Abstract

AbstrakPemberlakuan konsep sentralisasi dalam Kurikulum 2004 atau yang dikenal dengan istilah KBK (Kurikulum Berstandar Kompetensi) menjadi problematika baru dalam sejarah pendidikan di Indonesia. Pasalnya, pemberlakuan konsep tersebut dinilai tidak sesuai dengan keberagaman sosial dan geografis yang ada. Untuk itu, Kurikulum 2006 atau yang dikenal dengan istilah KTSP (Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan) hadir dengan konsep desentralisasi yang mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Tujuannya yaitu memajukan mutu pendidikan nasional dengan menggali potensi setiap satuan pendidikan, menyelesaikan problematika pendidikan di Indonesia berdasarkan solusi yang luwes, serta menciptakan iklim sosial yang menerima keberagaman. Dengan menggunakan qualitative approach; library research penelitian ini mengupas dasar penyusunan dan pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2006 melalui analisis Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2005. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kurikulum 2006 adalah oprasioanal kurikulum yang disusun dan dilaksakan oleh masing-masing satuan pendidikan. Penyusunan dan pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2006 secara keseluruhan diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan.  AbstractThe enactment of the concept of centralization in the 2004 Curriculum or what is known as KBK (Comptence Standarized Curriculum) is a new problem in the history of education in Indonesia because the implementation on the concentrate is considered not in accordance with the existing social and geographical diversity. For this reason, the 2006 curriculum or what is known as KTSP (Educational Unit Level Curriculum) comes with the concept of decentralization which refers to goverment regulation of the republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2005 concerning national education standards. The aim is to embarrass the quality of national education by exploring the potential of each education unit to solve educational problems in Indonesia based on flexible solutions, and create a climate social diversity that accepts diversity. Using qualitative approach; library research, this study exprores the basis for result of the research show that the 2006 Curriculum is an oprational currriculum that is compiled and implementated by each educational unit. The 2006 Currriculum as a whole is regulated in Goverment Regulastion Number 19 Of 2005 Concerning National Education Standards

Abstract

Methods are regular means used to carry out a job. The method has a purpose so that the material to be delivered can be received by students well. The choice of learning methods must be adjusted to the needs of students, because improper learning methods will cause the learning process to take place less effectively and learning objectives cannot be carried out optimally. The al-bidayah method is one of the methods in Arabic language learning that is considered effective for learning students' maharah qiraah. Using a qualitative library research approach, this article reviews the complex al-bidayah  method and its role in increasing reseptive. Abillities in the form of maharah qiraah. Reseachers obtained data by reading, writing and analyzing the conntents pf the  manual for the al-bidayah method and using it as a primary research  data source. The  results showed that al-bidayah method is an applicable method used for reseptive learning of arabic. This is because al-bidayah method has a systematic arragement of chapters and sub-chapters. The role of the al-bidayah method in improving students’ reseptive abilities is in the aspects of nahwu and sharf.

Abstract

This study aims to reinterpret the concept of iddah (waiting period) for career women using a maqashid sharia approach based on Najmuddin Thufi’s thought. Iddah is an Islamic ruling intended to protect family and societal welfare, yet it presents challenges for modern career women. The traditional rules of iddah, which restrict activities outside the home, can impact women’s social and economic well-being, particularly for those who work. This research employs Najmuddin Thufi’s approach, which emphasizes public interest (maslahah), to explore whether the rules of iddah require adjustment for career women without compromising the fundamental objectives of Islamic law. Using a qualitative methodology with a library research approach, this study gathers data from literature on Islamic law, maqashid sharia and Najmuddin Thufi’s theory. The study finds that reconstructing iddah for career women is feasible by applying maqashid sharia principles, particularly through Thufi’s emphasis on maslahah. In the context of working women, traditional iddah rules—which limit activities outside the home—present challenges, especially concerning economic and social well-being. Based on the principle of maslahah, the iddah rule can be adapted without disregarding the core objectives of sharia, allowing career women to continue working during the waiting period as long as they uphold personal dignity and adhere to Islamic legal regulations. This approach offers a contextual and adaptive interpretation of Islamic law that aligns with modern developments while preserving the objectives of Sharia. The study concludes that iddah for career women can be reconstructed to bridge the gap between religious obligations and contemporary socio-economic needs.
