Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work overload and work environment on employee performance at PT Takabeya Mighty Group. This research is quantitative research with a total of 63 respondents and the sampling technique uses the Slovin formula because the population is more than 100. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in the research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results of this research shows that partially the work overload does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of = 0.619<2.0003. the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of = 4.133>2.0003.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development, because apart from playing a role in economic growth and employment, they also play a role in distributing development results. In the economic crisis that occurred in our country several years ago, where many large-scale businesses experienced stagnation and even stopped their activities, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector proved to be more resilient in dealing with the crisis. However, there are also weaknesses in MSMEs, namely accessing information is suspected to be directly related to the condition of the internal factors of MSMEs, which are overshadowed by MSMEs, which actually have a large market share internationally, and are not widely known by consumers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolahdan manajemen sekolah terhadap kompetensi guru serta implikasinya pada mutusekolah secara langsung maupun tidak langsung di SMA Negeri 4 KotaLhokseumawe. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis kausalitas. Populasi dandan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang guru dengan sensus. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan SPSS. Pengaruh gayakepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 67,3%. Pengaruhmanajemen sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 64,3%. Pengaruh kompetensiguru terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 49,8%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan KepalaSekolah terhadap kompetensi guru sebesar 41,5%. Pengaruh manajemen sekolahterhadap terhadap kompetensi guru sebesar 42,1%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinanKepala Sekolah terhadap manajemen sekolah sebesar 65,3%. Pengaruh gayakepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah melalui kompetensi sebesar71,7%. Pengaruh manajemen sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah melalui kompetensiguru sebesar 74,3%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, manajemensekolah, dan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu sekolah secara simultan sebesar 75,8%.
