Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan strategi promosi yang digunakan melalui analisis SWOT pada suatu instansi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penerapan berbagai macam strategi promosi yang telah diterapkan atau belum diterapkan secara maksimal dalam proses promosi suatu instansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mencari berbagai data sumber,dan informasi mengenai pengaplikasian strategi promosi yang diterapkan oleh BMT Ar Rahmah Kutorejo dari tahun ke tahun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yangdilakukan di BMT Ar Rahmah Kutorejo dari tahun ke tahun. BMT Ar Rahmah Kutorejo dijadikan sebagai sumber dari berbagai informasi untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi promosi yang digunakan oleh pihak BMT Ar Rahmah Kutorejo. Adapun data yang diperoleh peneliti dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa strategi promosi yang digunakan oleh pihak BMT Ar Rahmah Kutorejo telah menerapkan beberapa strategi promosi dengan tepat sesuai dengan teori yang sudah tertera, analisis SWOT yang dilakukan oleh BMT Ar Rahmah didasarkan pada prioritas waktu dalam proses pengerjaannya secara bertahap, promosi mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar, seperti pendanaan yang lebih besar, keadaan, dan terakhir adalah tingkat siklus kehidupan produk yang dicapai sudah dapat digunakan atau belum.

Abstract

Penyakit bronkitis saat ini diderita oleh sekitar 64 juta orang di dunia. Faktor risiko utama yang berkontribusi terhadap penyakit ini meliputi perilaku merokok dan paparan polusi udara. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan merokok dan paparan polusi dengan penyakit bronkhitis di RSUD Kabupaten Sorong. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 144 pasien yang berobat ke Poliklinik RSUD Kabupaten Sorong. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Square dan Uji Fisher. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan antara merokok dengan penyakit bronkhitis di RSUD Kabupaten Sorong Tahun 2022 dengan nilai P value = 0,00 atau < nilai α = 0,05. Sedangkan, tidak ada hubungan antara paparan polusi dengan penyakit bronkhitis di RSUD Kabupaten Sorong Tahun 2022 dengan nilai P value = 0,728 atau > nilai α = 0,05. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan edukasi mengenai bahaya merokok dan menyediakan layanan konseling berhenti merokok di Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Cyberbullying di Indonesia telah menjadi isu serius seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan masyarakat, terutama remaja. Berdasarkan data Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) tahun 2020, sebanyak 49% pengguna internet di Indonesia pernah mengalami perundungan daring. Sementara itu, survei UNICEF dan KPAI menunjukkan bahwa 45% remaja Indonesia mengaku pernah menjadi korban cyberbullying. Jenis-jenis perundungan yang paling sering terjadi meliputi body shaming, ujaran kebencian, penyebaran hoaks, peretasan akun, dan ancaman secara daring. Fenomena ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan mental korban, seperti depresi dan kecemasan, tetapi juga memengaruhi prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, bahkan memicu keinginan bunuh diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tingkat prevalensi cyberbullying di Indonesia, jenis-jenis perundungan yang dominan, serta dampaknya terhadap korban. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan data sekunder dari laporan Kominfo, UNICEF, dan KPAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cyberbullying telah menjangkau hampir separuh pengguna internet Indonesia, dengan remaja sebagai kelompok paling rentan. Perlindungan hukum terhadap korban sebenarnya telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE), jo. UU No. 19 Tahun 2016, khususnya Pasal 27 ayat (3) dan Pasal 45 ayat (3), yang mengatur sanksi pidana hingga 4 tahun penjara atau denda maksimal Rp750 juta. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi digital dan pene.

Abstract

Alang-alang dikenal sebagai tanaman pengganggu, namun alang-alang memiliki banyak manfaat di bidang kesehatan, salah satunya sebagai penurun demam karena alang-alang mengandung flavonoid. Flavonoid bekerja menghambat enzim siklooksigenase yang bertanggung jawab atas produksi mediator inflamasi sehingga suhu tubuh akan kembali menjadi normal. Alang-alang diformulasikan dalam bentuk sediaan patch dengan penambahan enhancer Span-80 sebagai peningkat penetrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas sediaan patch ekstrak etanol Imperata cylindrica dengan dan tanpa penambahan enhancer Span-80 terhadap temperatur dan jumlah neutrofil tikus putih yang diinduksi vaksin DPT. Hewan perlakuan sebanyak 30 ekor tikus yang dibagi secara acak menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu P0 (pemberian makan dan minum), P1 (parasetamol sirup), P2 (patch tanpa ekstrak etanol alang-alang), P3 (patch ekstrak etanol alang-alang tanpa enhancer), dan P4 (patch ekstrak etanol alang-alang dengan enhancer). Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengamatan temperatur awal tubuh tikus, setelah diinduksi vaksin DPT pada menit ke-15, 30, 45, 60, 120, 180, 240, 300 dan jumlah neutrofil pada menit ke-0, 30, 60, 120, 180, 240, 300. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa patch ekstrak etanol alangalang dapat menurunkan temperatur tubuh namun penurunan jumlah neutrofil tikus putih tidak berbeda bermakna antara patch ekstrak etanol alang-alang dengan atau tanpa enhancer.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the use of Big Data in improving guest experience in international hotels. In the highly competitive hospitality industry, service personalization has become one of the main factors in maintaining guest satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involves interviews with hotel managers, questionnaires for licensed employees, and direct observation in several international hotels that have adopted Big Data technology. The results show that the use of Big Data enables hotels to provide more personalized services, such as offering relevant recommendations based on guest preferences, as well as improving operational efficiency. However, the main challenges found are infrastructure limitations and lack of analytics skills among staff. Hotel employees tend to accept the use of Big Data in improving services, despite concerns regarding privacy and management of guests' personal data. This research concludes that while Big Data provides great potential to improve guest experience, its successful implementation is highly dependent on investment in staff training and proper infrastructure management. The practical implications of this study suggest that hotels should focus more on service personalization and more effective data management to improve guest satisfaction. This research also opens up opportunities for further studies on the challenges of implementing Big Data in hotels with limited resources.

Abstract

In this study using a sample of 34 respondents, namely CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia factory employees. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique. The testing in this study was carried out by analyzing the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis test, determination coefficient (R2),and t test. For partial hypothesis testing, the t test is used, the tcount value obtained for the Job Stress variable (X) for Job Satisfaction (Z) is 3.563 then for the Job Stress variable (X) for Employee Performance (Y) of 2.542 and for Job Satisfaction (Z ) towards Employee Performance (Y) of -1,175. Then based on the results of the Kofisien test of Equation I determination of 0.284 it means that the contribution or work stress relationship is 28.4% and the remaining 71.6%, and from equation II the results are 0.174, meaning that the work stress factor (X) influences job satisfaction (Z) of 17.4%, while the remaining 82.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Then from the results of calculations through Path with the Causal Step method and Product Of Coefficient it is stated that and in this study the results of z calculated are 1.077 and z tables are 0.353. So it can be concluded that z count> z table, the Intervening variable mediates the relationship between the Independent variable and the Dependent variable. Or in other words the Job Satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between the Job Stress variable and the Employee Performance variable.

Abstract

This study conducts an analysis of factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions in the residential area of PT Verona Hills Cirebon. The research aims to identify and understand the key determinants that play a significant role in shaping consumers' choices when making property purchases in this specific locality. Utilizing a comprehensive approach, the study examines various factors such as market trends, pricing strategies, location preferences, and overall consumer behavior. The findings from this analysis contribute valuable insights to real estate professionals, developers, and policymakers involved in the residential property market, aiding them in devising effective strategies to meet consumer needs and enhance the overall attractiveness of the PT Verona Hills Cirebon residential area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of apparatus competency analysis, organizational commitment, community participation, use of information technology and transparency, on village fund management decisions (Village Case Study in Gempol District, Gempol Regency). The testing in this study was carried out with multiple linear regression analysis, t hypothesis test and F test. With multiple linear regression analysis in this study, b1 = 0.273 results showed a positive influence between the variables of Apparatus Competence (X1) on Village Fund Management Accountability, b2 = 0.586 showed a positive influence between the variables of Organizational Commitment (X2) on Village Fund Management Accountability, b3 = 0.351 shows a positive influence between the variables Community Participation (X3) on Accountability of Village Fund Management, b4 = 0.233 shows a positive influence between the variables of Information Technology Utilization (X4) on Accountability of Village Fund Management, b5 = 0.421 shows a positive influence between the variables of Transparency Utilization (X5) on Accountability of Village Fund Management. As for partial hypothesis testing, the t test was used, obtained the calculated t value for the Apparatus Competency variable (X1) of 2.687, tcalculate for the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) of 2.411, tcalculate for the Community Participation variable (X3) of 2.620, tcalculate for the Information Technology Utilization variable (X4) of 2.181, tcalculate for the Transparency variable (X5) of 2.552, with ttable criteria of 1.998 used in the test Ini.

Abstract

This research entitle of “Analysis influence of Individual Competence, Compensation and Organization Climate to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable” (Case Study at Kospin Ibnu Khaldun Cirebon)”. This research target is : To gain an understanding of the influence of the individual competence, compensation and organization climate to employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. At this research used by purpossive sampling as much 45 responders. As for examination of at this research done with validity test, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis test in the form of t test, F test, coefficient determinant, path analysis and sobel test. With multiple linear regression analysis at this research obtained by result b1 = 0,187 showing influence which are positive of Individual Competence variable to Employee Performance, b2 = 0,258 showing influence which are positive of Compensation to Employee Performance, b3 = 0,289 showing influence which are positive of Organization Climate variable to Employee Performance, b4 = 0,261 showing influence which are positive of Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance. Whereas for partial hypothesis testing the t test was used, obtained the tcount for Individual Competence to Employee Performance of 2,446, tcount for Compensation variable to Employee Performance of 3,090, tcount for Organization Climate to Employee Performance of 2,528 and tcount for Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance of 2,281. Then based on the results of calculations through the sobel test, Job Satisfaction mediate the relationship between Individual Competence, Compensation and Organization Climate to Employee Performance.
