Abstract

Kearifan lokal masyarakat Indonesia mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap berbagai tatanan kehidupan dan sendi kehidupan di berbagai bidang masyarakat desa seperti di lereng Gunung Sindoro sekitar Perkebunan Teh Tambi, terdapat beberapa gejala menarik dari kearifan lokal dan aktivitas politik serta Usaha perkebunan Teh Tambi dalam pelaksanaan pesta demokrasi pra pemilu 2024. Beberapa desa dan dusun sekitar perkebunan Tambi mempunyai situasi dan kondisi yang kondusif serta diwarnai oleh nuansa religi dan gotong royong yang cukup tinggi. Sehingga situasi memanas di daerah lain di Indonesia yang biasa menyertai pada masa menjelang pemilu, tidak ditemukan di desa ini. Pendekatan adat dalam perspektif penyelesaian konflik harus ada di setiap daerah. Dalam alur proses perselisihan, baik pemilu maupun pemilu, kearifan lokal masuk pada tahap mediasi atau musyawarah tertutup. Keteladanan politik diperlukan dalam upaya menyukseskan pemilu 2024 yang akan digelar pada tahun mendatang. Pemilu yang sukses dapat berjalan jujur dan adil serta berlangsung dalam suasana yang kondusif. Maka salah satu pendekatan yang dapat dijadikan acuan adalah Pendekatan Politik Keteladanan masyarakat yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan masyarakatnya yang bersinggungan dengan kegiatan pesta demokrasi atau pemilu tahun 2024, sehingga pemilu dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. dapat berjalan dengan sukses dan lancar.

Abstract

Poverty is a social phenomenon caused by economic factors. Poverty is the economic inability to meet basic food and non-food needs. One of the things that can determine and measure poverty is expenditure. For a long time, poverty has been a major problem in Indonesia. The incidence of poverty increased by more than a third during the crisis compared to the pre-crisis period. Meanwhile, Indonesia has experienced significant social and political changes along with increased democracy, decentralization of government, and increased transparency compared to the past. But poverty levels remain high based on various factors. This article concentrates on the problem of poverty which continues to increase even though many poverty alleviation programs have been created by the government.

Abstract

The focus of this writing is to discuss the complexity of post-election increases in staple food prices which have a significant impact on food availability and social stability in Indonesia. In this context, research analyzes the impact of increases in staple food prices on post-election food availability and the measures that can be taken Done to overcome it. Qualitative methods with a literature study approach were used In this research, by collecting secondary data from various sources including journals, books and official government websites. Phenomenon analysis is carried out by interpreting data which describes the role of the researcher as a key instrument. The author identifies that post-election increases in staple food prices could have a significant negative impact Especially for lower middle economic groups. The impacts include social instability, increased poverty levels, and negative influences on other economic sectors. Therefore, appropriate action from the government and relevant stakeholders is needed to maintain price stability and food availability. With the right steps, it is hoped that the negative impact of the post-election increase in food prices will be avoided can be minimized, so that people still have adequate and affordable access Towards food. This research provides important insights for stakeholders in facing the challenges of post-election food price increases and maintaining food stability in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a serious problem that has a wide impact on victims, both physically and psychologically. In the legal context, there are differences in approach between Islamic criminal law and the positive legal system in Indonesia regarding victim protection. This study seeks to answer three problem formulations: how Islamic criminal law defines and provides protection for victims of sexual violence, the differences in protection between Islamic criminal law and the positive legal system in Indonesia, and the implementation of Islamic legal principles in a modern plural society. This study aims to examine legal protection for victims of sexual violence from the perspective of Islamic criminal law and compare it with the positive legal system. Using a literature study method, data were collected from fiqh books, the Qur'an, Hadith, scientific journals, and laws and regulations in Indonesia, which were then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that Islamic criminal law offers protection based on divine justice with strict sanctions against perpetrators and restoration of victim honor, although the standard of proof is quite strict. On the other hand, Indonesian positive law provides a more flexible approach with a focus on victim rehabilitation and upholding human rights. In a plural society, the implementation of Islamic criminal law principles requires adaptation through ijtihad and integration of Islamic legal values with the positive legal system. This study concludes that combining the best elements of both legal systems can create comprehensive and responsive legal protection for victims of sexual violence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan politik pemilih pemula melalui pemanfaatan politik digital dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik di Kota Semarang pada tahun 2025. Pemilih pemula kerap menghadapi berbagai hambatan dalam berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses demokrasi, seperti rendahnya literasi politik, keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap sistem dan mekanisme pemilu, serta sikap apatis terhadap politik dan pemerintahan. Dalam konteks ini, politik digital dipandang sebagai sarana strategis untuk menghadirkan pendidikan politik yang lebih mudah diakses, kontekstual, dan relevan bagi generasi muda.Penelitian ini secara khusus berfokus pada analisis model dan strategi pendidikan politik berbasis digital, yang disampaikan melalui media sosial dan platform digital interaktif, dalam membangun kesadaran politik, pemahaman demokrasi, serta sikap partisipatif pemilih pemula pada Pemilukada Kota Semarang tahun 2025. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bentuk-bentuk konten edukasi politik, pola komunikasi digital yang digunakan oleh aktor politik dan penyelenggara pemilu, serta efektivitasnya dalam mendorong keterlibatan politik generasi muda.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi strategi pendidikan politik digital yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik pemilih pemula. Temuan penelitian ini juga diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi bagi partai politik, penyelenggara pemilu, dan pemangku kebijakan dalam merancang pendidikan dan komunikasi politik digital yang lebih inklusif, edukatif, dan menarik, sehingga mampu membentuk pemilih pemula yang kritis, sadar politik, dan aktif dalam kehidupan demokrasi.
