Abstract

Anak-anak penyintas tsunami Selat Sunda 2018 yang tinggal di Kampung Huntap Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Panimbang, masih menghadapi trauma psikologis dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang mitigasi bencana. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap risiko tsunami melalui pendekatan permainan edukatif yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan mereka. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan berbasis permainan (seperti simbol bencana, lagu tsunami, lapbook, dan petak jongkok), serta evaluasi melalui observasi dan diskusi tim. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak menunjukkan respon aktif dan antusias, cepat memahami pesan mitigasi, serta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman tentang tindakan saat terjadi bencana. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan sosialisasi berbasis permainan terbukti efektif sebagai media pendidikan kebencanaan sekaligus sarana trauma healing yang menyenangkan, relevan dengan prinsip perlindungan anak dalam situasi darurat sebagaimana diatur dalam kebijakan nasional.

Abstract

This research examines the challenges and potential of customary courts as an access to justice for indigenous peoples through public services related to the recognition of the existence of customary law in the 1945 Constitution. Customary justice is a traditional legal system that still plays an important role in the lives of indigenous peoples in Indonesia. However, customary justice faces a number of challenges in integrating itself with the national legal framework, especially in the context of the recognition of customary law in the 1945 Constitution. This research will identify the obstacles faced by customary courts in providing access to justice for indigenous peoples, and analyze the potentials that can be utilized to enhance the role of customary courts as effective and inclusive justice institutions. The results of this research can provide useful insights in developing policies and strategies to strengthen customary courts as an integral part of the Indonesian legal system.

Abstract

Thinking in legal philosophy about the balance between individual freedom and national security in the context of human rights is an important debate in a democratic society. This study formulates the main problem with a focus on legal philosophy thinking on the concept of balance between individual freedom and national security and the policies that can be adopted by the government to maintain the balance. The article presents a review of the various perspectives and theories that underpin different approaches to this issue. While some views emphasize the importance of protecting individual rights as the foundation of democracy, others underline the need for strong measures to safeguard national security. The article also analyzes the various policies that can be pursued by the government to maintain such a balance, seeking common ground between the protection of human rights and the measures necessary to protect state security. It highlights the importance of legal philosophy thinking in guiding fair and balanced policymaking in the context of human rights

Abstract

Villages have evolved in a variety of ways, and they must be safeguarded and empowered to become strong, advanced, independent, and democratic in order to lay a solid foundation for governance and growth toward a just, prosperous, and wealthy society. BUM Desa or Village-Owned Enterprise is a legal entity established by the Village that is useful for managing businesses, utilizing assets, developing investment and productivity, providing services, and/or providing other types of businesses aimed at the welfare of the Village community to the greatest extent possible. Through this abdimas activity, there are several problems that want to be solved including the limited knowledge and understanding of the legal aspects of entrepreneurship of Bumdes administrators and MSME players and the lack of education of Pancasan Village MSME players so that the team provides entrepreneurial knowledge to Pancasan villagers in starting and building their business. There are several tests and practices that can add to the experience of the participants as well as games to strengthen team building. Furthermore, based on the activities that have been carried out, conclusions are formulated and suggestions are sought to help develop existing shortcomings. ABSTRAK Desa harus dilindungi dan diberdayakan untuk menjadi kuat, maju, mandiri, dan demokratis. Ini akan membangun landasan yang kuat untuk pemerintahan dan kemajuan menuju masyarakat yang adil, makmur, dan sejahtera. BUM Desa atau Badan Usaha Milik Desa suatu badan hukum yang didirikan oleh Desa yang bermanfaat untuk mengelola usaha, memanfaatkan aset, mengembangkan investasi dan produktivitas, menyediakan jasa pelayanan, dan/atau menyediakan jenis usaha lainnya yang bertujuan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa sebesar-besarnya. Melalui kegiatan abdimas ini, ada beberapa masalah yang ingin diselesaikan diantaranya keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pemahaman aspek hukum mengenai kewirausahaan pengurus Bumdes dan pelaku UMKM serta Minimnya tingkat pendidikan pelaku UMKM Desa Pancasan sehingga tim memberikan pengetahuan berwirausaha kepada warga desa Pancasan dalam memulai serta membangun bisnisnya. Adapun beberapa tes-tes dan praktik-praktik yang mampu menambah pengalaman para peserta juga permainan-permainan sebagai penguatan team building. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan lalu dirumuskan kesimpulannya serta mencari saran dalam membantu mengembangkan kekurangan yang ada.
