Abstract

Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus2 (SARS-CoV 2). Faktor yang mempengaruhi lambatnya proses vaksinasi salah satunya adalah persepsi masyarakat. Adanya kekhawatiran terkait keamanan vaksin, efektivitas vaksin serta menyebarnya informasi mengenai adanya kasus kematian setelah vaksinasi covid-19 juga memicu persepsi yang kurang baik terhadap program vaksinasi ini.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi masyarakat tentang vaksin covid-19 di Dusun Pulembang I Desa Maramba Kabupaten Luwu Tmur.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatanCross-Sectional.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Pulembang I Desa Maramba Kabupaten Luwu Timur yaitu sebanyak 300 orang pada tahun 2022.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling.Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan brivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel yang berhubungan antara persepsi masyarakat tentang vaksin covid-19 di Dusun Pulembang I Desa Maramba Kabupaten Luwu Timur adalahpengetahuan (p=0,033), riwayat covid-19 (p=0,010), keamanan vaksin (p=0,000), dan riwayat penyakit tidak menular (p=0,036). Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai persepsi masyarakat terhadap vaksin covid-19 dengan melakukan penelitian kepada masyarakat yang sudah melakukan vaksinasi.

Abstract

Employees are an important element and asset in an organization or company. The existence of Employee Performance in a company can certainly have a positive impact on the company's progress and success. This research was conducted on employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Kanwil VIII who have the potential to have high Employee Performance due to having career clarity within the company. This research aims to analyze Digital Leadership, Digital Capabilities, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Kanwil VIII. The sample used in this research consisted of 124 employees at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Kanwil VIII. Testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in AMOS software, with data collection procedures in the form of questionnaires and literature reviews. The results of this research show that employees feel a lack of Digital Leadership in their work and therefore feel that Employee Performance in the company is still lacking. There is a significant positive influence between Digital Leadership on Job Satisfaction. There is also a significant negative influence between Digital Leadership on employee performance. Therefore, companies need to provide clear digital knowledge to their employees to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and Society 5.0 has brought significant transformation to vocational education, particularly within Indonesian vocational high schools (SMK). This transformation requires a curriculum that is adaptive, integrative, and aligned with the needs of the business sector, industry, and the labor market (DUDIKA). This study aims to analyze how digital technology influences the design, implementation, and effectiveness of the SMK curriculum in preparing competent graduates who meet modern industrial demands. The research employed a Literature Study (LS) method by reviewing 10 scientific articles related to digital technology, curriculum development, teacher competencies, student competencies, and vocational education policies. The findings reveal that the integration of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Teacher Digital Competencies (TDC) plays a crucial role in increasing the relevance of vocational learning to current industry needs. These technologies not only enhance instructional methods but also support the development of digital literacy, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and students’ understanding of digitalized industrial processes.
