Abstract

This study aims to determine the HR development system through a training approach at Dompet Dhuafa Waspada, the need for a training approach in developing the HR system at Dompet find out the results of the effectiveness of the training approach Dhuafa Waspada to in the HR development system at Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. The type of this research is qualitative with descriptive research method. Data collection tools in this study used observation, interviews, documentation and analyzed through data triangulation. The results show that the results of the study indicate that the system implemented in HR development is through a (contextual) training approach at Dompet Dhuafa Waspada, using development and training methods on the job training and off the job training, monitoring and evaluating as well as improving skills, competencies, employee independence with efforts to achieve company progress

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Thalassemia is a chronic disease in children. This genetic disorder is caused by a lack of synthesis of the polypeptide chains that make up the globin chains and hemoglobin. Objective: This study aims to determine factors associated with blood transfusion compliance in pediatric patients with beta thalassemia major at the Pediatric Clinic of Depati Hamzah Regional Hospital in 2025. Methods: This research uses quantitative research methods with cross- sectional design. The population in this study was 52 patients. The sample size in this research was 39 patients selected using purposive sampling technique Results: Based on the research results, it was found that there was a relationship between education level (p-value = 0.002), knowledge level (p-value = 0.000), and family support (p-value = 0.008) and there was no relationship between economic status (p-value = 0.232) on the level of blood tranfusion complience in pediatric Clinic of Depati Hamzah Regional Hospital in 2025. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between education level, knowledge level, and family support and there is no relationship between economic status and the level of blood transfusion compliance in pediatric patients with beta thalassemia major at the children's polyclinic of Depati Hamzah Regional Hospital in 2025 Keywords: Compliance, Thalassemia, Transfusion
