Abstract

Abstract In an era where technology is developing rapidly, quite a few MSMEs experience difficulties in carrying out their operational activities. Inventory is one of the most important factors that can influence the operational performance of a business. Unmanaged inventory conditions will have a huge negative impact on a company. Therefore, inventory management is the most important aspect that must be monitored and evaluated regularly by the company. The data collection methods used in this activity are primary and secondary data collection methods. The output of this activity is the MyPetHouse MSME inventory management application, which is web-based. The results of the EOQ system design are expected to help MSMEs in supplying and managing inventory, where EOQ helps MSMEs determine the right amount of inventory supply to reduce costs that will be incurred.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study was conducted among TableTop Board Game Cafe customers. The dependent variable, customer loyalty (Y), was mediated by the intervening variable (Z), and the independent variables were product quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3). This study used a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique involving 100 respondents. Data processing was performed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that product quality, price, and promotion did not have a significant direct effect on customer loyalty. However, all three variables significantly influenced customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction was shown to have a significant direct effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Generasi Z (Gen Z) telah mendominasi jumlah penduduk di Indonesia sejak tahun 2020. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi manajemen keuangan Generasi Z di Indonesia. Dalam konteks literasi keuangan, studi menunjukkan tingkat moderat pada pemahaman dasar konsep keuangan. Pentingnya literasi keuangan tercermin dalam pengaruh positifnya terhadap kemampuan mengelola uang mahasiswa Gen Z, menekankan perlunya pendidikan dan sumber daya keuangan yang ditargetkan. Penelitian juga menyoroti hubungan negatif antara literasi keuangan dan perilaku konsumtif Generasi Z. Gaya hidup Generasi Z, khususnya yang dinamis, memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku keuangan mereka. Kombinasi gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan Generasi Z dalam masyarakat tanpa uang tunai. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan komprehensif yang mempertimbangkan pengetahuan keuangan dan gaya hidup untuk mendorong perilaku keuangan yang bertanggung jawab.
