Abstract

Layer egg is a source of animal protein and food products of animal which popular among the public, and become integral part of consumers’ needs. The high of competitive industry in various countries has caused the quality of the exterior and interior become one of the important assessment indicators. However, there are problems that arise in the process of marketing layer eggs is the quality of egg less attention. Egg quality needs to be maintained; thus, the content remains intact and fresh. This study aimed to determine the quality of Layer eggs from the traditional market Majene.The samples used were 90 layer eggs from traditional market Majene. Sample was was carried out using purposive sampling method with the condition that this location is a place where layer eggs are sold to final consumers such as local people can buy directly without any intermediaries. Parameters based on physical quality include egg weight, albumen index, yolk index and haugh unit value. The data obtained was analyzed qualitative descriptively based on laboratory test results. The results showed that egg weight, albumen index, yolk index and haugh value of eggs from traditional market Majene have good quality and safe for consume based on SNI 2008.

Abstract

Table tennis is a sport that is often played by many people because it is an easy and interesting sport to play and is also a sport that is popular with many people, not only teenagers, but also elderly people, both men and women. But many players also don't know and understand the basic techniques of table tennis. The aim of this training is to provide knowledge and insight into basic table tennis techniques to students at SD 119 Belalang in Mataran Village. The problems found in elementary school 119 Grasshopper students did not master the basic techniques in playing table tennis. The method used in this service is the training method. The participants in this basic engineering training were 16 students from SD 119 Belalang. The result of implementing this training is that students can demonstrate increased knowledge and skills in performing basic table tennis techniques including basic techniques of serving, bet grip, smash, backhand and forehand strokes so that this training makes SDGs point 4 namely quality education implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan roll depan dalam senam lantai pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 12 Bone. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi dan uji-t. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes push-up untuk mengukur kekuatan otot lengan, standing stork test untuk mengukur keseimbangan, dan tes praktik roll depan untuk mengukur kemampuan senam lantai. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Program SPSS Versi 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kekuatan otot lengan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kemampuan roll depan sebesar 64,8% (R = 0,648, p = 0,000); (2) keseimbangan memberikan kontribusi signifikan sebesar 75,7% (R = 0,757, p = 0,000); dan (3) kekuatan otot lengan dan keseimbangan secara simultan memberikan kontribusi signifikan sebesar 81,2% (R² = 0,812, p = 0,000) terhadap kemampuan roll depan dalam senam lantai. Dengan demikian, kekuatan otot lengan dan keseimbangan merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kemampuan roll depan siswa. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru PJOK dalam merancang pembelajaran senam lantai yang berfokus pada peningkatan kedua aspek tersebut.
