Abstract

BPS West Bandung Regency in 2021 recorded a population of 1,181,226 people with an annual growth rate of 1.65%, with a growth rate that continues to increase every year, the need for housing in West Bandung Regency is increasing. Therefore, KPRI Universitas Pendidikan Indoensia plans to build housing, namely Graha Isola Housing to meet housing needs in West Bandung Regency, especially in Pasirhalang Village, Ciasarua District, West Bandung Regency. Housing development requires suitable land so it is necessary to evaluate land conditions and the level of disaster vulnerability because the housing site is located in an area with the potential for landslides. The research used descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The data used include National Digital Elevetion Model (DEM) data, Rupa Bumi Indonesia (RBI) Map of West Bandung Regency, Soil Type, Rock Type, rainfall data, West Bandung Regency RTRW Map and other literature sources. The results showed that the land suitability at Graha Isola housing site is in accordance with the land use conditions in the field, namely non-residential land so that residential development can be carried out. And the level of landslide hazard at the housing site is in a low hazard level, so that development can be carried out. However, housing development must also be adjusted to the aspects of livable housing development criteria.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKonsep bangunan hijau menekankan pada peningkatan efisiensi energi, penghematan udara, material ramah lingkungan, pengurangan limbah, kualitas udara dalam ruangan, dan desain bangunan yang efisien. CWP 02 UPI yang merupakan proyek pembangunan Gedung FPEB, Gedung FPSD dan Gedung PS berfokus pada pembangunan gedung pendidikan yang menerapkan konsep green building. Penelitian ini fokus menganalisis penerapan konsep green building dan mengetahui nilai penerapan green building dari masing-masing bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menilai kriteria bangunan hijau berdasarkan Greenship Assessment Tool for New Buildings Versi 1.2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Gedung FPEB memperoleh 70 poin, Gedung FPSD memperoleh 72 poin, dan Gedung Pascasarjana memperoleh 70 poin. Oleh karena itu, setiap bangunan mendapat peringkat emas. Gedung ketiga ini juga memenuhi 7 (tujuh) kriteria dalam syarat kelayakan bangunan. Diharapkan adanya evaluasi ulang terhadap kriteria yang tidak mendapatkan poin dengan menggunakan alat yang mumpuni dan hasil evaluasi yang tidak memenuhi syarat benchmark, dilakukan solusi perbaikan, dan hasil evaluasi yang memenuhi benchmark tetap dipertahankan dan terawat.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Green Building, Greenship ABSTRACTThe green building concept emphasizes increasing energy efficiency, saving air, environmentally friendly materials, reducing waste, indoor air quality, and efficient building design. CWP 02 UPI, which is a project for the construction of the FPEB Building, FPSD Building and Postgraduate Building, focuses on the construction of educational buildings that apply the green building concept. This research focuses on analyzing the implementation of the green building concept and knowing the value of green building implementation from each building. This research was carried out by assessing green building criteria based on the Greenship Assessment Tool for New Buildings Version 1.2. Based on the research results, the FPEB Building received 70 points, the FPSD Building received 72 points, and the Postgraduate Building received 70 points. Therefore, each building received a gold rating. This third building also meets 7 (seven) criteria in building eligibility requirements. It is hoped that there will be a re-evaluation regarding criteria that do not get points using qualified tools and evaluation results that do not meet the benchmark requirements, corrective solutions will be carried out, and evaluation results that meet the benchmarks will be retained and maintained.Keywords: Evaluation, Green Building, Greenship

Abstract

Ketersediaan air bersih merupakan faktor penting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan. Desa Sidamulya di Kecamatan Jalaksana, Kabupaten Kuningan, menghadapi tantangan dalam menyediakan pasokan air bersih yang memadai bagi penduduk dan sektor pertanian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini dan mendukung tujuan keenam dari Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), yaitu memastikan ketersediaan dan pengelolaan air bersih secara berkelanjutan, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi peningkatan supply air bersih. Kegiatan ini melibatkan metode partisipatoris, meliputi Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelaksanaan program sosialisasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi dilaksanakan melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan air bersih dengan teknologi yang ramah lingkungan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 51% peserta merasa puas, dan 49% sangat puas terhadap kegiatan ini, serta memahami manfaat dari peningkatan supply air bersih dengan teknologi terbaru. Implementasi dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi jangka panjang bagi Desa Sidamulya dalam upaya mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Supply Air Bersih, Desa Sidamulya, Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, Sosialisasi, Pengelolaan Air.
