Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product, price, location and processsimultaneouslyandpartiallyonpurchasingdecisionsattheAllNewTSJCafeBangkinang City. The population in this study is the entire level of visits to the All NewTSJ Café in 2022, which is known to total 10,822 visits. Determining the sample in thisstudy used the Sovin formula which was obtained by 100 respondents. The researchquestionnaire was published to respondents using an accidental sampling technique.Data analysis was carried out using a multiple linear regression model. Based on theresults of simultaneous hypothesis testing, product, price, location and process have asignificant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of partial hypothesistesting,itshowsthatproduct,price,locationandprocessalsohaveasignificantinfluenceon purchasing decisions. The close relationship between product, price, location andprocess on purchasing decisions is very strong with the contribution of product, price,locationandprocesstopurchasingdecisionsamountingto72.9%.Keywords: Product,Price,Location,ProcessandPurchasingDecisions

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the Influence of Social Media Promotion and Word Of Mouth on Florist Consumer Purchase Decisions in Bangkinang City and the variables that influence Florist Consumer Purchase Decisions in Bangkinang City. The population in this study are consumers who make purchasing decisions on Florists in Bangkinang City. non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample that is set in this research is based on the calculation results, it is known that the number of samples is 96 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneously and partially Social Media Promotion and Word Of Mouth. Influence on Florist Consumer Purchase Decisions in Bangkinang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service and price on customer satisfaction at PT.Putri Midai in bangkinang. The population in this study are all consumers who have received services by consumers at PT.Putri Midai in Bangkinang using the solvin formula so that 94 consumers can be determined to be samples. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significant level ( 0.05. The results of this study conclude that service quality and price affect customer satisfaction at PT. Putri Midai in bangkinang, with a significance value of less than 0.05. The results of this analysis indicate that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Putri Midai in Bangkinang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at the palm oil factory of PT. Anderson Unedo in Petapahan Tapung. The population in this study were all employees known to be 94 employees. The sample in this study was determined using the proportionate stratified random technique so that the number of samples was 47 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of this study indicate that the work environment does not affect job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment does not affect employee performance, work motivation does not affect employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, while the Discipline variable must be eliminated because there is multicollinearity greater than 10

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of promotion, quality and product availability having a simultaneous and partial effect on Sari Roti customer satisfaction at Indomaret in Bangkinang. Sampling in this research was using the Lemeshow formula, which is used to calculate the number of samples because the population is unlimited, the research sample is 96 respondents. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results concluded that partially Product Quality and Availability had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while Promotion had no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.848. This means that the contribution of the Promotion, Quality and Product Availability variables to the Customer Satisfaction variable is 84.8%

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program Tax Center di STIE Bangkinang, yang bekerja sama dengan KPP Bangkinang, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi pajak dan kesiapan relawan pajak di kalangan mahasiswa. Program ini terdiri dari pelatihan yang melibatkan 15 mahasiswa yang dibimbing oleh 3 pegawai KPP Bangkinang dan 5 dosen STIE Bangkinang. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan skor pemahaman tentang konsep pajak meningkat dari 2 (cukup paham) menjadi 4 (paham), pemahaman tentang peran Tax Center meningkat dari 1 (tidak paham) menjadi 5 (sangat paham), serta kesiapan peserta untuk berpartisipasi sebagai relawan pajak meningkat dari 2 (cukup siap) menjadi 5 (sangat siap). Program ini juga berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam proses pelaporan SPT Tahunan dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan literasi pajak di lingkungan kampus. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pelatihan praktis untuk memperdalam pemahaman peserta terhadap aplikasi perpajakan dan peran relawan pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak masyarakat.
