Abstract

Cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis) is one of the leading export commodities landed at the Prigi Fishing Port (PPN Prigi). Skipjack tuna fisheries management conducted the conventional single-species Schaefer model which is often applied although it is not technically suitable for multispecies fishery. The application of feedback harvest control rule (HCR) is an alternative harvest strategy that has been successfully implemented and validated for multispecies fishery. This study estimated allowable biological catch by applying two harvest strategies, HCR feedback and Schaefer surplus production model using catch-effort data of skipjack tuna landed at PPN Prigi in the period 2010 - 2019. Model Schaefer pointed out that catches have exceeded the maximum sustainable yield () even employed low the fishing effort which was under the fishing mortality consistent with achieving MSY (). The application of feedback HCR that has been previously validated can be an alternative of harvest strategy for use in fisheries where only mixed species data is available. Abstract

Abstract Length-growth analysis of fish cannot be completed without age information. Age study on skipjack has been done through analysis of its first-hard dorsal fin. Sampling was done using 11 fish specimen taken from UPT P2SKP Pondokdadap Sendangbiru, from January to February 2018. Species identification follows the FAO standard procedure (species identification sheet) published 2001. A specimen was deposited at Depository Ichtyologicum Brawijaya with code DIB.FISH 111103. The first hard spine of 11 fish samples were cut with IsoMet low speed cutting machine at 50 mm thickness. The preparates were then analyzed using biological binocular microscope at 40x magnification. The results showed differences in number of growth annuli (annual growth-ring) at different fish length (FL). The number of annuli varied between 4 - 6+ age year at fish length (FL) variation between 38 and 62 cm. These values were closely related to those with other methods such as Modal Progression Analysis (MPA). The number of samples successfully analyzed (5 specimen) were not sufficient for analysis of length-growth parameters (L∞, k and t0). Also, this technique did not apply for age less than yearly unit, but quite affordable (Rp.50.000,- per sample) for a fairly variable amount of specimens.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find information about the Implementation of Management Information System Standards for Middle School in North Padang District. This is a descriptive study. The population was 129 teachers or education personnel and the study sample was 68 teachers or education personnel taken by purpose random sampling. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data is analyzed using the average formula (average). The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Management Information System Standards for Middle Schools in Padang Utara District reaches quite good categories with an average score of 74.83%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui problematika masyarakat dalam memberikan Pendidikan Agama Islam dan mengetahui model Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilaksanakan masyarakat pada masa pandemi covid-19 di daerah lahan basah kecamatan Bumi Makmur dan kecamatan Kurau, provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk meneliti populasi atau sampel tertentu, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel pada umumnya secara random. Adapun pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui survey, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada tenaga pendidik di beberapa sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil survey angket pada 7 guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SD/MI (58,3%), 4 guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMP/MTs (33,3%), dan 1 guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA/MA (8,3%) menunjukkan bahwa sekolah yang berada di kecamatan Bumi Makmur dan Kurau tidak menggunakan aplikasi zoom sebagai media pembelajaran online. Namun ada 41,7% pendidik menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp. Selebihnya pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara terbatas di rumah guru dan di rumah siswa masing-masing. Kemudian terdapat 91% siswa SD-SMP tidak memiliki smartphone, sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran full online. Kendati terdapat beberapa kendala tersebut, namun para Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Bumi Makmur dan Kurau tetap berusaha optimal dalam memberikan materi kepada siswa, ditambah dengan pemanfaatan buku paket dan LKS (Lembar Kerja Siswa) sebagai penunjang pembelajaran. Abstract

Big data merupakan tantangan yang perlu dihadapi kedepannya, terutama bagi BPS sebagai badan penyedia data sensus dan survei. Teknologi penyimpanan data seperti MySQL, PostgreSQL, dan lainnya yang merupakan penyimpanan berbasis relasional mempunyai batasan-batasan dalam menghadapi era big data. Untuk mengatasi batasan-batasan yang ada tersebut, kemudian berkembanglah teknologi penyimpanan data berbasis nonrelasional yang dikenal dengan istilah NoSQL Database. Hingga saat ini telah banyak teknologi nonrelational database yang berkembang, contohnya Hadoop dan Couchbase. Perlunya penentuan teknologi penyimpanan data yang sesuai merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menghadapi era big data agar dapat memberikan performa kinerja yang maksimal. Atas dasar tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan mengkaji beberapa sistem database terpilih sebagai alternatif dalam menghadapi era big data. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan tiga teknologi database yaitu Hadoop, Couchbase, dan MySQL untuk melihat perbedaan performa dari ketiga database tersebut dalam penerapannya terhadap data Sensus/Survei BPS. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan data individu SUSENAS, diperoleh hasil yaitu setiap database mempunyai keunggulan dan kelemahan masing-masing baik dari segi performa maupun fitur yang diberikan. MySQL memiliki keunggulan pada operasi write dengan multiple insert, Couchbase memiliki keunggulan pada operasi write dengan single insert, sedangkan Hadoop lebih unggul pada operasi read.

Abstract

Road damage is a serious problem because it often occurs everywhere. Damage to the road surface, such as potholes, often disrupts land transportation, and can even cause accidents. With the automatic detection of road damage types, it can simplify the process of classifying the types of road damage by using images from the results of the classification system which can be used as supporting information in calculating road repairs. In this study, to identify road damage types by images, the active contour model segmentation technique is used based on the level set and then classified by the support vector machine method. Based on the test results, using 58 data sets with 12 types of road damage, the accuracy of this method is 87.93%.

Abstract

Teknologi akuakultur bioflok merupakan metode menjaga kualitas air dalam budidaya ikan. Penjagaan kualitas air dilakukan dengan mengubah nitrogen anorganik menjadi nitrogen organik yang tidak bersifat toksik menggunakan bakteri. Bakteri ini dapat mengkonversi limbah organik menjadi kumpulan mikroorganisme berbentuk flok yang dimanfaatkan oleh ikan sebagai sumber makanan. Namun metode bioflok memerlukan pemantauan air secara teratur untuk menjaga kualitas air. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dirancang bangun sebuah sistem yang dapat menjaga kualitas air pada kolam ikan bioflok berdasarkan suhu air, TDS air, dan pH air menggunakan komunikasi Long Range agar dapat memantau dan mengontrol kolam dari jarak jauh. Alat yang digunakan untuk komunikasi Long Range adalah LoRa RFM95W. Hasil pengujian pengiriman data menggunakan LoRa dalam keadaan LOS dapat diterima hingga jarak 300 meter dengan nilai RSSI adalah -100dBm. Semua sensor dapat bekerja dengan baik seperti sensor suhu air, TDS air, dan pH air yang dapat membaca perubahan nilai yang terjadi pada air kolam bioflok tiap waktu. Selain itu, pemberian pakan ikan secara otomatis dapat dilakukan sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan dengan bantuan modul RTC. Respon yang diberikan saat kondisi air tidak dalam batas normal juga dapat berjalan baik dengan menyalakan buzzer dan menampilkan notifikasi pada aplikasi.

Abstract

Ikan hiu merupakan salah satu tangkapan dominan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Muncar. Ikan hiu Alopias pelagicus Nakamura, 1935 dan Alopias superciliosus Lowe, 1839 masuk kedalam daftar APPENDIKS II CITES serta IUCN kategori terancam dan rentan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aspek biologi ikan hiu A. pelagicus dan A. superciliosus di PPP Muncar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, wawancara, pengambilan data biologi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis data deskriptif kualitatif (identifikasi hasil tangkapan dan kategorisasi spesies per jumlah) dan deskriptif kuantitatif (sebaran frekuensi panjang, rasio keseimbangan jenis kelamin, hubungan panjang – berat, dan hubungan panjang tubuh – panjang klasper). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan sebaran frekuensi panjang A. pelagicus  56 cmSL - 154 cmSL dengan total 42 ekor dan A. superciliosus 21.5 cmSL - 176.5 cmSL dengan total 17 ekor, rasio keseimbangan jenis kelamin A. pelagicus (1 : 0.62) seimbang dan A. superciliosus (1 : 1.83) tidak seimbang, hubungan panjang – berat A. pelagicus dan A. superciliosus alometrik negatif, serta hubungan panjang tubuh – panjang klasper A. pelagicus sangat kuat dan A. superciliosus sedang. Faktor yang mempengaruhi aspek biologi ikan hiu adalah genetik, sumber makanan, tingkah laku ruaya, dan kondisi lingkungan.   Sharks are one of the dominant catches at the Muncar Fishing Port. This fish Alopias pelagicus Nakamura, 1935 and Alopias superciliosus Lowe, 1839 included in the list of CITES APPENDIX II and the IUCN category of endangered and vulnerable. The research method used is descriptive. Data was collected using documentation, interviews, biological data collection, and literature study. This study aimed to determine the biological aspects of sharks A. pelagicus and A. superciliosus at Muncar Fishing Port. Data was collected by documenting, interviewing, collecting biological data, and studying the literature. Data analysis used was qualitative descriptive data analysis (catch identification and species categorization per number) and quantitative descriptive (length frequency distribution, ratio sex balance, length – weight relationship, and body length – clasper length relationship). Based on the results of the study, the length frequency distribution of A. pelagicus was 56 cmSL - 154 cmSL with a total of 42 heads and A. superciliosus was 21.5 cmSL - 176.5 cmSL with a total of 17 heads, the ratio sex balance A. pelagicus (1 : 0.62) was balanced and A. superciliosus (1 : 1.83) was not balanced, the relationship between length – weight of A. pelagicus and A. superciliosus is negative allometric, and the relationship between body length – clasper length of A. pelagicus is very strong and A. superciliosus is moderate. Factors influencing shark biology are genetics, food sources, wandering behavior, and environmental conditions.

Abstract

Mobula thurstoni merupakan spesies elasmobranch termasuk kedalam famili mobulidae yang sering tertangkap sebagai tangkapan sampingan di PPP Muncar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualititatif. Analisis data kualitatif diperoleh melalui identifikasi spesies ikan pari dan jenis kelaminnya, sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui pengambilan data panjang dan berat ikan pari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli – Agustus 2022 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Muncar, Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui aspek biologi meliputi; hubungan lebar dan berat, nisbah kelamin, dan frekuensi lebar ikan pari (Mobula thurstoni). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hubungan lebar dan berat setalah dilakukan juga uji-t menunjukkan hasil Thitung > Ttabel (3,56 > 2,20) menunjukkan hasil alometrik negatif (b = 2,53), berarti pertambahan beratnya lebih lambat dari pertambahan lebarnya. Nisbah kelamin jantan dan betina sebesar 1:0,63 dengan uji Chi-square X2hitung > X2tabel (0,69 > 2,18), maka tidak terdapat perbedaan jenis kelamin yang signifikan. Frekuensi lebar terendah antara 71 – 90 cm dan frekuensi lebar tertinggi antara 147 – 166 cm dengan modus antara 109 – 128.   Mobula thurstoni is a species of elasmobranch belonging to the family Mobulidae which is often caught as by-catch in the Muncar Coastal Fishing Port. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Qualitative data analysis is obtained by identifying the ray species and their gender, while quantitative data analysis is obtained by collecting data on the length and weight of the ray. This research was conducted in July – August 2022 at the Muncar Coastal Fishing Port, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The research aims to discover the biological aspects including; the relationship between width and weight, sex ratio, and width frequency of ray (Mobula thurstoni). Based on the results of the study on the relationship between width and weight, after the t-test was also carried out, the results of Tcount > Ttable (3.56 > 2.20) showed negative allometric results (b = 2.53), meaning that the weight gain was slower than the increase in width. The male and female sex ratio was 1:0.63 with the Chi-square test X2count > X2table (0.69 > 2.18), so there was no significant difference in sex ratio. The lowest frequency is between 71 – 90 cm and the highest is between 147 – 166 cm with the mode frequency between 109 – 128.

Abstract

This research investigates the interplay between job satisfaction, leadership, human capital, corporate governance, tax awareness, and firm performance. The study aims to understand the intricate relationships among these factors in organizational success. Employing a qualitative research design, this study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from participants representing various organizational levels. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to uncover patterns, themes, and relationships within the data. Results reveal nuanced insights into the influence of leadership styles, employee satisfaction, governance structures, and tax consciousness on firm performance. The findings underscore the significance of effective leadership, robust human capital management, sound corporate governance practices, and tax awareness in enhancing organizational outcomes. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted dynamics shaping organizational success in contemporary business environments.
