Abstract

The problem in this research is whether the application of the Synthetic Structural Analytical (SAS) method can improve the initial reading ability of class I students at SD Negeri 11 Kodeoha, North Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the aim of the research carried out was to determine whether the application of the Synthetic Structural Analytical (SAS) method could improve the reading ability of beginners in class I of SD Negeri 11 Kodeoha, North Kolaka Regency. This type of research is pre-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 22 class I students at SD Negeri 11 Kodeoha, North Kolaka Regency. The results of the research showed that there was an influence of the application of the Synthetic Analytical Structural (SAS) method on the initial reading ability of class I students at SD Negeri 11 Kodeoha, North Kolaka Regency. This can be seen from the comparison between the pre-test and post-test scores. The average pretest value obtained was 55.47. The average value was in the interval 55-64 which was included in the low category. Meanwhile, the average posttest score obtained was 81.94, which was in the 75-84 interval, which means it was in the high category. The research results obtained were tcount = 15.26 and ttable = 3.819. Then tCount ≥ tTable or 15.26 ≥ 3.819. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the application of the synthetic analytical structural method (SAS) can have an influence in improving the initial reading ability of class I students at SD Negeri 11 Kodeoha, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve reading skills through Jigsaw type cooperative learning for class VI students at SD Inpres, Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. The subjects of this research were 40 grade VI students at SD Inpres Multilevel Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. Academic Year 2023/2024. This PTK consists of 2 cycles, each consisting of 3 meetings. Data collection was carried out using the results of students' work when carrying out actions and observation sheets. The collected data was analyzed using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results achieved were: (1) students' reading ability before the action was held was in the low category with an average score of 4.88 from the highest possible score of 10. (2) Students' reading ability after taking action in the form of Jigsaw type cooperative learning in Cycle I was in the high category with an average score of 8.04 from the highest possible score of 10. (3) Students' reading ability after taking action, in the form of learning by applying models Jigsaw type cooperative learning in Cycle II was in the very high category with an average score of 8.84 from the highest possible score of 10. (4) There was an increase in the percentage of student attendance. (5) Students' interest, attention and motivation in participating in the learning process using the Jigsaw cooperative model has also increased, this can be seen from the increase in student activity in the learning process. The results of this research also show changes on the teacher's side, initially teachers were less creative in using various Jigsaw type cooperative learning strategies, which had a good impact, apparently being able to motivate and increase teacher interest in developing effective learning.

Abstract

This research aims to improve speaking skills through the Listen-Read-Discuss learning model for class IV students at SDN 2 Batuputih. This research is class action research (Class Action Reasech) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of three meetings. The research procedure includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 22 grade IV students at SDN 2 Batuputih. Data collection techniques consist of observation, tests, documentation. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and student assessment sheets. The research results showed that in the first cycle, which was completed individually, of the 22 students, only 12 students met the minimum completion criteria (KKM) or were in the low category. Classically it has not been fulfilled because the average value obtained was 69.3. Meanwhile, in cycle II, out of 22 students, 20 students had fulfilled the KKM and classically had been fulfilled, namely the average score obtained was 81 or was in the good or high category. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the speaking skills of class IV students at SDN 2 Batuputih through the Listen-Read-Discuss learning model have improved.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) effective sentences in Indonesian language textbooks in Elementary School 70 Libukang, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency and (2) the use of paragraphs in Indonesian language textbooks in Elementary School 70 Libukang, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is descriptive. The research data is the ineffectiveness of sentences and paragraph errors. Data were obtained from textbooks from class I to class VI. The data collection techniques for this research were documentation, literature study, and library research. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show (1) The use of effective sentences in Indonesian language textbooks at 70 Libukang Elementary School, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency is not in accordance with the rules and grammar of Standard Indonesian. This means that the sentences used are not effective in the preparation of the book. (2) The use of paragraphs in Indonesian language textbooks in Elementary School 70 Libukang, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency was found to be inconsistent with the requirements for paragraph preparation. The arrangement of paragraphs found was in the form of paragraphs that did not match the characteristics of completeness of paragraphs, disorganized sentences in paragraphs, incomplete sentences in paragraphs, and incoherence of paragraphs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in the ability to use capital letters in class VI students by Applying The Assignment method in Indonesian language learning. This research is classroom action research, namely research carried out in the classroom as an effort to examine, analyze and critically a teacher's learning plan, teacher interactions with students, and how students interact in class. Increased implementation of the learning process in class from cycle I with an average score of 62,37% with the category not having reached the predetermined success criteria, and in cycle II with a score reaching 84,04%. This means that the research indicators have been achieved and there is no need to continue in the next cycle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keaktifan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online pada mata kuliah Etika dan Profesi Guru di perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang aktif mengikuti pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keaktifan mahasiswa antara lain motivasi intrinsik, dukungan sosial, interaksi dengan dosen dan teman sejawat, serta dukungan teknis. Mahasiswa yang menganggap materi kuliah relevan dengan profesi guru cenderung lebih aktif berpartisipasi. Selain itu, dukungan teknologi yang memadai dan keterampilan manajemen waktu juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keaktifan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pendidik dan pengelola program studi dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran online yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya keaktifan mahasiswa Universitas MUhammadiyah Makassar Semester 1 kelas I pada Mata Kuliah Etika dan Profesi Keguruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran literasi dengan menggunakan media Quiziz tehadap keaktifan dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa kelas I Semester 1 . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kelas I dengan jumlah 21 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan hasil penilaian keterampilan membaca pemahaman. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik, yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Setelah menganalisis data, hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh perbandingan hasil Pre-test yaitu 82,76 dan Post-test yaitu 93,714 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai tHitung = 5,8099 dan tTabel = 2.08596 maka tHitung ≥ tTabel atau 5,8099 ≥ 2.08596 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa pembelajaran literasi dengan menggunakan media Quiziz memberikan pengaruh terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa dalam pembelajran matakuliah Etika dan Profesi.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan, seorang pendidik dituntut untuk dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajan.Konsep evaluasi berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat diaktualisasikan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran harian di kelas bukan hanya dalam ujian nasional. Sejalan dengan itu penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan tentang penggunaan Google Form dalam kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Etika Profesi Keguruan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Form sebagai media evaluasi dalam pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Etika Profesi Keguruan Mendapat respon yang positif dari mahasiswa. disebabkan media evaluasi dengan Google Form ini lebih menghemat energy, biaya dan waktu serta keakurasian soal dan hasil evaluasi dapat dinyatakan valid karena dalam aplikasi goole formulir ini sudah ada hasil nilai mahasiswa di banding dengan media konvensional. Membuat media evaluasi dengan menggunakan Google Form ini lebih mudah dan menyenangkan karena dapat mengatur desain headernya sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Sedangkan respon mahasiswa menyenangkan, aktif dan lebih tertarik membuat mahasiswa tidak lagi terbebani dalam evaluasi

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Outing Class-based contextual learning on the Indonesian vocabulary of class IV SD Inpres Minasa Upa 1, and to determine the effect of Outing Class-based contextual learning on the Indonesian vocabulary of class IV SD Inpres Minasa Upa 1. This research approach is an approach quantitative with a Pre-Experimental research design in the form of OneGroupPretest-Posttest research. The population of this research was fourth grade students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa 1. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample technique, by making the population as a sample, namely 24 students. The research instruments used were learning outcomes tests and observation sheets. while the data collection techniques in this research use observation and tests. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The results of this research show that the results of the Paired Sample T-Test at a significance level of 5% obtained a significant value (2-tailed) <α (0.00 < 0.05) or t count > t table (8.816 > 2.086). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the influence of Outing Class-based contextual learning has an influence on the vocabulary of class IV students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa 1, Rappocini District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi.
