Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan disiplin kerja pegawai yang dilakukan di Kantor Desa Cikande, Kecamatan Saguling, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dengan menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang menekankan pada penelitian kualitatif, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan juga adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa karyawan masih kurang disiplin. Beberapa aspek menunjukkan hal ini, seperti sikap dan perilaku pegawai, kehadiran dan ketepatan waktu, kepatuhan, ketekunan, dan semangat dan inisiatif pegawai, serta aspek tanggung jawab kepada atasan dan bawahan. Konsumen akan menilai pegawai karena mereka sudah menunjukan kepada konsumen bahwa mereka dapat dipercaya untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan kebutuhan mereka dan juga lembaga pemerintah terus bekerja untuk memperbaiki dan membuat aturan yang membantu pegawai menjadi lebih disiplin.

Abstract

This research is a field study with descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. While data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that KS Wayang Windu's business network in the hands of the Sandwich Generation has developed very well. There is more room for product marketing and more business networks that can cooperate with KS Wayang Windu. The strategy implemented by KS Wayang Windu has proven to be effective, as it has made a strong business strategy in marketing their products throughout the West Java region. When viewed from the overall business network, KS Wayang Windu has a huge potential to succeed in the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of business networks in the food production of Salaut, a culinary business located in Pangandaran, Indonesia. Salaut specializes in seafood dishes and snacks, holding Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and a Food Industry Household (PIRT) certification. Their organizational structure involves various departments, actively participating in both offline and online marketing. A SWOT analysis identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Salaut. Solid partnerships with raw material suppliers have strengthened their foundation, while opportunities to enhance collaborations with suppliers and explore online distribution remain open. The article covers production, marketing, value addition, and financial reporting as key elements in the development of this culinary business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of digital marketing as a medium for building business networks in Milan Food MSMEs. This research uses qualitative methods, the technical data analysis used in this research is by interviewing the business owner or owner of Milan Food. And get results that show that the role of digital marketing affects the development of the Milan Food business network. The business network is the key to success and has a very influential factor in the marketing of Milan Food. With digital technology, business people can look for opportunities with business strategies to make sales, the business strategy carried out is through marketing.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi yang paling akurat dan lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pada AHASS Honda Darma Perdana Cilengkrang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumenter. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengolah dan menyajikan data yang didapati sedemikian rupa sehingga diperoleh informasi yang aktual dan lengkap, sehingga memudahkan pihak lain untuk mengetahui sifat (karakteristik) data tersebut. Hasil dari analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan strategi utama AHASS Honda Darma Perdana Cilengkrang berada pada posisi yang menguntungkan yakni memiliki kekuatan yang tinggi sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Strategi utama yang harus dilakukan pada kondisi ini adalah mendukung penerapan pertumbuhan agresif, dimana AHASS Honda Darma Perdana Cilengkrang dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu produk, memanfaatkan promosi lebih baik, memperkuat image di masyarakat dan beberapa pengembangan lainnya yang dapat bermanfaat bagi kemajuan AHASS Honda Darma Perdana Cilengkrang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work discipline of employees at the Nanjung Village Office, Margaasih District, Bandung Regency, with a qualitative approach. Through the descriptive analysis method, data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the level of work discipline of Nanjung Village Office employees can be said to be quite good, although there are several things that need to be improved, but the existing programs are still running smoothly and are still being implemented. This shows that despite some challenges, employees are still able to carry out their duties quite well, and efforts to improve the level of work discipline continue to be carried out gradually.

Abstract

The quality of health services is an important factor in increasing public trust and satisfaction towards health facilities. This research aims to analyze public perceptions regarding the quality of service at the Bihbul Health Center, Bandung Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Through descriptive analysis method, data collection is obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The research results show that most of the people are satisfied with the health services provided, especially in the aspects of professionalism of medical personnel and the completeness of facilities. However, there are still several obstacles that need to be fixed, such as long waiting times and less efficient administrative procedures. However, health services at the Bihbul Health Center are still running optimally, and improvement efforts continue to be made to increase public satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in improving employee performance at De’tuik Resto & Wedding Venue. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, this study collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that leadership at De’tuik Resto & Wedding Venue has a significant role in building work discipline, motivation, and team effectiveness. The participatory leadership implemented allows for more open communication, so that employees feel more appreciated and motivated to increase productivity. In addition, factors such as granting authority, clear division of tasks, and consistent guidance also contribute to improving employee performance. However, there are several challenges that still need to be overcome, such as variations in the level of initiative between employees and the effectiveness of leader communication in conveying new policies. Overall, the leadership implemented at De’tuik Resto & Wedding Venue has had a positive impact on employee performance.
