Abstract

professionalism of teachers is the key to achieving this goal. It's a paper that discusses the importance of improving teacher professionalism, the factors that influence the professionalism of teachers, and The techniques that might be applied to enhance teacher professionalization. The study uses the methodology of literature studies to define teacher professionalism as the ability and skills that teachers possess in performing their roles and obligations successfully and efficiently in order to achieve educational objectives. The four main pillars of teacher professionalism are pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competence. A number of other variables, including resource availability, school support, teacher self-motivation, and governmental legislation, can have an impact on the development of teacher professionalism. Abstract

IPTEK adalah singkatan dari ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang menitikberatkan pada perkembangan teknologi sesuai dengan ilmu pengetahuan. Teknologi pendidikan merupakan perpaduan atau gabungan antara teknologi yang berkembang saat ini dengan pendidikan atau ilmu pengetahuan yang akan disampaikan kepada peserta didik, seperti penggunaan komputer, smartphone, video atau media modern lainnya. Kehadiran teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan memerlukan pengetahuan yang memadai baik dari segi cara pemanfaatannya. Apa yang baik, dan apa yang sebaiknya dihindari. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai penggunaan teknologi secara bijak di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja, yang dapat membantu mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi secara bijak. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian studi kepustakaan. Studi pustaka merupakan serangkaian kegiatan mengumpulkan data pustaka, membaca, mencatat, mengolah dan menganalisis bahan penelitian. Sumber penelitian ini diperoleh dari internet yaitu Google Scolar, Scopus dan Science Direct. Dengan hasil penelitian berupa dampak positif dan negatif. Di era modern ini, generasi muda Indonesia sudah tidak asing lagi dengan teknologi dan segala bentuk perkembangannya. Rata-rata, banyak anak sekolah yang berada di bawah kendalinya, bahkan teknologi dimanfaatkan untuk memudahkan hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

Students who receive education at elementary schools consist of regular students and students with special needs, including slow learners. With limited cognitive capacity, students who are slow learners will lack the process of developing general concepts or ideas that underlie many school assignments, especially in language aspects, including reading skills. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the repeated reading method on the reading fluency of slow learners in grade 3 in state elementary schools. Reading fluency will be measured by the subject's speed when reading the entire pretest-posttest text and calculating correct words per minute (WCPM) when the subject reads the pretest-posttest text in the first minute. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a single-case research design, namy the ABA design. The sample in this research was taken based on a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The repeated reading method given to 3 slow learning students in class III at the Griba State Elementary School for 12 days and 5 repetitions of reading the text and 5 times the pronunciation of words that were misread, was able to increase reading speed and accuracy significantly (0.023 and 0.038) based on tests paired sample t-test statistics. So H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. In line with this, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the repeated reading method on reading fluency in slow learners in state elementary schools.
