Abstract

Purpose: The goal of this study is to investigate the impact of leverage and company size on the delay in auditing of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX (2016-2018). Research methodology: Descriptive and vericative methods were used for the study design. The purposive judgement sampling method was used for sample determination in the present study. The program used was SPSS Version 20.00. Results: The findings show that simultaneously variable leverage and company size affect audit delays. Limitations: This study only uses data from the IDX for 2016-2018 which allows data not to be obtained in detail, and the sample in this study only uses manufacturing companies that use rupiah currency. Abstract

Rimbun Conservation Village has the potential as a model for sustainable ecotourism development amid global environmental challenges. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of Rimbun Conservation Village's role in environmental preservation and ecological image enhancement through ecotourism activities. The method used in this research utilizes qualitative methods, which include interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results showed that Rimbun Conservation Village succeeded in raising community and tourist awareness of the importance of conservation, although there are some aspects that need to be improved, such as cleanliness, adequate facilities and accessibility. In addition, the participation of the community and tourists in activities such as tree planting and educational programs proved to provide economic benefits and increase tourist engagement. The main conclusion of this study is that Rimbun Conservation Village not only serves as a recreational center, but also as a living example of the harmonization between nature conservation and economic growth. To attract more tourists, it is recommended that the manager improve facilities and implement more effective digital marketing strategies. This research is expected to contribute to the development of ecotourism in other more sustainable tourist destinations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Bidang Usaha Industri Ikan Petek ini menjadi fokus penelitian dalam menganalisa strategi Jaringan bisnis, dengan penekanan pada kualitas produk, bussines network, dan strategi pemasaran digital beserta strategi branding online dan offline. Kualitas produk yang terjamin, branding melalui kejuaraan nasional, mempengaruhi preferensi positif konsumen. Studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa bisnis petekres pada PT. Rizki Prima Food yang sukses secara aktif mengembangkan strategi kompetitifnya. Respon positif customer terhadap produk petekres menunjukkan bahwa penting untuk terus mempertahankan kualitas produk dan mengembangkan jaringan bisnis di pasaran. Strategi pemasaran digital seperti promosi khusus dan kehadiran aktif di media sosial terbukti dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan. Hasil kolaborasi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi menekankan bahwa kesuksesan dalam industri ini memerlukan kombinasi produk berkualitas tinggi yang konsisten, inovasi berkelanjutan, dan penggunaan strategi pemasaran digital yang cerdas. Hasil penelitian ini mengakui bahwa terdapat beberapa keterbatasan seperti ketepatan visibilitas konsumen, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh keinginan masing-masing individu dari konsumen sendiri. Mereka menyarankan agar lebih fokus dalam penjualan dikarenakan telah bagusnya varian rasa, branding dan prestasi-prestasi lainnya yang didapat sehingga capaian dalam memperoleh profit yang tinggi dan diinginkan segera tercapai sehingga mampu menebar kebaikan memperoleh keberkahan.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of the Banana (Musa paradisiaca sapientum) farming business in Ruguk Village and to formulate an optimal strategy for developing the banana farming business. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, IFE Matrix analysis, EFE Matrix, Internal – External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Diagram, and SWOT analysis. Respondents were selected purposively. The respondents were 8 (eight) experts in their fields. From the results of In the Internal – External (IE) matrix analysis, it was concluded that the farming business should implement a growth strategy, and from SWOT Diagram Analysis since the farming is in quadrant I, they should use an aggressive strategy. Ten specific strategies have resulted from the SWOT analysis, namely the SO strategy: 1). Expanding the scale of banana production, 2) Expanding marketing to supermarkets, and 3) Diversifying processed chip products. WO strategy: 1) Improving the management and the functions of farmer producers cooperative, 2) Providing facilitation and education on diversification of processed products, 3) Utilizing information technology for marketing, communication, and transaction facilities. ST strategy: 1) Improving cultivation management and maintenance to increase the quality and quantity of production. WT strategy: 1) Education on how to handle the disease, 2) Carry out plant maintenance regularly, and 3) Delivery on time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pasien yang diberikan oleh klinik pratama yakin cihampelas (studi kasus masih banyaknya keluhan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayana pada klinik pratama yakin Cihampelas). Serta untuk mengukur indikator kualitas pelayanan pasien di Klinik Pratama Yakin Cihampelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara sebanyak 3 orang pasien dengan ketentuan pasien yang berumur di atas 20 tahun dan pernah menginap minimal 1-2 hari. Untuk melihat kualitas pelayanan yang telah diberikan oleh pihak klinik Pratama Yakin Cihampelas, digunakan lima fokus antara lain yaitu: Bukti Fisik (Tangibles). Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Empati (Emphaty) dan Jaminan (Assurance), Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah kelima fokus tersebut pada pelayanan Klinik Pratama Yakin Cihampelas sudah sangat baik hanya ada beberapa yang kurang dari kenyamanan ruang pasien dan kelengkapan alat-alat kesehatan masih kurang baik, dan dari kemampuan petugas atau karyawan dalam menjawab keluhan pasien diklinik pratama yakin cihampelas kurang baik.
