecologists (SpOG), general practitioners and midwives, and are attempted to be carried out in health service facilities. Childbirth assistance is a delivery service process that starts from the first stage to the fourth stage of labor. Achievement of maternal health efforts during childbirth is measured through the indicator of the percentage of births assisted by trained health personnel (Pn Coverage). This indicator shows the level of the government's ability to provide quality delivery services assisted by trained health workers. OBJECTIVE: Knowing the Effect of Massage Counter Pressur on Reducing Pain in the First Stage of Active Phase Competition in Vita Serasi, Batu Bara Regency in 2022 METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Abstract

Riskesdas data for 2018 shows that the prevalence of stunted toddlers in Indonesia is 30.8%. Conditions in Indonesia based on data from the 2019 Study on the Nutritional Status of Toddlers in Indonesia are still relatively high, where the prevalence of stunting is 27.67%. This figure shows that stunting in Indonesia is still higher than the prevalence in Southeast Asia of 24.7%. Based on data from the health profile of North Sumatra province in 2019, it is known that short toddlers in North Sumatra Province are 2.61%, where for the districts/cities the highest stunting under fives are Gunung Sitoli (41.51%), West Nias (16.61%) and Samosir (11.97%). For North Labuhan Batu Regency it is at 0.72%. This research is an observational analytical study using a retrospective case control study design which aims to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and the incidence of stunting among toddlers in the Tanjung Leidong Community Health Center work area, conducted from April – June 2022. The sample size was 36 people, using a sampling technique. in this research is Consecutive sampling. The results showed that maternal knowledge was related to stunting with a p value of 0.007<0.05 with an odds ratio of 9.1 (1.99 – 41.44). It is hoped that an integrated and multisectoral program is needed to increase maternal nutritional knowledge in increasing knowledge related to stunting prevention.
