Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Cafe Rumah Majopi Bangkinang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan di analisis menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji secara simultan dan uji secara parsial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variasi produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Begitu juga dengan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variasi produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Cafe Rumah Majopi Bangkinang. Keeratan hubungan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu sangat kuat dengan kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 68,10%.Kata Kunci: Variasi Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product, price, location and processsimultaneouslyandpartiallyonpurchasingdecisionsattheAllNewTSJCafeBangkinang City. The population in this study is the entire level of visits to the All NewTSJ Café in 2022, which is known to total 10,822 visits. Determining the sample in thisstudy used the Sovin formula which was obtained by 100 respondents. The researchquestionnaire was published to respondents using an accidental sampling technique.Data analysis was carried out using a multiple linear regression model. Based on theresults of simultaneous hypothesis testing, product, price, location and process have asignificant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of partial hypothesistesting,itshowsthatproduct,price,locationandprocessalsohaveasignificantinfluenceon purchasing decisions. The close relationship between product, price, location andprocess on purchasing decisions is very strong with the contribution of product, price,locationandprocesstopurchasingdecisionsamountingto72.9%.Keywords: Product,Price,Location,ProcessandPurchasingDecisions

Abstract

 Abstract                         This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty (survey at PT. J&T Ekspress Bangkinang Branch). The sampling technique used is by using simple random sampling method, which means taking samples from members of the population randomly without regard to strata. So to determine the sample, the Slovin formula is used with a total sample of 100 customers. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression models. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously and partially show that the variables of service quality, price and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. J&T Express Bangkinang Branch. The closeness of the relationship between the variables of Service Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction with Loyalty at PT. J&T Express Bangkinang Branch of 88.1% with a high contribution level, while the remaining 11.9% is influenced by other variables.                                          Keywords       Customer Loyalty, Customer Quality, Price dam Consumer  Satisfaction

Abstract

Digital marketing training is the key to developing UMKM, especially women, in Pekanbaru City. Even though UMKM have a vital role in the local economy, many of them still experience difficulties in adopting online marketing. In the digital era, an online presence is not just a necessity, but a great opportunity to expand markets and increase product selling power. In addition, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic strengthens the need for adaptation to consumer behavior that shifts to online platforms. Digital marketing strategy training is a crucial solution to help women UMKM survive and grow amidst these challenges, increase their competitiveness and expand their market reach. Community service activities are expected to provide the knowledge, skills and tools needed so that women UMKM can successfully exploit the potential of digital marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the right marketing strategy so as to increase sales and win the retail business competition. This research was conducted at the Skechers Shop Ciputra Mall Pekanbaru which is located on Riau Street No.58 1st Floor, Kampung Baru, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City which was conducted for two months from May to June 2024. The data source of this research is from the leadership and employees, especially the marketing department, while the data analysis technique is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the company's strength map is located in quadrant I, based on the Average Total Weighted Value (TNB). TNB strength variable 1.30, weakness variable 0.79, opportunity variable 1.35 and threat variable 0.84. The company's strength position map is located in quadrant I. The strategy used by Strenghts Opportunities (SO) shows a very favorable situation for the company that must be applied is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy) showing the number of opportunities that must be taken as much as possible with the strengths the company has
