Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenal factors of the low motivation to study economics students. This study aims to determine whether leadership has an effect on student motivation at Singaperbangsa Karawang University. The data taken in this study are the results of a survey conducted on students of the economics faculty of Singaperbangsa Karawang University. The method used in this research is quantitative with 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The results showed that the regression equation model was significant based on the research data. There is a linear influence of leadership on student achievement and motivation to learn

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Cafe Jolotundo Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif ex-post facto dengan sampel sebanyak 40 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel lokasi (t-hitung=2,268), harga (t-hitung=2,451), dan kualitas pelayanan (t-hitung=2,102) masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai F-hitung 4,080. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,254 menunjukkan bahwa 25,4% kepuasan konsumen dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Kesimpulannya, kepuasan konsumen di Cafe Jolotundo secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh perpaduan harmonis antara lokasi, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga integrasi holistik ketiganya menjadi kunci untuk meraih loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are innovations that can be used as a foundational strength for a country, especially Indonesia which is still at the level of a developing country. It is hoped that MSMEs can play an important role in the economy in West Java, considering the history of Indonesia experiencing a monetary crisis in business. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) were able to survive and tended to increase at that time, while many large-scale businesses experienced losses and even went bankrupt. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, describing the data objectively. This research data is accessed via the BPS website. The problem formulation used in this research is how MSMEs contribute to labor absorption, and what are the opportunities for MSMEs to absorb labor. The results of this research reveal that MSMEs have a dominant role in absorbing labor in West Java. In line with the increase in MSMEs, labor absorption has increased significantly. So Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role in absorbing labor in West Java. However, there is a need for top level regional entrepreneurs who are experienced in developing groups of methods or breakthroughs that have never existed before in order to be able to compete in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between students’ learning interest and learning outcomes in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject for fifth-grade elementary school students. Learning interest is one of the important factors that can influence students' success in the learning process. Students with a high level of learning interest tend to be more active, focused, and enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, enabling them to achieve better learning outcomes. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consisted of all fifth-grade students at a public elementary school in Pekanbaru City. Since the population was relatively small, the sampling technique used was total sampling (saturated sampling). Data were collected through questionnaires and tests. The questionnaire was used to measure students’ learning interest, while the test was used to assess learning outcomes on the topic of “Classification of Animals Based on Their Feeding Habits.” The collected data were analyzed using the Product Moment correlation test. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between learning interest and students’ learning outcomes in the IPAS subject. The higher the students’ learning interest, the higher their learning outcomes. Conversely, low learning interest may contribute to lower learning outcomes. Therefore, learning interest plays an important role in improving students’ learning outcomes in the IPAS subject.
